Found Part 4
Fire and brimstone trailed after Lucifer as she paced her Council room. Things were not moving at the pace she wanted them to be. The Seals should have started to break, but Matthew had yet to seek her out. Matthew, who had lost everything, had not come for Satan. He had stayed with the angels. The angels couldn't do anything for him; they were the ones that had created this situation in the first place.
"Why are the Seals not breaking?" Lucifer's voice shook with anger. "Why has the angel of death not come to us?"
"There are rumors," Mercurial said, "There are rumors that say the angel of death is hunting for his love and child. Even the Angel Council is afraid to send him back to work. And even their beloved God won't get involved."
Satan turned to look at her demon. "Mercurial, how did you learn this?"
Lilith faced her master. "I told him to learn about Death. We need him."
"We won't get Death without helping him recover what's his," War said, red eyes flashing. "Are the guardian and her child even alive?"
"Go and find out!" Satan turned and left. Maybe she would have to bring her son in herself. She needed him.
