Chapter 28

Brian leaned back in his seat, resting his bad hand behind his head as he let his eyes drift closed. A small moan escaped his lips as he entangled his finger in Tammy’s red locks. They’ve been at the border for the better part of the day, and well they got bored. This strip of highway is dead, and they’ve seen five cars all day. Tammy took him down all the way, and held him there as she swirled her tongue around his hard shaft. Brian cracked his eyes open, “Of-fucking-course!” he groaned out. Tammy’s head popped up, but continued to stroke him with her hand, “What?” she asked, glancing out the windshield, a giggle escaping when she seen the beer truck in lane 2. “Don’t stop.” Brian said almost desperately, pushing her head back down. Fuck, he was so close, and they still had a little bit of time. Just not enough time to finish how he wanted to.

Tammy giggled again before taking him back into her mouth. She knew exactly how to end this quickly. Brian let out another moan as she sucked harder and faster. He tried to get his phone out of his pocket to let Matt and Zacky know they were crossing, but it was proving difficult since his pants were half way to his knees. “Fuck yeah.” he let out in victory when he finally grabbed it, only to drop it between the door and seat when the vibrations from Tammy’s giggle sent him over. His hand went back to her hair, letting out another moan as she slowly eased him down from his high. Her head popped back up, a smile forming as he sat there, eyes closed, breathing heavy. He cracked an eye open at her, “I dropped my phone.” he said, a smile coming out when she started to laugh. “Really? I just get done giving you an awesome blow job, and the first thing you say is ‘I dropped my phone’?” she asked with a half smile as Brian pulled up his pants. “Awe baby,” he said pulling her onto his lap, “You know I love the things you do to me.” he said, a smile crossing her lips before he captured them with his own.

Brian wrapped his arms around Tammy’s waist, and she his neck as their innocent kiss quickly turned into heated making out. The sound of the beer truck passing them, snapped them back to reality, and they pulled apart breathless. Brian let out a sigh, and Tammy smiled, resting her head on his. “Back to work, baby.” she said, giving him on last peck before moving back to her seat. “Gotta find my phone first.” he mumbled as he blindly searched for it between the door and seat with his hand. “You do that.” Tammy said pulling her phone out to let Matt and Zack know they crossed. “Damn it, I can’t find it.” he grumbled opening the door to get a better look. Tammy held in her giggle, but not her smile when Brian groaned, squeezing his eyes shut at the sound of something hitting the pavement. He opened his eyes, and looked down to see his phone, face down just outside the door. “Please don’t be broken. Please don’t be broken.” he pleaded to himself as he reached down to pick it up. “FUCK!” The entire screen was shattered.

Brian tossed his phone in the cup holder before playfully glaring at Tammy. “This is your fault.” he stated as he started the car. He may only have use of one hand, but he was still driving. “How is it my fault?” she asked, mocked offense. “If you hadn’t made me cum, I wouldn’t have dropped my phone.” he replied, like that was a viable reason, pulling out onto the highway. “Oh well then, I am sooo sorry. Next time you can just drive with blue balls.” she said with a smirk, crossing her arms. Brian glanced at her out of the corner of his eye. “I forgive you.” he said, a smile playing at his lips. “Thank God. I’ll be able to sleep tonight now.” Tammy sarcastically replied, her own smile still yet to fade.

The truck traveled down the deserted highway as the sun started to set. They were an hour and a half from the border, two hours to their destination. Two men sat in the front, two hidden in the back. Had to protect the dope. They were right on schedule, and completely at ease, until they came to a detour they weren’t informed of. Two workers directed them to turn down another road, but they were hesitant. The truck pulled up next to one of the worker, and the driver rolled his window halfway down. “What is this?” he asked. “A detour.” the emerald eyed man replied. The driver rolled his eyes at the smartass response. “I know that, why?” he asked slightly irritated. “There’s an accident a few miles down,” Zacky lied easily, “Just follow the signs. They’ll lead you around, and back on the highway.” he finished. The driver nodded, accepting the answer. It would explain why they didn’t know about it. He rolled the window up, and turned down the road. This better not throw them off schedule.

Zacky and Dan quickly cleared away the road cones and signs, and got rid of their hard hats and vests. Brian and Tammy pulled up as they were loading the stuff into their truck, and paused next to a stack of road cones. Tammy rolled down her window, and reached out, “You missed some!” she yelled, grabbing the stack as Brian took off, scattering the cones along the side of the road. Zack and Dan let out groans as they quickly gathered up the cones before jumping in their truck, and taking off after them, removing signs as they went.

The beer truck took a left down a gravel road like the detour sign instructed. The anxiety picked up as they traveled down the dark road. Something wasn’t right. “Watch out!” the passenger yelled seeing a man step onto the road. The driver slammed the breaks, and the truck started to fishtail, but he kept it under control. Matt stood in the middle of the road, hands folded in front of him, face void of emotion as the truck came to a skidding halt inches away from him. The two men in the back readied their guns, prepared for whoever opened the trailer door. Four bright lights came on behind Matt, and the men in the cab of the truck tried to block the light with their hands. Their attention was so focused on what was going on in front of them that they didn’t notice the two vehicles pull up behind them, blocking them in.

Jimmy and Johnny climbed out of the SUVs after turning on the headlights, and joined Matt’s side. Jimmy handed him a megaphone, and an evil smile graced Matt’s lips. “Step out of the truck.” he ordered through the megaphone. The men in the truck did nothing to get out. “Back up.” the passenger said. The driver complied throwing the truck into reverse only to hit the breaks again when he glanced at his side mirror. “We’re blocked in.” he said putting the truck in park. The two men pulled out their guns, shifting their gaze back to the three men in front of them, wearing matching wicked grins. “We can do this the easy way, or the hard way.” Matt said into the megaphone. Still the men made no attempt to vacate the vehicle. They kept a firm grip on their guns, all they could do now was defend the truck. Matt tossed the megaphone aside, but the two men in the truck still heard his words, “Looks like we’re doing this the hard way.”

The passenger side door was yanked open, and the man was met immediately with the butt of an assault rifle, knocking him out cold. Tammy had her rifle pointed on the driver before he could even get his gun raised. “That’s a nice gun you got there. I bet mine’s bigger.” she said with a smile. She motioned with her gun to hand it over, but he remained frozen, eyes on her, till a tap on his window broke his daze. A pair of brown eyes holding warning in them, stared back at him, the man casually leaning on the door as the barrel of his handgun tapped the window. The driver looked back to the woman standing there with a hand out waiting. He slowly placed his gun in her hand, and she smiled wide. “Thank you.” she said chipper, tucking the gun in the back of her pants. She took the unconscious passenger’s gun, and handed it to Jimmy who had joined her. “Get out.” she ordered the driver, keeping her gun on him, her smile gone. The man opened the door, and Brian yanked him out. He pushed the man to his knees, and Johnny restrained his hands and feet with cuffs. Jimmy pulled the unconscious man out, and left him restrained face down on the side of the road.

Zacky approached the back of the truck, and flipped the hook latch open. The two men inside hid in the shadows of the back of the trailer, guns ready to blow away whomever was behind that door. A sliver of light shown under the rise up door, and they aimed, ready for it to open the rest of the way, but it didn’t. A metal canister rolled in, a green fog spewing from it as the door slammed back down. Zacky chuckled to himself as he flipped the latch back over to lock the door in place. He didn’t know if anyone was in there, but better safe than sorry. The gas wouldn’t kill them, just knock them out for a bit. His suspicions were confirmed when he heard yelling inside the trailer as they tried to open the door to get out. It only took a couple of minutes before the door stopped moving, and the yelling ceased.

Tammy appeared around the back, and leaned against the back of the truck. Zack threw her a glare, and she grinned. “You’re a bitch, you know that right?” he said referring back to the cones. Her grin got wider, “You say that like it’s a bad thing.” she said walking over to him, and resting her arm on his shoulder. Zacky chuckled, and rested his arm around her waist since her shoulder had the rifle rested against it. “Anybody in there?” she asked. “Yeah, but they’re not moving anymore.” he said with a smirk. Brian came around back, and his eyes instantly went to Zacky’s hand resting on Tammy’s hip. “Get your hands off my woman.” he snapped, but obviously not upset. The two rolled their eyes, and flipped him off, but pulled apart anyway. Zack walked over to the truck, and Brian replaced him next to Tammy, and his arm. Zack flipped the latch, and pushed the door up, stepping back when the green cloud of gas rolled out.

The rest of the guys joined them behind the truck, and Dan got a camera set up on a tripod, they did have a message to send after all. Jimmy and Zacky carried the unconscious men out of the back, and Johnny restrained them where they lay. Matt stepped up into the truck, and started opening beer cases. Some of them actually contained beer, but that was jst for appearance. It wasn’t until he got a little further back, did he find what he was looking for. “Anything good in here?” Tammy asked as her, and Brian joined him in the trailer. Matt chuckled knowing what she was hoping to find even though she could get it whenever she wanted. “Just some coke right now.” he replied looking down at the white five pound bricks in the box.

Tammy crinkled her nose, she had no interest in that. Her and Brian helped Matt go through the boxes. Some of this stuff they were taking to sell themselves. Pour salt in the wound they were about to cause. Tammy opened a box, and bit her lip as she stared at the contents. She hasn’t had a craving in years, but with it right there within her reach, she could feel it creeping up again. She gazed into the box, her hand slowly inching its way in. “I found what you were looking for.” Brian’s voice sounded, snapping her out of her daze when he tossed the one pound brick of pot in the box. He could see what was inside, and he hoped this would distract her away from it. Tammy smiled, picking up the brick, “Holy shit, it’s purple,” she said looking it over, her smile wide, “Thank you.” she said giving Brian a quick peck before skipping out of the truck. She got what she came for. Brian let out a sigh of relief, and Matt gave him a knowing look. “Take the coke and pot, leave this shit.” he said looking at the box. Brian nodded, and Matt left the trailer, sending the other guys in to help unload the truck into their vehicles.

Matt walked over to were Dan had the camera set up. “Ready to go?” he asked. “Ready whenever you are.” Dan told him. Matt nodded, and told him to turn it on. The little red light came on, and Matt plastered a fake smile on his face. “Evening William, Demarco,” he started, “Just thought I would let you know that your shipment won’t be coming in tonight,” he said stepping aside so Dan could get a shot of the guys unloading the truck. “I also wanted to thank you,” Matt said stepping back into frame, “We’re going to get a nice fat stack for it.” he said his smile never fading. Dan kept the camera rolling, making sure to get everything recorded. Matt wanted them to see everything, including the grand finale. Jimmy is going to attach a Trojan Horse to the video, wiping out everything thing in their computers, and crashing their hard drives once they finish watching the video.

The guys carried out the last of the boxes as Demarco’s men started to wake up. Zacky climbed back into the truck carrying in a black duffel bag to set up for the big finish. The rest of the guys moved Demarco’s men into the truck while Zacky lined it with explosives. Matt didn’t know if these specific men killed anyone, but he didn’t care. An eye for an eye. Once done, Zack hopped out of the truck, and pulled the door down. He jumped into the driver seat, and started the truck. He needed to get it a safe distance away. Johnny followed him in one of their vehicles as Zacky drove the truck a few miles down the road. They returned a few minutes later, and everyone, but Dan, stood in the road facing the camera. “Your men and truck are on County road 132. You might want to come get them.” Matt said into the camera. Everyone looked behind them into the dark distance. Zack pressed the red button on his detonator, and the night sky lit up with the loud explosion. Matt smirked looking back at the camera, “Or not.” he said before his face went cold. “Consider this your only warning,” he said as the truck burned in the distance, “The next time someone dies on my soil,” Matt paused, a wicked smile coming out, “I’ll be coming for you.”

Notes

Sorry for the wait. Haven't felt like writing these past few days. Been nursing a sore and swollen jaw. Damn wisdom teeth. I need to break down, and get them pulled, but who wants to go get teeth pulled?
Girls night coming next. We're going to have so much fun, Kimmie :)
