The Little Girl
Court
I just found out that I have to appear in court to testify against my brother in 4 days. Brian had me a lawyer and we've been discussing what I should say. A bunch of bullshit if you ask me.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off. I sat up in bed turning it off and stretching. I could smell food being cooked from downstairs and for some reason I was really hungry. I got up grabbing me some clothes and headed into the bathroom to take a quick shower. The water rolled down my back releaving the stress that would come today. I finished my shower and dressed in a pair of black and green skinny jeans and a Staind T-shirt. I grabbed my phone and made my way downstairs. I could hear Brian in the kitchen singing to himself and I couldn't help but laugh silently. I walked into the kitchen and sat down on the bar. I pulled out my phone and sent Brian a text.
~Look behind you.~
He turned around and shook his head at me as I smiled.
"You're really crazy. Jimmy did that to me once and then threw something at me."
"I bet that was epic." I said laughing. He shook his head again and finished cooking. I heard a car pull into the driveway and I knew exactly who it was.
"Heyyy! I can smell something really good!!" Jimmy said as he walked through the door and into the kitchen.
"Well food is ready you guys." Brian said and they filled their plates full of food and we began to eat. Brian's phone rang and he got up and went into the living room. I finished eating and so were the others. Matt pulled out a pack of cigarettes.
"Matt can you wait a second?" I said and he nodded. I cleaned the dishes up in a hurry and put them away. I walked with Matt outside onto the porch.
"Matt can I have a cigarette?" I asked and he looked at me funny.
"What?"
"Have you ever smoked before?" he asked.
"All the time at the orphanage. I really need one. Dad doesn't have to know." He nodded and lit his cigarette and passed it to me. I took a long drag off of it and it felt so good to smoke again. I blew the smoke out of my nose and handed him the cig.
We passed it around until it was down to the butt. He threw it in the driveway and we walked back inside. Brian and the guys went upstairs to get ready and I sat down on the couch watching TV. I heard them coming down and they were all dressed up. I've never seen 5 rockstar get so dressed up just to go to court. Brian and Matt were fixing their hair on last time before we left the house to appear in court. We pulled up to the building and went inside. Brian seen our lawyer and we went into the court room and sat down. I seen the balif bring out Gabriel and he smiled at me.
"All rise! The honorable Judge Hunters prociding." the balif said and we stood to our feet as the judge entered the room.
"You may be seated," the judge sat down and spoke again, "This court hearing is to see whether the defendant Gabriel Devistation should go to jail on kidnapping charges and attempted murder of the plantiff and attempted murder on a police officers."
