Fake Reflection

Matt sat in the back of his limo as he made his way to pick up Jena. Dan was driving, and the seperator was down. It would be a lie if he said he wasn’t a little nervous. After their day at the beach, she has been swimming in his thoughts more often. If tonight goes well he has something big planned for Sunday. “We’re picking up the blonde one right?“ Dan asked from the front. “Yea.” Matt said with a nod as a small smile graced his lips. “Yea, Jarrett’s been checking her out.” Dan said as he turned down Jena’s street. “To bad there’s a no fraternizing policy.” Matt said with a smirk. Dan chuckled, “Says the boss man that’s picking up one of his housekeepers.” he said as he pulled up in front of her house. “Well you said it. I am the boss man. Now be a good little bitch and open my door.” he said with a cocky grin. Dan chuckled, and looked at him, “It’s a good thing you pay me well.” he said opening his door and climbing out, and opening the back door.

Dan motioned with his arm to the outside, and Matt furrowed his brow looking at him, “You’re not going to take my hand and help me out?” he asked pretending to be offended. Dan smirked, “You going to give me a polite little curtsy if I do?” he asked. Matt looked as if he was in deep thought, “I think I can handle it.” he said climbing out. “Thought so.” Dan said closing the door. Matt chuckled, and made his way to the front door of the house. With a deep breath, he rang the bell. He let out another chuckle when he heard scratching at the door, and Jena’s muffled voice telling the dog to get down. She opened the door, but greetings were delayed when Jasper pushed his way past her.

He circled Matt, wagging his tail excitedly before propping himself up at Matt’s waist as he tried to lick the mans face. Sadly he was too tall for the pup, but he seemed happy with the scratching Matt was doing. “I think he likes you.” Kimmie said with a wide smile. “That’s a good thing right?” Matt asked looking from the Jasper to Jena. His eyes combed over her as he took in the sight of her, and her black dress that stopped at the knee, and hugged in all the right places. Their eyes met, and a smile graced his face. “Yea it is.” she whispered feeling her cheeks heat up as he looked her over.

Jasper dropped down, and trotted back inside the house. “Guess he just wanted to say hello.” Kimmie said closing the door behind him, and locking it. “Hope I’m not over dressed.” she said joining Matt’s side, and taking in his casual, ripped sleeved, rock star appearance. “Not at all,” he said wrapping an arm around her waist, “You look amazing.” he finished leading her to the car were Dan was waiting. “Your door, your highness.” he said with a smirk as he opened the door. “Thank you peasant.” Matt smirked as he helped Jena inside. Dan let out a laugh, closing the door behind Matt, and getting into the drivers seat.

“So where are we going?” Kimmie asked as they pulled away. “Gates of Syn.” Matt said. “Never heard of it.” She said. “ It’s Brian’s place.” Matt said looking at her with a grin, “Shh, don’t tell him I used his name.” he said putting a finger to his lips. Kimmie giggled, “I’m assuming that’s Gates?” she asked already knowing. Matt nodded. “Your secrets safe with me.” she said patting his hand only to have hers engulfed in his. Their gazes met again, and he flashed her a dimpled smile. Kimmie blushed again as her heart thudded in her chest. What the hell was this man doing to her. She felt like a teenage girl that had a crush on the high school bad boy. She needed to distract her thoughts from ripping his clothes off of him.

“So what exactly do you guys do?” she asked. “Whatever we want.” Matt said with a half smile. Kimmie gave him a look, and he chuckled. “You know what I mean.” she said. “That’s what we do,” he told her seriously, “We’re a group of unique individuals that work well together, and bond like a family. If we can do it and want to, then we do.” he explained. Kimmie nodded accepting the answer.

Dan pulled up to the curb outside of the club, and parked. He opened the back door,and offered Matt his hand with a grin. Matt looked at his hand then to Dan, “I’m good.” he said trying to hold back his smile as he climbed out. “I offered.” Dan said as Matt helped Jena out of the car. He laced their fingers together, and they walked to the entrance, by passing the line that looked like it went around the block. The bouncer immediately opened the door, and the sounds of live rock music flooded Kimmie’s ears. Matt started to lead her to their usual table, but stopped when she did.

He looked at her, her eyes on the stage in the center of the place. “Is that Syndy?” she asked watching the woman playing on stage. “Yea, she use to work here. It’s technically how we met her.” he said. “Technically?” she questioned looking at him. “Long story.” he said simply before leading her the rest of the way to the guys. “Bout time you got here.” Brian said earning a finger from Matt. Kimmie smiled, and Matt pulled a chair out for her. “Drink?” he asked as she sat. “SHOTS!” Jimmy yelled jumping up from his seat. “And a beer.” Kimmie called out to him before he left. He looked to Matt, Matt flashing him a 2 before he nodded, and walked to the bar

The song playing ended, and Jimmy returned with a tray of shots and beers. Kimmie thanked him as he handed her a beer, and her eyes went to the stage at the sound of someone hushing the crowd. “Hey Shadz.” Syndy’s voice came through the speakers. “Goddamn it.” Kimmie heard him grumble under his breath before looking to the stage. “You going to sing a song for us?” she asked with a mischievous grin. Matt chuckled and shook his head, “I just got here!” he yelled to her. “You say that like I care.” Syndy said her smile never fading. Kimmie looked at Shadows with curiosity as he glanced at her. “Come on Shadz,” Syndy taunted more, “I bet Jena would like to hear you sing, wouldn’t you?” she asked looking at her. Kimmie smiled wide, and nodded at Shadz. He smiled and let out a sigh, “Come sing a song Shadz.” Syndy whined into her mic. “Yea, go sing a song Shadz.” Kimmie egged him on. Matt’s smile faded only a little as he leaned in close to her. Kimmie’s sucked in a breath as he got closer to her, feeling his breath on her skin. “Its Matt.” he whispered huskily in her ear before pulling back with a smile, and standing. “Hell Yea!” Syndy cheered from the stage, “Bring the rest of those bitches with you.” she added with a giggle. The guys mocked offense as they stood, and Tammy laughed. “You see that,” she said to the crowd, “They knew exactly who I was talking about.” she finished as the crowd started to laugh.

Tammy hopped off the stage, and Brian gave her a playful smack on the ass for calling him a bitch before taking her place on stage. She smiled, and blew him a kiss before making her way over to the table. Tammy gave Jena a smile, and a wink as she sat down. Kimmie returned her smile, and watched her down the only full shot left at the table. “You’ll like this.” she told her. Kimmie looked back to the stage when the music came through the speakers. She watched in amazement as Matt moved about the stage singing to the crowd. The talent came as a surprise. They had such great chemistry up there, and she found herself wondering why they didn’t do this for a living. Matt locked their gazes, and for a moment she felt like he was singing to her.

Kimmie let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding when he broke his gaze back to the crowd. “Did he need to get hotter?” she thought to herself, that is until she heard a giggle come from Syndy. “Did I just say that out loud?” she asked as her face flushed red. Tammy smiled wide, and nodded. “Oh my God.” Kimmie groaned burying her face in her hands. “Awe don’t be embarrassed,” Tammy said trying to comfort her, “He thinks you’re hot too.” she added. Kimmie looked at her, “Did he say that?” she asked a little more excited than intended. Tammy chuckled, “Among other things.” she said not going into detail. “What kind of things?” Kimmie asked wanting to know more. “Good things.” Tammy replied vaguely with a grin. Kimmie frowned a little. “You’re not going to tell me are you?” she pouted. “Tell you what?” Matt’s voice came from behind her. “All the hot dirty things you say about her.” Tammy said as Matt st next to Jena. “Oh.” he said not denying saying anything.

Kimmie looked at him, and he smirked, “Oh I see,” she started, “Everyone has to fuck with the newbie.” she said. “If we didn’t you’d think we didn’t like you.” Matt said still grinning. “Uh-huh.” Kimmie replied taking a swig of her beer. Matt leaned in close again, “That doesn’t mean I didn’t say anything.” he whispered, resting a hand on her thigh. Kimmie didn’t think she could blush anymore that night. She was pretty sure she’s covered 50 shades of red, but damn it her cheeks were on fire again.

The drinks started flowing again, and Kimmie soon felt completely comfortable, and relaxed with the people around her. She didn’t seem to have a problem fitting in at all. They mad it easy, and it was hard not to have fun. She noticed Matt steadily got closer to her through out the night, and now they were pretty much touching. They were wrapped in a flirtatious conversation when Jimmy jumped up from his chair, grabbing everyone's attention. “Alright short-shit, lets settle this right now.” he said before walking quickly to the bar.

He returned moments later with two full pitchers of beer. He placed one in front of Johnny, and returned to his seat next to him. “Looser streaks through the club.” Jimmy said as Johnny picked up his pitcher. “Do I get a say in this?” Brian asked. It was his place after all. “No.” Jimmy said not taking his eyes off Johnny. “Ready?” he asked. “Lets do this.” Johnny slurred already half lit. “Go!” Jimmy said as the two started to chug their pitchers. Everyone cheered them on, and Jimmy slammed his pitcher down, raising his fists in victory. Johnny set down his half empty pitcher, and let out a belch. “Take it off stubby.” Jimmy said smirking at him.

Johnny attempted to stand only to fall back down just missing his chair, and hitting the floor. Jimmy helped him up, and to Brian’s office. Moments later a very drunk, and very naked Johnny came running out. He waved his hands in the air, screaming as he ran through the club. It wasn’t long before all eyes were on him. The crowd parted like the Red Sea as Johnny ran through them, and up on stage. He ran across the stage, and down the other side, making his way back to Brian’s office. Kimmie laughed with the others as a now fully clothed Johnny appeared, and took a bow earning cheers and applause from the crowd.

It has definitely been an interesting night, and Kimmie was a little sad to see it end. She did however enjoy the car ride home. Matt kept her close to him, an arm around her waist, and a hand on her thigh. The whole way home she silently wished he would move that hand a little higher. Dan pulled up to her house, and parked, opening the door for them. The two stumbled out, laughing a little as Matt walked Jena to her door. “I had a lot of fun tonight. Thanks for inviting me.” she told him once they reached her door. Matt nodded in response, “Are you busy Sunday?” he asked. Kimmie shook her head. “You are now.” Matt told her with a grin. “Oh really?” she asked cocking a brow. He nodded, “Wear a bathing suit, and bring a change of clothes.” he told her. “What are we doing?” she asked curious. “You’ll see,” he said moving closer to her, “I’ll be here at nine in the morning.” he said. “Okay.” Kimmie whispered noticing how close their faces were.

She wanted him to kiss her, and judging from the look in his eyes, he wanted to, too. Kimmie’s eyes fluttered closed as she anticipated the kiss only to be filled with disappointment when he pecked her cheek. “See you Sunday.” he said getting ready to leave. Kimmie didn’t exactly know what fueled her actions next, but she knew she wanted more than that. “I don’t even fucking think so.” she muttered yanking him down by his shirt, and crashing her lips to his. Matt instantly responded, pulling her in close, and tangling a hand in her hair. He wanted to refrain because he didn’t know if he could control himself, but it was obvious she wasn’t satisfied with that, and he was fine with that. He quickly took control of the kiss, deepening it as she parted her lips, savoring the taste of her. Kimmie pulled away once she finally needed to breath, leaving them both trying to catch their breaths. She looked into his lust filled eyes, and smiled. “See you Sunday.” she breathed out giving him another quick peck before turning, and walking away putting a little extra sway in her step. Leaving a stunned, and extremely turned on Matt at the door.

Wanted to have this up yesterday, but something came up that I had to take care of....
Sooo here's a late night update. For me anyway it's a little after 1am.
Going to try to have the next one up tomorrow. Already have their Sunday planned out just need to write it down, and then back into some more action, but first sleep :)
