He had poured some of my lavender bubble soap into the water, making a large bubble mess in my bath tub. Not only that, but he had fucking ducks floating around the water. He really was three years old. "If you hadn't creeped up on me in the middle of the night, we wouldn't be in this situation."
"You speaketh lies, Ms. Mace-y MacMacerton." He said, splashing water into my face. I sputtered before giving him the most deadliest of death glares I could muster without bursting into laughter at how ridiculous he looked right now.

"You are going to be the death of me, Sullivan." I muttered as I went to walk out of the bathroom.
"Ah! Get your ass back here and get in this tub. So help you God, I will sick these little ducks on you." He threatened, holding up a duck with tiny little devil horns.
"Oh no, Jimmy save me from the plastic ducks." I mock fear, dropping down to my knees.
"Get in here you peasant." He said, splashing me again.
"God, would you quit doing that?" I whine, stripping out of my work clothes reluctantly.
"My name is Jimmy, and no. Now get in here." He said, splashing me once more.
I slipped into the hot water, shuddering slightly. The water had immediately scalded my skin, making it a bright pink under most of my ink. I looked over at him, that same lion-esque smile on his face. "James." I warned, pointing a finger at him.

"You may have from time to time." I mused, resting my chin on his chest. My back was arched so my chest was touching his fully, my arms coming to rest on his broad shoulders.
"You're beautiful." He whispered before kissing me again. This one wasn't as hungry as the first, but it was still something that left me wanting more. I wanted more of him. I hadn't noticed at first that he had unplugged the tub as he still held me against him. Slowly the water drained, leaving us attached to each other, bubbles clinging to our skin.
