Inappropriate Thoughts

Brian sat in his car in the school parking lot, sucking down one last cigarette before he had to go inside. He jumped a little when a sharp knock sounded on his window. Brian looked out it with wide eyes, seeing Matt and Jimmy's grinning faces. "Jesus Christ, you about gave me a fucking heart attack." he said as he rolled the window down. For a minute there he thought it was the principal. "One of these days you're going to get busted." Matt told him. They're not suppose to be smoking on school property. Brian shrugged like he didn't care, but really he kind of did. He wouldn't get fired, but he didn't want to get wrote up either.

"You guys just get here?" Brian asked, changing the subject. He really didn't feel like getting lectured about school policy by one of his friends. "I did," Jimmy piped up, "This fuckers been sitting in his car, stalking his student." he finished elbowing Matt a little. "I'm not stalking her, and she's not even here yet." Matt said, shoving Jimmy, and almost making him drop the box he was holding. "Who?" Brian asked, an amused little smile on his face as he watched his two friends shove it out. "Kim. She's suppose to give me an answer on joining the girls basketball team today." Matt explained.

Brian's smirk got a little wider, "Don't you have class with her later?" he asked. "After lunch." Matt said. He really didn't want to wait that long. The sooner he could tell Grace she was off the team the better. He can be a very impatient man. Brian chuckled and shook his head a little before turning his attention to Jimmy and his box. "What's in the box?" he asked. "Just a fun, foamy little experiment for my students today." Jimmy grinned. "You're not going to set off the fire alarm again, are you?" Matt questioned. He may love Jimmy to death, but the interruption can get annoying. The smirking man shook his head, "Nah we should be alright today." he told them.

The sound of Pantera flooded the three men's ears, and their eyes were drawn to the car pulling in that had the radio blasting. Tammy parked a few rows away from them, and killed the engine. "I can hear!" Kimmie let out as she opened her door. "Hey, I let you listen to your Justin Timberlake crap." Tammy said as they climbed out. "You liked it." Kimmie teased earning a playful glare. "I contemplated driving us into a tree." she shot back very matter of fact as they walked towards the school. The girls started to giggle until their heads snapped up at a very loud voice. "KIM!"

They turned their heads to see Coach Sanders waving them over. "What'd you do?" Tammy asked teasingly as they started to walk over. "Nothing." Kimmie said, having a pretty good idea what he wanted. "So," Matt said, once the girls reached them, "Basketball?" he asked with a wide grin, clapping his hands together. "God damn, dude she just got here." Tammy said smirking. "Yeah, dude." Jimmy joined in, shoving him with his side for earlier. Matt stumbled into the side of Brian's car, and Tammy's smile faded a little when she caught sight of a chuckling Mr. Haner sitting in the car. That poem she handed in Friday has been in the back of her mind all weekend, and she wasn't prepared to see him yet. Her heart started to pick up as the nerves started to set in. She really hoped he didn't figure it out.

"I said I didn't want to wait." Coach Sanders voice broke through, drawing her eyes back to the teachers in front of her. Tammy could already feel her cheeks heating up at the thought of the embarrassment. She needed relax, and when her eyes drifted back over to him, she knew just how. "Are you smoking on school property?" she questioned. She could never pass up an opportunity to fuck with someone. Mr. Haner's chuckles quieted, and his smile faded a little when his eyes met hers, and she started to get nervous again. Maybe he did figure it out.

Play it cool, she told herself. That sexy little smirk that she loved so much came back out, and Tammy relaxed a little. "No, I'm smoking in my car, and that's my property." Brian told her, finally putting it out in the ashtray. "But your car is parked on school property." she pointed out as he climbed out of his car. Tammy tried to hold back her smile at the slightly dumbfounded look on his face as the other two teachers chuckled at him. Brian didn't really have a response for that, "Weren't we talking about basketball?" he asked quickly changing the subject, turning his gaze to Matt.

Tammy giggled, and Brian's eyes snapped back to her. That was the first time he had ever heard her laugh in any way, and it surprised and confused him as to why he liked it so much. He shrugged it off, and turned his attention back to Matt when he heard him start talking again. "Yeah, so yay or nay?" he asked. Kimmie couldn't hold back her smile as he looked at her with such excited anticipation, "Yay." she said. How could she not when he had that wide dimpled smile on his face. "Fuck yeah," Matt accidentally let out, his eyes going a little wide, "I mean....shit." he sighed out a little. He didn't like swearing in front of his students. When he's coaching the boys basketball team, he'll let it come out sometimes, but he really tried to watch it around the girls. Maybe he was a little old fashioned, but he thought it was rude and impolite.

"Relax man," Brian said knowing, "You didn't say anything I haven't heard come out of this ones mouth." he finished, motioning to Tammy with his head, and a teasing half smile when he looked at her. "I don't know what the fuck you're talking about." she casually played dumb. "See?" Brian said looking at Matt. A smirk played on his face, and he nodded, "I see," he said glancing at Jimmy, "You were right." he smirked. "I know." Jimmy grinned, and confusion washed over Brian's face. Suddenly it didn't seem like they were talking about the same thing anymore. "Wait, what? I'm lost." he said glancing between his smirking friends. "What else is new?" Jimmy asked earning his second shove of the day.

Tammy and Kimmie glance at each other with amused smiles. They didn't get to see their teachers interact with each other like this. It was entertaining. "Seriously though, what the hell are you talking about?" Brian asked. "Nothing." he got in reply from both of them. Brian rolled his eyes, "Whatever." he mumbled. His gaze drifted back over to Tammy when more giggles escaped the girls. Deny it he could try, as a small smile made it's way out, he knew it would be a lie. He sure did like the sound of that.

Jimmy glanced at Brian next to him, and then followed his gaze. Tammy wasn't paying attention, she was too busy listening to what Matt was telling Kim about basketball, but he was. He nudged him with his elbow, and Brian's eyes snapped to him almost startled. 'The fuck are you looking at', he mouthed giving him a confused but knowing look. Brian scrunched his brow together, 'Nothing', he mouth back with a slight shake of his head. The look on Jimmy's face told him it better be nothing. He had seen that look on Brian's face before, and he knew his friend, and he didn't need to be looking at his student like that.

Brian just gave him a confused look, and tried to shrug him and it off as he focused back on what Matt was saying. He knew what he was looking at, and it was confusing enough to him itself. He didn't need Jimmy pointing it out. It was just the first time he heard her laugh. It surprised him that's all. "So just see me after class, and I'll give you the handbook, and a permission slip a parent needs to sign." Matt told Kimmie once he was done explaining things. "Okay." she replied with a smile, unknown to him that her mother would never see that slip. "Awesome," he said before looking at his friends with an excited grin, "Ima go find Grace." he said earning chuckles as he took off.

The girls shared a glance and a grin. "She's going to be so pissed at you." Tammy whispered. "Let her." Kimmie said as they turned to the two remaining teachers. "What's in the box Jimmy?" Tammy's eye lit up as she tried to peek inside. "Yeah, what are we doing today?" Kimmie joined in, attacking him as well with curiosity. "Noooo," he said holding the box up and out of their reach, "You have to wait until class." he told them, smirking at their pouts. "But that's ten minutes away." Tammy whined trying to give him her best puppy eyes. "Nope. Not gonna work." Jimmy said with a shake of his head, and catching a glimpse at Brian. There was that fucking look again.

"Tell ya what," Jimmy said grinning back down at the girls, "You ladies follow me, and I'll let you help set up." he told them as he started to lead them to the school. "Yay." they cheered with wide smiles, not hesitating to follow. Jimmy's class was the first one they had, and always the best way to start the day. "See you after lunch, Mr. Haner." Tammy called back over her shoulder. Brian snapped out of his daze, his eyes once again where they shouldn't be. "See ya." he said, giving her a small wave when she paused to look back at him.

Brian received a smile in return, unknown to him that he was only one in three people that ever really got to see one. The other two she was jogging back to. "When do we get to start dissecting shit?" her voice floated back to him, followed by Jimmy's loud chuckle, and Kim's "eww" within her giggle. Brian just smiled and shook his head. So he thought the pout and puppy eyes was adorable. Was that so wrong. "Yes, Haner it is." He internally scolded himself as he walked to the back of his car, and popped the trunk. He had his own surprise for his students today.

Tammy and Kimmie stood around Jimmy's table with the rest of the students as he started his experiment. He didn't let on what they were doing, and the two girls were a little confused since everything he brought were everyday things people have in their homes. He let Tammy mix the warm water and yeast in a regular beaker while Kimmie prepared some peroxide, blue food coloring, and a few drops of dish soap in another taller beaker. Now they were just waiting for him to get on with it.

Jimmy looked around at his students to make sure everyone's safety glasses were on as he grabbed the beaker of water and yeast. "Now when we add the yeast to the peroxide it's going to start removing the oxygen from the peroxide at an accelerated rate. Creating," he paused and dumped the yeast into the taller beaker, "A fun, foamy, mess." he grinned as the blue foam started to rise up and over the top of the beaker. It continued to expand a little on the table, and a few students backed up a little as the foam got closer to the edge. "Is that smoke?" a boy questioned, as more kids started to back up, some even grabbing their things to evacuate.

Jimmy chuckled a little, "Relax, it's just steam," he spoke up, and kids put their things down, "What you're seeing is something called an Exothermic Reaction. Because the yeast removes the oxygen so quickly, it causes things to warm up a bit." he explained. "We should fill Nathan's office with this stuff." Tammy whispered with a smirk to Kimmie next to her earning a quiet giggle. "Oh my God he'd be so pissed." she whispered back. Tammy nodded, still smiling "But it would be hilarious." she said, Kimmie nodding in agreement. "If you do, do that," Jimmy said overhearing and butting into their conversation, "You didn't learn it from me." he told them receiving chuckles from everyone. "Learn what?" Tammy asked playing dumb. "Exactly." Jimmy grinned.

Lunch rolled around, and Kimmie and Tammy found themselves at their usual table, just the two of them. That was until two uninvited guest sat in the seats across from them. A smile made it's way across Kimmie's face as a frown crossed Tammy's. This was really going to start to annoy her. She knew why Aaron was here, but his little jock friend, Ryan should have just kept walking. "You guys doing anything Friday night?" Aaron asked more Kimmie than both of them. "Maybe." Tammy answered quickly, and a little sharp. Kimmie gave her a look, silently telling her not to start her shit. "No we're not doing anything." she told him. "You should come to the game, and maybe we could do something after?" he suggested.

Tammy narrowed her eyes at him, trying hard to ignore the fact that his little friend hasn't stopped staring at her since he sat down. That was starting to piss her off more than just their presence. "What do you mean we?" she asked before Kimmie could answer earning an annoyed looked. "The four of us." Ryan spoke up. Tammy cocked a disbelieving brow at him. "Why would we want do that?" she asked, receiving a nudge from Kimmie, but ignoring her. "Why not? I think we could have some fun." he smirked at her with a wink. "Are you serious? Is this guys serious," she asked quickly glancing at Aaron and Kimmie, "Are you fucking serious?" she asked looking back to him a little shocked and confused. At least that's what it looked like on the outside.

Ryan nodded, the smirk still plastered on his face. "Yeah, sure. Aaron said things were going well with Kim, and I thought why not? You're kind of hot." he said. Tammy let out a sarcastic disbelieving laugh. "Uh-oh." Kimmie mumbled, and Aaron glanced at her. He told Ryan not to bother. "And you're kind of disgusting," Tammy started, her face and voice ice, "I'm physically hold back the urge to vomit right now, and would never EVER be caught dead in public with you. I recommend you stand up and walk away right now, and don't even so much as glance in my direction ever again. I promise, I will stab you in the eye with my pen." she told him, watching his smirk fade, nothing on her face saying she wouldn't.

Ryan grabbed his tray, "Whatever," he said a little in her face as he stood, "Psycho bitch." he mumbled as he started to walk away. "Yeah, remember that the next time you decide to be stupid." she shot back. "Would it kill you to be nice once in a while?" Kimmie's slightly irritated voice sounded. "It might," Tammy said just as annoyed, "Come on, who tells a girl she's 'Kind of hot'?" she asked mockingly, getting a chuckle from Aaron. "I told him not to bother." he spoke up. "See this one's not as dumb as he looks," Tammy said, and Kimmie gave her yet another annoyed look, "His friend on the other hand was proving quite the opposite every time his mouth opened." she said. "You didn't really give him much of a chance." Kimmie said knowing she probably wasn't going to win this one. "He had all the time I needed." Tammy said, ending it there.

The bell sounded, and the three stood to empty their trays. "You know the invitation is still open for the game." Aaron said as they started to head to class. Kimmie looked at Tammy with slightly pleading eyes. "You're so lucky I like football," she said with a slight grin, getting a wide smile in return, "Just make sure I don't see dumbass all night." she told Aaron giving him a pointed look before she parted down her hallway. He chuckled a little, "You won't even hear him fart in the wind!" he called after her, receiving a backhanded wave in acknowledgement.

Kimmie chuckled a little, and he grinned at her. "Score one for you." she said as they continued down the hall. "What?" he asked stilling smiling. "You may have not notice, but she complimented you. It was just hidden within an insult." she said, giggling a little when he finally realized it. "Is that what that was?" he asked, and Kimmie nodded. "Congratulations, you're making progress," she grinned as she headed towards the girls locker room, "With both of us." she added before slipping inside.

Tammy's heart started to pound in her chest as she reached for the handle on the classroom door. She was still worried about that poem even though Mr. Haner didn't seem like he knew it was about him this morning. He could just be hiding it well. She approached his desk, and he looked up at her with a smile. "I suppose you want your assignment?" he asked shuffling through his papers. "Wouldn't be here if I didn't." she acted normal. "I'm a little disappointed. I didn't get what I wanted." he said as he handed it to her. Tammy frowned a little before she looked at him a little confused. "But I got an A." she said. Brian smiled again. "I didn't say it wasn't good. I'm just going to have to try harder next time." he said bringing that smile back out on her face.

Tammy relaxed a little, and tucked the poem away in her notebook. "I guess so." she replied before turning to head to her desk. "Um there is something I want to talk to you about," his voice stopped her in mid step, "Can you spare a few minutes after class?" he asked when she turned to face him again. "Yeah, sure." she said trying to hide the nerves that were creeping up again. Maybe he did know. Why else would he want to talk to her after class? She should have just got the extension, and wrote about something else. All she could think about as she walked to her desk is how she probably just ruined her relationship with one of the few people she liked around here.

Tammy pushed the thought to the back of her mind as she tried to focus on what Mr. Haner was talking about. It wasn't hard since he was talking about music, and she liked music, and when he pulled out a guitar with a small amp from the closet, it was completely forgotten about. "This weeks assignment, I'm going to give you four weeks on," he started as he plugged in the guitar, "I want you to put your heart and souls into this, and write me a song," he continued playing a few simple cords, and watching smiles come out, "What is music, but poetry with a melody?" he asked as he got more advanced with his riff, "If you're lucky, maybe yours will be the one I put a melody to." he finished, but continued to play as the students watched a little in awe.

Tammy watched Mr. Haner's fingers move effortlessly over the guitar. Her bottom lip went between her teeth when the brief thought of what else he could do with those fingers popped in her head, and when their eyes met for a moment, she was sure he could tell what she was thinking. Brian wasn't didn't know why he decided to look in her direction, he just had this urge. He wasn't prepared for the image that flashed in his head when he saw that lip tucked between her teeth, and he ended up messing up what he playing.

The kids around clapped, and Brian played it off as the end of the song while trying to push the inappropriate image of his student's lip between his teeth out of his mind. "So, yeah," he said as he set the guitar on his desk, and tried to compose himself, "Four weeks. Show me what you got." he said looking around with a smile just before the bell rang. Brian felt his palms start to sweat as Tammy made her way over to his desk. Why the hell was he so nervous? It wasn't like she knew what he was thinking. He just didn't understand why he was thinking it.

There was a tension in the air. One that's never been there before. One that couldn't be placed, but making both equally uncomfortable. "You wanted to talk to me about something?" Tammy asked at almost a whisper. "Yeah," Brian said a little confused as to why she seemed nervous. Did she think she was in trouble? "I wanted to see if I could send a few of your poems into some literature magazines." he said, the tension almost visibly lifting in the air. "Really?" Tammy asked. She didn't think they were that good. "Yeah, I mean there's no guarantee they'll get published, but they have amateur sections, and I figured it's worth a shot." he told her watching that beautiful smile come back out. "Yeah sure." she said earning a smile of her own.

Brian walked around his desk, and opened the top drawer. He pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to her. "I just need yours and a parents signature." he said as she took the permission slip from him. "Sure, no problem," Tammy said, not that Nathan was going to see it, "See you tomorrow." she told him before turning to leave. "See ya." he said almost to soft to hear as he watched her leave, his eyes traveling lower than they should have.

Tammy didn't see Kimmie in the locker room hall, so she started to jog, weaving through students, towards the door to catch up. "Walk missy." she heard Coach Sanders in passing. "I'm sorry, I can't hear you!" she yelled back as she went out the door. She was pretty sure she heard him laugh just before the door closed. Kimmie was spotted quickly, and Tammy didn't stop running until she was hopping onto her back. "You're lucky I heard you coming, and was prepared for that." she chuckled. "That's why I did it." Tammy grinned before hopping off. "You're in a better mood," Kimmie observed, "Something to do with a certain teacher?" she teased.

Tammy gave her a playful look of warning not to go there. "Yes, but not what you're referring to," she said holding out the paper Mr. Haner gave her, "Will you take care of this for me?" Kimmie took the paper, and looked it over, "What's this?" she asked. "Mr. Haner wants to send in some of my poems into some magazines. I need shit-dick's signature." she told her with a grin. "Really? That's awesome." Kimmie said tucking it in her basketball handbook with the her own slip to forge. A trick she had to learn a long time ago if she wanted to do anything at the school. Her mother sure as hell wasn't going to give her permission. "I know right? He said it was up to the magazine if it got published or not, but it was worth a shot." Tammy said receiving a nod.

When Tammy found out Kimmie could forge her mom signature she jumped on that, and Kimmie learned Nathan's in less than a week. She hated asking him for things. He always tried to make her do things, so she quit asking. Now she didn't have too. "Is that your handbook?" Tammy asked, seeing where she put the permission slip. Kimmie nodded, and handed it to her. "There are some fees, and I need high top shoes." she told her as they head towards the parking lot. "Mall before home?" Tammy asked, and Kimmie nodded. Whatever delayed the home part. The girls walked towards the car in relatively good moods. That is until that annoying high pitched voice stopped them. "Hey, bitches!"

Notes

Student and teacher having inappropriate thoughts already, and I haven't even turned their worlds upside down yet :D
Just some filler to kick of some drama, that will probably kick off some more drama. You guys are strapped in right? ;)
I looked up Jimmy's experiment, and found out what was needed, and what makes it do what it does, but if you would like to see for yourself here is a little youtube clip compliments of The Big Bang Theory: Sheldon's foamy revenge on Kripke Enjoy :)
And I'm sure it's pretty obvious whose song is going to be chosen in Brian class. The only question now is which one of Avenged Sevenfold's songs will it be?? And I want my readers to decide, so here a chance to influence the story :) Embrace it and tell me which song you wanna see :D

@Kimmie
This totally made up for the wait :)

First Brian. He's just not use to having to hide something like this like Tammy has. She's had her crush for awhile and is use to hiding secrets and actions. Some of what he does is completely innocent, just trying to make her feel better, but the other he just doesn't know how to deal with or control it. But like I said in a previous comment...someone is about to gum up the works.

As for Tammy turning on the bitch switch with Kimmie, she knows she fucked up. First day back was an uncomfortable shock to her and she took it out on the wrong person. But I think the little pep talk she got from her favorite teacher will help.

And finally Matt. What can I say about this poor broken man? It's going to take some time for him to get over this. The love of his life is gone now and he just doesn't know how to deal. It's not something someone just gets over. Eventually he's going to see though that there's someone else out there that can love him just as much if not more :)

always love you long comments Hot Stuff <3

OK first, I'm sorry I'm "sooooo late" with my comment ;-) :P
Here goes! Get ready!

Brian, my friend, you are getting onto thin ice. Getting in between a funny back and forth between friends? Asking for a HotStuff (don't be jealous of the girl friends man, not cool), checking to hear if you are still hot? Putting your hand on her thigh? HOLDING HER FUCKING HAND?!!?! Brian, you are soooo deep in right now. And you fucking know it. If you really aren't ready to admit yet, you shouldn't even get in everything I mentioned before and try to pretend to be a grown up man who doesn't have a quickly developing crush on his fosterchild. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for him to fall of the wagon, but for the storysake and the "it's all wrong"-sake... you should at least pretend :P

Okay, I can skip the school stuff right? I mean, she doesn't want to move away from Brian anyway and everything else was just.. well.. maybe she'll make it anyway, but who cares... I have more important stuff to get to.

For the first time this story I kinda didn't like Tammy. She was selfish instead of supporting her friend. I don't really like Aaron, but for now he is nice to Kimmie and so are his friends. I get all the issues Tammy always had, but she had no right to go off on Kimmie like that. That's just mean. I know I know, she had her reasons. I know she's been through a lot, but I still didn't like it. Kimmie didn't deserve it.

Oh, one thing more about the school day... I do love all the sarcastic remarks. But you know... that's your writing. You make it seem so effortless and I know it's not, but just take the compliment, okay? You make it seem so so damn lifely, and I really feel like being there. Like standing there watching the scene. It's amazing.

Allright, let's get to my man Matt. My heart breaks everytime you write about him. I know it's too soon to get better, but I really want it to. I hate seeing him hurt like this. Trying his best over all his grief. I really can't stand seeing him like this. But I love how Kimmie knows this baby stuff. How she so easily gets the baby to be quiet and calm. And what I like most about it is that she isn't solving it for Matt, but teaching him how. But damn, just fix the man soon, I can't take it.
And here's a small peek of the fangirl.. I can't wait for Kimmie to spend more time with Matt and Aiden, taking care of the small guy.

I hope this comment makes up for me being not here on the first day. I'll just end with what I always do.. Please, Please, Please write! I'm begging you, this story makes my day, my week, my life. I want to read more now things are looking up!

Love you lekker ding! <3
