Living Life As Unconventional As Possible

Saige’s POV

The last week has been busy since I’ve been helping Matt prepare for the upcoming Avenged Tour. I also had to get things ready for Quinn and made sure we had everything she would need while we joined Matt on tour and I had to make sure I had everything for myself as well.

I woke up suddenly and I noticed Matt was still asleep and I felt the urge to throw up. I quickly got out bed and ran the short distance to our bathroom. I barely made it to the toilet before I emptied my stomach. I then heard Matt calling my name and I tried not to wake him up.

“I’m in the bathroom.” I called back and continued kneeling on the floor and made sure I didn’t have to throw up again.

I saw Matt enter the bathroom and he was rubbing his eyes still looking groggy from sleep. He kneeled down to my level “Are you okay?”

“Yeah I just had to throw up.” I blushed and I was embarrassed that I woke my husband up in the way that I did.

Quinn then started crying and Matt ran a hand over my cheek. “I’ll go take care of Quinn.” He kissed my head and stood up.

“Thanks Matt.” I gave him a smile and he helped me up and then headed to Quinn’s room. While he was looking after our daughter I decided it was a good time to take a pregnancy test. I had a good feeling that I might be pregnant since my period was late and it slipped my mind with how busy I have been. I reached into the drawer by the sink and took out the pregnancy tests I bought earlier in the week.

I took the tests and left them on the counter and I decided I wanted Matt with me when I got the results of the tests. I walked the short distance to Quinn’s room where he was getting her changed. I walked up behind my husband and ran my hands along his back and kissed his cheek “After you finish changing Quinn can you meet in our room.” He looked over at me.

“Sure thing baby.” I leaned down and kissed our daughter’s cheek and I walked back to our room and Matt joined me a few minutes later with Quinn in his arms.

“So I decided to take a pregnancy test this morning.”

Matt smiled and I knew how much he wanted for us to have another baby. “Are you pregnant for sure?”

“I don’t know yet. I wanted to wait for you to look at the test results.” I walked with him to our bathroom. I took Quinn in my arms.

“Can you look and tell me.” I was nervous but excited because I felt like my life with Matt could not get any better.

He picked up the tests and a huge smile came to lips and I knew it was good. “I’m going to be a daddy again.”

“Aww Matt I’m so happy.” I leaned up and kissed his lips and he wrapped his arm around me and Quinn was cooing at us.

“Let’s go make some breakfast because this momma is hungry.” I grinned and so did Matt and we walked downstairs. I got a bottle ready for Quinn and soon enough she would be able to have solid baby food.

As I fed Quinn Matt was making our breakfast and I felt so happy. I grabbed my phone and I made a call to make a doctor’s appointment and I hoped they could squeeze me in before we leave for the Avenged tour, which is only a couple days away. I was thankful the doctor’s office was able to get me an appointment later today.

Matt looked over at me as I hung up the phone. “I got an appointment in a couple of hours.”
“That’s good I’ll come with you.” I smiled at that and I really hoped that I was truly pregnant again.

We ate breakfast and I got Quinn ready for the day and then I had to get myself ready for the day as well.

Matt took Quinn upstairs and I followed behind him. I picked out a comfortable outfit and laid it out on the bed. Matt walked into our room and wrapped his arms around me from behind and I loved the feeling of his arms around me. I slowly turned around his arms and leaned up and kissed his lips.

“I love you, Matty.”

“I love you too Saige, always.” He smiled and it always made my heart melt when he tells me how much he loves me.

“Let’s get ready while Quinn is napping.” I took Matt’s hand with his other one he playfully smacked my butt. I looked over at him and giggled.

Once we got to the bathroom I turned on the water and got it nice and warm and we both got undressed. I made sure to bring the baby monitor with us and placed it on the counter by the sink.

Matt ran his hands over my hips once we got in the shower and I loved how much room there was for both of us. I loved sharing simple moments like this with Matt and I was happy I could be with him on the upcoming tour.

We had a quick round of sex which was amazing as always and I knew once the tour started getting this much privacy was not going to be as easy so we both enjoyed it. We then got clean and then dressed for the day.

Once I was ready and Matt as well I walked into Quinn’s room and picked her up. “You’re such a cutie Quinn.” I smiled and kissed her head and I could not wait until she starts crawling and talking.

I met Matt downstairs and then we headed to the doctor’s office and I was more anxious than ever. We sat in the waiting room and Matt was keeping Quinn calm since she was being on the fussy side. I tried to also calm her down and before long I heard the nurse call out for me. “I shouldn’t be long.”

“Okay baby I’ll stay out here with Quinn.”

I then walked to the room the nurse took me too and she got me to do a urine sample. They also drew a small amount of blood. Within twenty minutes the doctor came into the room and gave me the results.

“Well Mrs. Sanders, you are definitely pregnant.” I smiled and I could not wait to tell Matt.

“I was hoping I was for sure.”

The doctor gave me the same talk I had when I was pregnant with Quinn. He told me take all the proper supplements and we discussed how far along I was. He then advised me to get my first ultrasound appointment made. I would have to figure all these things out and since I’ll be on tour with Matt. I thanked the doctor and talked to the receptionist about getting some numbers for clinics outside of the state of California. I walked over to Matt with a huge smile on my lips and he stood up and Quinn appeared to finally be calmed down.

“I take it you got good news baby?”

“Yes, you are officially going to be a daddy again.” I smiled.

“I knew it.” He grinned and gave me a kiss and we walked out of the doctor’s office happy as ever. We got Quinn situated and then headed home and I knew how much stuff I still had to do. Matt and I decided to wait to tell the guys about the pregnancy tomorrow.

Once we were home I decided to help finish packing and Matt helped me as well. We had a lot to take with us but I knew I had to make sure I did not over pack. Once I was done I felt tired. I laid down on the bed and Matt sat beside me and ran a hand over my cheek.

“I’m really happy you are coming with me on tour. It means a lot baby and I promise that even with how busy I’ll be with the tour I’ll still take care of you.”

I smiled. “I know you will and I have never doubted you. I am looking forward to being your support system for the tour.” I leaned over and kissed my husband I just hoped my body would cooperate during the tour.

“You rest darling and I’ll wake you up later.”

“Thanks, sweetheart.” I got comfortable and it did not take long to fall asleep. I felt so blessed to have another baby on the way and that Matt was the biological father this time. He has been a great dad to Quinn and I know he will be just as great this time around.
