He's Forbidden, as am I

So it begins

"Do you hear me? I fucking hate you, and I never want to see you again!" Matt had heard enough of this girl rip into his friend, and stepped between the two, moving Brian behind him as he went. "I've had about enough of this shit. He was just trying to fucking help, and I'm not going to listen to you tear into him anymore." he snapped, not caring what came out of his mouth. Matt thought that would get her to back down, but it was clear she wasn't the least bit intimidated. "What are you going to about it, huh," Tammy taunted, looking him dead in the eye as she took a few steps closer to him with her hands on her hips, "Huh, big guy? You gonna hit me?" she asked, her eyes daring him.

Matt's gaze was hard as he clinched his fists at his sides. Just because he wouldn't do it, doesn't mean it didn't cross his mind. Tammy let a smug smirk come out, "Didn't think so," she said turning away from him, "Fuckin pussy." he heard her mumble as she joined Kimmie's side, and grabbed her hand. "We didn't need your help." she stated as she looked around at the remaining five people. The spectating students had been ushered back to their activities, and it was just the three teachers, the cop, and the principal.

"We can take care of ourselves. We have been, and could have continued, but you took that all away. We had a plan. A future that was a thousand times brighter than the temporary hell we were in now, AND YOU TOOK IT ALL AWAY!" Tammy could feel the hot angry tears forming, and did nothing to stop some from escaping. They had to know just what they destroyed. "It was all for nothing now. Do you get that? Because you couldn't mind your own fucking business, WE HAVE NOTHING NOW!" She fought back the sob that wanted to escape, but couldn't keep her voice from cracking, "And soon we won't even have each other. So thanks. I appreciate the help."

Kimmie stood quietly as she held tightly to Tammy's hand, letting her own silent tears trickle down her cheeks. She knew she couldn't keep her from saying what she wanted to say, and she really didn't want to. She wanted to be angry too, and there wasn't any of it that wasn't true. She was just a little more understanding. Mr. Haner was just doing what he had to do, and they obviously didn't hide it well enough. It was their own fault. At least that's how she would see it. Why wouldn't she? Everything's been her fault since her dad left.

"Our future is over before it even started. Our lives are over. I hope you're happy." Tammy finished off, looking Mr. Haner directly in his guilt and pain filled eyes before he stormed off back down the hall. He just couldn't take it anymore. Matt and Jimmy shared a glance before Jimmy took off after him. Matt's angry gaze went back to Tammy. Brian was only trying to help, and he didn't appreciate her making him feel like shit for it. He didn't have to say a damn word to her about it. He could have filed the report, and slapped her in the face with it, but he didn't do that. Now, Matt was going to make sure everything was carried out. They weren't getting away again, not while he was there.

Tammy and Kimmie shared a glance, and the same idea popped in their heads. There was only three left. "Don't even think about it," Zacky stepped in, noticing the exchange of silent words, "High speed chases don't usually end well." A smirk came out on Tammy's face, and he narrowed his eyes at the glint in hers. "I bet it's a hell of a rush though." she said. Kimmie giggled a little, feeling some of her own defiant confidence build up. She couldn't help it, they rubbed off on each other.

Zacky could hear the challenge in her voice, and for a moment believed that she would go that far just to keep this from happening. "I think it's time you shut it." Matt growled a little, his fists still knuckle white at his sides. "I agree," Zack said before he looked to the principal, "I need both of their student files." he told him, and Mr. O'Neal hesitated for a moment. "We got this." Matt assured him before he decided to head into the office. Zack's gaze went back to the girls, one in particular. "So, are we going to do this-"

"Don't do that," Kimmie cut him off, "She'll always choose the hard way." This time it was Tammy's turn to giggle. This girl knew her too well. "That's fine by me." Zack said as he pulled his cuffs out. Matt wasn't the only one pissed off, and neither one of them looked the least bit amused. "You're under arrest for assaulting an officer," he started as he moved behind her, and yanked her hand away from Kimmie's, "You have the right to remain silent," he started to tell her, her rights as he brought her other hand back, and cuffed them. Tammy let out a disbelieving laugh. "Are you fucking serious right now?" Was he really arresting her?

"Dead fucking serious." Zack hissed as he turned her to face the door. He kept a firm grip on Tammy's arm, and shifted his eyes to Kimmie. "Are you going to cooperate, or do I have to arrest you for aiding and abetting?" Her eyes widened a little, and she felt a hand on her back. "She'll cooperate." Matt answered for her as he pushed her towards the door. Kimmie didn't resist as the four walked towards the door. Zack kept a firm grip on Tammy's arm, who was purposely walking slower than him, so he had to pull her along a little.

The girls were escorted to Zacky squad car, and he opened the back door. He motioned Kimmie in first, and the girls shared another glance. It wasn't too late. "Stop that." Zack said as he put a hand over Tammy's eyes. She couldn't hold back the smile that made it's way out. This guy caught on too quickly. "Watch that, they do that a lot." Matt told him as Kimmie climbed into the car, and scooted across the seat. He had the joy of having the two in the same class Sophomore and Junior year. He saw their silent conversations mostly through Junior year. He also had the "joy" of having the three stooges in that class. Even on opposite teams, those two could silently talk to each other, and fuck with the other three. It was an entertaining year. Matt grew quite fond of the pair. He just wasn't fond of them at the moment. More one than the other.

Zacky put Tammy in the back next to Kimmie like he would anyone else he placed under arrest. It was probably a good thing Brian had left. He probably wouldn't be too happy with him treating her like a criminal. What else was he suppose to do? He had to get her to cooperate somehow. He was positive Brian wouldn't like it if he tased her. Zacky shut the door behind her, "I need you all to come to the station," he said looking at Matt, "Brian too." Matt gave him a small nod, and waited until he pulled out of the parking lot before heading back inside.

Brian slammed his classroom door closed behind him, and stomped over to his desk. He stood there for a moment, hunched over with hands on his desk. He was trying not to get angry, but it was a loosing battle. He should have just left it alone when she asked him to. She wouldn't hate him right now. He was so pissed off at himself. Brian shoved everything off his desk with a growl, and plopped down in his chair. Now their relationship was going to end badly, and there was nothing he could do to fix it. Brian buried his face in his hands, and rested his elbows on his desk. She was never going to talk to him again. He was never going to see her again. He let out another growl in frustration, and tugged slightly on his hair. Why the hell did the thought of that pain him so much? What the hell was going on in his head?

Jimmy peeked through the window on the door, and saw Brian sitting at his desk. He quietly opened the door, and shut it behind him. Brian didn't look up at him as he walked over, and took a seat in the chair Tammy was in moments ago. "She hates me, Jimmy." he whispered, still not looking up at him. Jimmy let out a sigh, and rested his hand on his friends shoulder.

"She doesn't hate you. She's just angry and scared. Give some time to cool down, and she'll see this was all for the best. She'll forgive you. Just give her time."

"No she won't. You heard her, and I can't blame her. I'm taking her away from the only person she cares about. I ruined their lives."

"That's bullshit. If her stepdad wasn't doing whatever the fuck he's doing then no one would have been put in this situation. You did what you had to do. None of this is your fault. He ruined their lives."

"She told me not to touch her. She said, she won't let me touch her...."

"I heard her."

"I think she saw him, and not me," Brian finally looked at Jimmy, and he could see nothing but pain in his eyes, "Do you think he touches her? Do you think...." Brian couldn't bring himself to ask the rest. He didn't want to believe what his mind was telling him. Jimmy ran a hand through his hair. "I don't know, but you gotta try not to think about that. You're only going to drive yourself crazy, and I'm the only one allowed to be crazy." he said managing to get a small smile out of him.

The door to the classroom opened, and they looked up to see Matt standing in the doorway holding a couple of files. "Hey," he said trying to get a feel for the mood, "Um Zack just left with the girls. He needs us to go to the station." he told them. Brian let out a heavy sigh before forcing himself up. Jimmy gave him a few supportive pats on the shoulder as they headed for the door. "It's almost over." he tried to assure him.

Kimmie followed quietly behind the cop as he pulled Tammy along through the station. They stopped in front of an empty desk that had one chair behind it, and two in front. "Sit." he ordered Kimmie who didn't hesitate. Zack unlocked one of Tammy's hands, and told her the same. His eyes met hers, annoyed when she made no attempt to move. "Are we really going to do this?" he asked clearly not in the mood for her games. "Maybe." she replied with a mischievous half smile. "Tammy." she heard Kimmie whisper next to her. Zacky let his own smirk come out when her smile faded, and her eyes narrowed. "I'm not sitting because you want me too." she sassed a little before plopping down in the chair with her arms crossed.

Zack rolled his eyes, and tried to pull the arm away that still had the cuffs dangling from it. Tammy of course wasn't going to make it easy on him. "Oh come on," she said when he finally got it cuffed to the arm of the chair, "It's not like I would get very far before I got tackled." she huffed. "I don't give a fuck. You pissed me off in record time, and I'm not taking any chances." Zacky said as he sat in the empty chair behind his desk. "I'm assuming you are his friend from the police station?" Tammy asked, not easing up on the attitude, "Zack was it?"

"It's Officer Baker to you, and I'll be asking the questions." he told her, but shifted his gaze to Kimmie. Tammy could sit there, and shut up for awhile. "Full name?" he asked, picking up a pencil. "Kimberly Murphy." she answered softly. Zack nodded as he wrote, "Parents?" he asked.

"Um I just live with my mom."

"Her name?"

"Icky Vicky." Tammy giggled, and Kimmie had to let one out. Zacky cocked a brow at the giggling girls, "Sorry, Icky Sticky Vicky is her full name." she grinned, and Kimmie laughed a little harder. "Victoria Murphy." she said once she calmed herself. Zacky felt his own amused smile come out as he wrote down the name, and then got the phone number. Obviously they didn't like her. Probably a bitch.

The girls sat, to Zacky's surprise, quietly as he dialed, and waited for Victoria to answer. He let out a sigh, and pinched the bridge of his nose when it went to voicemail. Things were going to get more difficult if he couldn't reach her. "Hello, this is Lt. Baker down at the HBPD. There has been an incident involving your daughter, Kimberly and her friend Tammy. Due to her being a minor I can't question her without you present, so I need you to please come to the station as soon as you receive this. Thank you."

Zacky let out a sigh, and hung up the phone. He really wanted to question Kimmie first. He knew she would be more cooperative than Tammy would. He didn't know how cooperative. It depended on how loyal she was to her friend. Now he was going to have to try something else. Zacky stood and the girls watched him walk over to a couple other cops. They watched the three talk, glancing at the girls once in awhile before the other two left, and Zacky came back. They shared a confused glance as he sat back down, and folded his arms on his desk. "What the hell was that about?" Tammy asked, a little annoyed when he just sat there silently. "Don't worry about it." Zack said just as annoyed that she was talking again.

The air around got thick with silence except for the bustling station around them. Zacky could tell he was really starting to irritate Tammy as he just sat there silently studying them. Kimmie kept her gaze in her lap as if her face would tell him everything, and it probably would. "Will you get on with this already?" Tammy finally snapped. She really hated it when people stared at her. "I would, but I can't question Kim, and I know you'll just make things difficult." Zacky told her. Tammy tried hard to hold back her smile, "I don't think I like you." He caught on way to quickly.

Zacky let out a chuckle, "Feeling's mutual, sweetheart." he said watching Kimmie's head snap up, and Tammy's face go completely blank. "Don't call me that." she spat, and Zack cocked a brow. Maybe this would be easier that he thought. He must call her that. Zack noticed she tended to say things when she was angry that gave shit away. Like her little speech she used to crush his friend. She said it right there that she was living in some kind of hell. He just had to get under her skin to get her to talk, and at the moment, had no problem with the plan.

"So if you know this is going to be difficult, why won't you get on with it?" Tammy asked growing irritated with is silence again. "Don't worry about it." he casually replied again. Zacky smirked at the growing annoyance on her face. "You're really starting to piss me the fuck off." she stated, and his smirk just got wider. "Good." he simply said, and looked over the girls heads. He saw his friends walk in, and stood up. "Excuse me ladies." he said just walking away leaving the girls confused as they watched him walk away.

Zacky walked over to the guys, and greeted them as he took the files from Matt. "Have they said anything yet?" Brian asked as he scanned the station for them. "I haven't started questioning yet." he told him. Brian spotted the girls sitting at a desk, and his eyes narrowed when something shiny caught them. "Why the fuck is she cuffed?" he asked looking back to Zack with anger burning in his eyes. "Relax man. I just arrested-" Brian cut him off, " What the fuck, Zack? I didn't ask you to handle this for you treat her like a fucking criminal!" he snapped. "Chill the fuck out," Matt stepped in, "It was just to get her down here." he said, and Zack nodded in agreement, "I'm not going to actually charge her with anything." he said, and Brian relaxed a little, but not much. "Get those fucking cuffs off of her."

Zacky hesitated for a moment before walking back over to the girls. Tammy looked at him confused as he unlocked the cuff, and he just quickly glanced at her. "Don't even think about taking off," he warned as he hooked the cuffs back to his belt, "The only way out is past me." he said before walking away again. "Happy?" he asked, only getting a glare from Brian. "So why haven't you started questioning yet?" Matt asked changing the subject. "Well, Kim's a minor, so I can't question her until I reach her mom, and she comes down here." Zack started to explain. "Tammy's a minor." Brian pointed out. "Loophole, she's the victim. I'm just waiting for someone." he said, and the guys looked at him confused. "Who?" they simultaneously asked just before the doors to the station open.

Brian had given Zack enough information to look up adoption records for Tammy. He found out Dr. Ross' name, where he works, and her mother's death certificate. He had enough to bring him in for questioning, and was being hauled in right now by the two cops Zack talked to earlier. "I demand to know what this is about!" Nathan's voice echoed through the station. "Is that the him?" Jimmy whispered to no one in particular. The guys nodded, "He looks like an asshole." he mumbled. "He is." Brian and Matt both muttered as they watched him get pulled along.

Nathan's eyes met those of Tammy's teachers, and his demands instantly stopped. Zacky watched quietly, waiting to see what he was looking for. Nathan's eyes scanned the station until they landed on the girls, and Zack finally saw what he wanted. The fear on their faces as Tammy instantly latched on to Kim's arm. His silent demand to keep their mouths shut as he was brought to a desk on the other side of the room. It was clear on the three's faces that they were hiding something. It was clear he knew exactly why he was here. The whole scene gave it all away. Now he just had to get it out of them. "Let the interrogations begin." Zacky mumbled.

Notes

Well I didn't get it done yesterday, but you got it today :) And it was still faster than usual :D
Disturbing information coming soon. You have been warned...

Loving the comments <3 Keep'em coming :)

Comments

@Kimmie
This totally made up for the wait :)

First Brian. He's just not use to having to hide something like this like Tammy has. She's had her crush for awhile and is use to hiding secrets and actions. Some of what he does is completely innocent, just trying to make her feel better, but the other he just doesn't know how to deal with or control it. But like I said in a previous comment...someone is about to gum up the works.

As for Tammy turning on the bitch switch with Kimmie, she knows she fucked up. First day back was an uncomfortable shock to her and she took it out on the wrong person. But I think the little pep talk she got from her favorite teacher will help.

And finally Matt. What can I say about this poor broken man? It's going to take some time for him to get over this. The love of his life is gone now and he just doesn't know how to deal. It's not something someone just gets over. Eventually he's going to see though that there's someone else out there that can love him just as much if not more :)

always love you long comments Hot Stuff <3

OK first, I'm sorry I'm "sooooo late" with my comment ;-) :P
Here goes! Get ready!

Brian, my friend, you are getting onto thin ice. Getting in between a funny back and forth between friends? Asking for a HotStuff (don't be jealous of the girl friends man, not cool), checking to hear if you are still hot? Putting your hand on her thigh? HOLDING HER FUCKING HAND?!!?! Brian, you are soooo deep in right now. And you fucking know it. If you really aren't ready to admit yet, you shouldn't even get in everything I mentioned before and try to pretend to be a grown up man who doesn't have a quickly developing crush on his fosterchild. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for him to fall of the wagon, but for the storysake and the "it's all wrong"-sake... you should at least pretend :P

Okay, I can skip the school stuff right? I mean, she doesn't want to move away from Brian anyway and everything else was just.. well.. maybe she'll make it anyway, but who cares... I have more important stuff to get to.

For the first time this story I kinda didn't like Tammy. She was selfish instead of supporting her friend. I don't really like Aaron, but for now he is nice to Kimmie and so are his friends. I get all the issues Tammy always had, but she had no right to go off on Kimmie like that. That's just mean. I know I know, she had her reasons. I know she's been through a lot, but I still didn't like it. Kimmie didn't deserve it.

Oh, one thing more about the school day... I do love all the sarcastic remarks. But you know... that's your writing. You make it seem so effortless and I know it's not, but just take the compliment, okay? You make it seem so so damn lifely, and I really feel like being there. Like standing there watching the scene. It's amazing.

Allright, let's get to my man Matt. My heart breaks everytime you write about him. I know it's too soon to get better, but I really want it to. I hate seeing him hurt like this. Trying his best over all his grief. I really can't stand seeing him like this. But I love how Kimmie knows this baby stuff. How she so easily gets the baby to be quiet and calm. And what I like most about it is that she isn't solving it for Matt, but teaching him how. But damn, just fix the man soon, I can't take it.
And here's a small peek of the fangirl.. I can't wait for Kimmie to spend more time with Matt and Aiden, taking care of the small guy.

I hope this comment makes up for me being not here on the first day. I'll just end with what I always do.. Please, Please, Please write! I'm begging you, this story makes my day, my week, my life. I want to read more now things are looking up!

Love you lekker ding! <3
