Saige’s POV

Matt and I knew it would be difficult to be away from Quinn for the duration of our honeymoon but we needed this time together. The trip to the Bahamas was spent sleeping since Matt and I were hungover from our wedding party. Once we arrived at the airport we both put our sunglasses on and grabbed our bags.

I smiled over at Matt as we wait for the shuttle that was going to take us to the resort. “Thanks for booking our honeymoon.”

It still feels surreal that I can now call Saige my wife after all these years of knowing her. I am a lucky man to have her in my life and I know no matter what she will be by my side. She deserves to feel true happiness after what Benji put her through for the few years they were together.

“So, after we finish eating I was thinking we could go to the beach for a while.”

“That sounds good. I made us a reservation in one of the fancier restaurants for this evening.” I smiled and I planned to make this honeymoon as romantic as possible for us and Saige deserves that from me.
