Once I got home I told Zack about everything that happened. He kind of disagreed with him on wanting me back if Avery was his, but we both are pretty sure it’s Zack’s. Another two weeks have passed and I was now 6 in a half months pregnant. I was beginning to get real big and it was getting harder for me to move around. Everything was okay though. Avery was just growing and with my disease it affected a lot of things. The doctor told me I will probably be put on bed rest within the next one in a half months.

Today, though, was my baby shower. Zoe and Val had decided on throwing it really early since there was a high risk of me being put on bed rest. It was being held at Val’s and Matt’s house and all the guys were going to go out for the day. I was fine with Zack not being there only because I’m sure he doesn’t want to have a bunch of girls gushing over our baby.

I had gotten up early so I could soak in the bathtub. That was pretty much the only thing that made me feel relaxed. I filled up the bathtub of warm water and also some soap so it could be made into a bubble bath. I got in and just rested my head and thought about my baby girl. I wonder what she was going to look like. I wonder if she’ll have Zack’s beautiful green eyes or if she’ll have dark hair. There were so many questions that I wondered and so many things I looked forward too. I couldn’t wait to go through the labor and have her in my arms.

I was broken out of my thoughts when I heard a knock on the bathroom door.

“Yeah?”

“Can I come in?” Zack asked from the other side of the door.

“Yep.” The door opened and he walked in.

“Why are you up so early?” He laughed.

“I wanted to take a bubble bath and relax before everything today.”

“Oh that makes sense. Me and the guys are heading out pretty soon though. I guess Val and Lacey are picking up Zoe now to go set up everything.”

Lacey was Johnny’s new girlfriend. They’ve been dating for about six months now.

“Oh okay.” I smiled. “Have fun.” He walked over and gave me a light kiss.

“I will. I love you.” He smiled.

I smiled back. “I love you too.” He walked out and I continued with my bath and my thoughts.

About forty five minutes passed before I decided to go ahead and get out and start getting ready. I was due to go shopping again pretty soon. My clothes were slowly starting to get smaller. I found a black little dress and slipped on some flats. I looked pretty cute for being a melon. I put on some make up and did my hair real nice. I was anxious to see all my family and friends and to celebrate the upcoming birth of my child.

I heard the door open and footsteps. I walked out of mine and Zack’s bedroom to be met by three girls. They all looked gorgeous.

“Hey.” The all gleamed.

“Hola.” I laughed. “You here for me?” I joked.

“Hurry. We have people waiting.” Val laughed.

“Well I got to look stunning.” I laughed.

“You do.” She said pulling my hand. We all walked out and got in Val’s car and drove to her house. Zack had taken his car and was just going to pick me up on their way home, which was fine with me. An all day/night with my best friends is much needed.

I walked in to the house to be met by tons of my family and friends. Zack’s mom was there along with my mom and all my best friends and people I’ve grown up with. They all exchanged hello’s and put all their gifts on the table that was in there. There were quite a bit of gifts. There was a ton of food and all that stuff. I pretty much sat around and socialized while pigging out on the food. I was having a great time.

It was time to open the gifts, though. I really disliked getting gifts because I felt terrible because I had nothing to give in return. I sat down at the chair by the table. Val sat on one side of me and Zoe on the other. Val was going to hand me the gifts and Zoe was going to put down everyone that gave me something so I could give them something in return.

There were a good fifty gifts. Anything from clothing to swings. It was all beautiful and I was beyond thankful for everything. Little Avery was going to love everything and she was gonna be loved by everyone.

Well, I just wanted to let you guys know that there are literally only ten chapters left in this story. I hope you guys are enjoying it. I have enjoyed getting the feedback I have gotten. I'm trying to write a sequel but don't have much written due to the fact I don't have much motivation, but maybe it'll happen sometime :)
