Summary
MEMBERS OF A7X ARE PORTRAYED IN AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE IN THIS STORY
Bruno and Angela Perry, a newly married couple, buy a dream home in the high forests of Colorado. They have decided to take Angela's drug addicted sister, Madeleine, under their wing. Immediately after they move in, they are constantly disturbed and terrorized by a dark presence within the house... as well as disturbed by the strange men seen on the property in the dead of night.

Characters
Angela Perry
Her and Bruno are high school sweethearts, she waited faithfully while Bruno fought for his country. Marrying upon returning, 4 years later she and Bruno have found what seems to be the home of their dreams. (Picture used is mental image of what she looks like)
Brian Haner
A young career criminal who has spent the 14 years since he was released from the mental hospital committing crimes ranging from grand theft auto to big-time robbery. He and his mentor decide to use the house in Colorado he grew up in as a stash-house for their ill-gotten gains... and their victims.
Bruno Perry
He and Angela have just gotten married after he risked his life fighting for his country in an unnamed civil war in Africa. Nothing that has happened in his service could compare to what faces him and his family in the supposed "dream home" (picture is based on mental image)
John Seward
A brilliant, yet slightly bonkers, medical technician who has a side interest in paranormal investigation. His life's mission is to find how the natural and the supernatural intertwine with each other... though he'll soon wish he chose a different line of work.
Lauren Baker
Zach's wife and fellow paranormal investigator. She has a sixth sense, able to see the dead and communicate with them. Zach is cautious of what she does as she was nearly murdered in an exorcism gone wrong 6 years ago. (Picture based on mental image)
Madeleine Perry
While Angela enjoyed a comfortable upbringing with her father and stepmother, her sister Madeleine didn't receive the same courtesy from her mother and stepfather. Years of torment, abuse and violent assaults have left her a broken drug addict. Angela and Bruno have finally caught up to her and pull her off the streets to try and save her life, and turn her life around. The evil in the Perry residence has a particular hatred towards her. Michael Elden
One of the most violent, ruthless, yet brilliant armed robbers in US history, he has spent years evading law enforcement, and had only recently came out of hiding, much to the anger of his old friends. He has a lifelong connection to Brian, and knows a lot of things that he doesn't want Brian to know for fear of Brian's well-being. Is best friends with Brian's father, Rufus, who shares a long and violent criminal history with him. (Picture based on my mental image)
Roman Kulewski
A proficient, deadly hitman who is the 4th man in Michael's gang. He too shares a history with Brian, and has his suspicions on the horrific events that sent Brian to the mental hospital as a kid. (Picture based on mental image)
Rufus Haner
Brian's father, who reunites with him after many years... though Rufus remained hidden for a reason. A reason with tragic implications. (Picture based on mental image)
The Arch-Demon (based on M Shadows)
Legend has it that in certain cases, whenever someone dies violently, a rogue arch-demon from Hell will grant the deceased the right to remain in the house they died in for 20 years in exchange for the soul of a loved one. If this is the case, whoever died in the Perry residence in Colorado hasn't got much time left to find their killer before being dragged to Hell forever.
The Vengeful Woman
Not much is known about this spirit, but sources believe that she was murdered along with her children many years ago. Some say it was a secret love affair exposed, as her husband was reputed to have been a cruel man to her and his children. Others say that she was a witness to a crime and had to be silenced. Either way, she has unfinished business, and is not best pleased with unwanted persons occupying her property.
Zach Baker
A young paranormal investigator who immediately takes an interest in the Perry family home. His research uncovers some truly horrific things, as well as making him a target of the evil within the house.
