Summary
Ame (pronounced Aim), an orphan who happened to see her parents killed by 3 home invaders at the tender age of 3 has been at the St. Teresa Orphanage for 11 years and no family will adopt her because of her past. That sweet little girl never knew what heartache was until that crazy night. She was so devistated by what had happened and every Psychiatrist she went to never listened to a word she has to say so she quit talking all together. Ame is fixing to turn 15 and no one has adopted or attempted to adopt her and she is deciding to give up on ever finding another family. It never made since to her why no one would attempt to adopt her but she guessed it was because of the baggage she carries around every day since that horrific night.
She was ready to give up and leave the orphanage. She wasn't going to believe what the Nuns said that she would get adopted and she even hated the word but that all changed when a man named Matthew Sanders or M. Shadows came into the orphanage with his wife Val to find a child. She knew who he was when he came and she was somewhat excited at the fact that she could possibly be adopted by him but she didn't want to get her hopes up and he find someone else.
Will Matt and Val Sanders adopt her and the rest of his band members help Ame talk and open up about what happened to her family and what she witnessed or will she keep it bottled in and explode on someone unexpectedly? Stay and read and you'll find out really quick.
