That's so heartwarming to know it touched you that much! <3 I think the amount of stuff she'd gone through & the fact she's made her own decision to talk to the therapist/help herself is all testament to the fact that she's a strong girl and always has been, even if she doesn't quite feel that way anymore!
Oh wow, that's a pretty big thing to make you actually like Brian a bit! Haha I'm honored :P He's doing his best...but we'll see if he keeps to it or not. There's many sides to the complex creature that is Brian.

Woah, this made me tear up just a little. I can't imagine having to go through half of what she's gone through. And for talking to a therapist for the first time, I'm very proud of how much she did allow to come out. It'll probably get worse for her as it gets deeper into everything, but I'm glad she's starting to come to terms with the fact she needs to let it all out.
And damn, you're actually making me like Brian a little in this story. He was kind and very giving to her when she was telling him about those few days. I hope he continues to be there for her, and not become the asshole I've become accustomed to.
Did you say Jimmy? Bring it on, please? I'm ready. I'm over the moon for anything Jimmy related. More soon please. <3

Brian and Jo are so cute!!! Even though this was emotional for Jo, just seeing how Brian reacts shows how much he cares for her. continuously resurrect Alex and Trevor so they can feel Jo's pain and suffering for eternity.

Behind again, but I had to have surgery and just got home yesterday. So sorry for my lack of comments.
I still think the story is beautiful and is progressing at the perfect pace. You put so much thought and emotion into telling each characters personal journy and thoughts, so I wouldn't change it at all. You go with what feels right to you, because in the end staying true to yourself and the story you want to tell is the most important thing. <3

I'm so glad you liked it! It was super important to me to have Jo be the one that actually made the move to help herself! It was something I always had in mind from when I started! Gah, I love Matt so much! He knew he had to focus on Jo <3 Your thoughts on Brian are super valid. He's working through it himself. Yay! I'm glad you're excited for the next update! YESSSSS! So proud of Jo! She rescued herself by making the call <3 That's even better than the boys charging in. I'm marvelling at Matt's restraint. He's such a good friend! Best big brother ever! Poor Bri. It's hard to watch someone you love suffer, and be totally powerless to stop it. I understand his frustration, with the situation, and with himself for lashing out. Totally jonesing for the next update! I feel that when he notices his thrall over Jo is lessening, the flog frog is going to come after her:.(
I still don't trust Val. And until I see legitimate proof, I'll always be suspicious. I'm s paranoid type of person, what can I say?
This chapter was beautifully heartbreaking. The way you express what Jolie is going through. The way Matt handled her and the situation with Alex, it was just so well done.
I am interested to see how Brian will react when he finds out she's back. I just hope he can keep his attitude to a minimum and be there for his friend. Because my hunch is, Jolie is secretly in love with Matt and always has been. Haha <3

THAT WAS SO ADORABLE!!! I'm so glad Jolie actually had a big smile on her face, she deserved that wild night with Jimmy. I'm also happy that Brian can soothe her when she was stirring in her sleep. I need more!! <3 (I have been reading but not commenting because life got crazy for a moment!)
