Limp Bizkit. Yes. I said it. I was currently in the shop, blaring the music to calm myself. Leana's words and actions running through my head. I had decided it was time to open the shop since I had nothing else to do with my time. Jimmy had stayed back at the house, figuring there was no chance in talking to me. And he was write. I was tired, I was cranky, and pretty much I bit off anyone's head. Including his. I wouldn't let myself feel bad for it though. His ex, if you'd call her that, had left a nice shiner after she punched me. It was healing rather slowly, too slowly for my taste.
As I went through most of the past appointments, calling up clients to reschedual them, I heard the front door open, the bell jingling. I got up from my desk and headed towards the front, seeing a group of guys standing there, talking amougnst themselves. "Can I help you guys?" I asked as I strode into the parlor.
They all looked at me, grins on their faces. "Hi, I'm Kevin. Uh, we saw that you opened the shop back up, and we've been trying to get into a place that would hopefully hire us on?" He asked as he stuck his hand out.
He had pure white hair that hung in his pale green eyes, his nose pierced on the right side, his upper lip pierced right in the middle. He looked to be around his twenties, tattoo's covering his arms and neck. I cocked my head to the side, taking his hand firmly in my own, "Nice to meet you guys." I said, smiling brightly. Maybe this was a break from all the stress with my homelife. Then again, these guys might be a bunch of weirdo's and harvest my organs while I'm sleeping.
"So this is Ben, Timmy, Vlad, and Chad." Kevin said, pointing out the guys to me that were very different then he was.
Ben was tall with short brown hair, glasses over his brown eyes, and from what I could tell, he had but one tattoo on his inner forearm. Timmy had long black hair, longer than any woman's I've ever seen, the brightest blue eyes, and a barbell through his left eyebrow. Vlad and Chad however, I could easily tell, were twins. Vlad had shoulder length red hair, Chad had semi long blond hair. Both had dark, forest gree eyes, and were built. Very built.
"Nice to meet you guys." I repeated, shaking each of their hands. "Strong grips. That's good." I said, crossing my arms over my chest.
"So, can we work here?" Kevin asked, a bright smile on his face.
"Well, in order for that to happen, I need proof that you guys can draw, need to go through a interview proccess, I have a few guys that would want to talk with you guys to. If you don't mind." I said, grinning inwardly. Since being with Jimmy, the guys have taken on the unnecessary big brothers role. I'm sure if these guys saw who they were, they'd piss themselves. Or I could be wrong.
"We can do that." Timmy said, giving me a straight tooth smile.
I nodded my head, "Well, why don't you guys come over Friday, I'll have my guys come over, we'll get everything set up and..Get you guys on a trial run." I said.
They all seemed content with this, all nodding their heads in agreement. "All right, see you Friday. Thanks." Kevin said as he lead the group outside.

I shook hair out of my face as I retreated back to my office, shutting everything down for the night. I was tired, but I had a different out look on everything. I gathered up all my supplies, stuffing them into my messenger bag as well as my lap top and mouse. I locked up the shop and proceeded to make my way to my truck. As I approached it, something seemed...off. I looked around the area, swallowing thickly as I grabbed a hold of the small can of mace I had on my key chain, something my father gave to me on my twenty first birthday. "Way to go dad.." I muttered as I went to unlock the drivers side of the truck.
"Not so fast!"
I let out a high pitched scream and pushed down on the button of the mace, letting my attacker get a face full of it.
"MEADOW!!! WHY!?" I heard them scream.
"How do you know my name!?" I demanded, ready to spray more on the person.
"It's me, Jimmy! For Christs sake!" He groaned as he rolled around on the ground beside the truck. "I never thought I had to go through that again!" He yelled.
I stared at him with wide eyes, unable to think of what I could possibly do. "What are you doing here?" I finally spoke, my mouth drier than a desert.
"I wanted to surprise you. I know you've been having a shit week, so I wanted to drive you home..But noooo." He groaned as he stood up.
His face was rest and irritated, his eyes barely open as he tried to look at me. He sniffled as he kept wiping his eyes.
"I'm so fucking sorry, Jimmy.." I whispered, feeling laughter bubble up inside of me.
"Don't you dare fucking laugh." He said, trying to hold his own laughter in.
But after his sentence was finished, neither one of us could contain our laughter. His was painful though, considering his eyes were burning; practically on fire.
"Come on, bean poll, let's get you home..." I said, guiding him to the passenger side of the truck. "I wanted to drive though." He pouted as I opened the door for him. "Yeah, when pigs fly. You just got maced. Now shush." I said as I closed the door once he got in.
I shook my head as I made my way around the truck, laughing to myself still. His crazy antics was one of the reasons why I loved him so much. I don't think I see that changing anytime soon.
