OH MY GOD I can't even start with this chapter!!! So fucking glad she left that assface! And I can't count the times I cracked up!! "You guys are giving me the weirdest boner" probably at the top of the list : ) Thanks for updating and if there's not a confrontation where Bri beat the ever living shit out of Jack soon, I'll be so disappointed!! Very unfortunately, he doesn't seem to wear them much anymore :( but I'm sure you'll have fun anyway!! Just saw them at ROTR and it was holy crap amazing despite the shortened set. I have no idea what Brian looked like, though, since I couldn't look at anything other than my future husband, the adorably perfect Zacky *sighs ridiculously*

I have seriously binged every “Making of...” and “All Excess” video several times to get a feel for Jimmy. His goofiness is Iff-the-wall and hilarious, but there’s also the fact that he was a master composer and a lyrical genius. A true musician in every freaking sense of the word, so I totally agree about the “all over the place” thing. I haven’t read many other FFs (just so I’m not ganking material from others, if that makes sense!), so I can’t attest to the way he’s written in any other FF except for @ampersandasterisk’s and I swear to goodness, I’m convinced Jimmy actually inhabits her body when she writes him, haha!
And I’m thrilled you figured out Jack’s major flaw! ;) I tried to foreshadow a little bit.
HAHAHA at the DSL thing. I’m probably showing my age with the use of that slang, but hey, it’s set in 2008 so perhaps not so far off :)

Okay, I have been so MIA and I'm sorry! I just caught up with all your updates since my last comment! The entire time I was thinking, "Jack has to be a junkie, there's something else so wrong going on here" and lo and behold, he's an "old pro".
I honestly love how you write Jimmy in this story. Too many times I've read stories that have him all over the place, but I think you balance him out well.
And, of course, I am super excited to see how Brian is starting to realize how much of an affect Anna has on his thoughts. I CAN'T WAIT until Brian and Jack have their moment. I'm going to have to make myself some popcorn for that chapter. I'm hoping it comes sooner than later, because Anna deserves better.
As per usual, I eagerly anticipate the little Alert that lets me know you've updated.
PS: I shamefully had to hit up Urban Dictionary for an explanation of DSL and cackled once I figured it out.
Amazing update - once again! I can feel the pull between Brian and Anna get stronger already! My heart hurts for her but the emotion is just sucking me in!

The cheese is the BEST, but it’s so rewarding when they have to work for it <3 some of my favorite books have the slowest burns with every effing obstacle thrown in, if that tells you anything, haha!
