A Little Pain Is Worth The Pleasure

It's been over a month since I rescued Samantha and she was sound asleep next to me something about this just felt right I hadn't felt this happy since Gena and I deserved this but I couldn't shakes the fact that someone else had crossed my mind I slowly start to regain my memory but I'm not a 100% back to normal I was wondering will I ever see this person again or has my luck ran out ? Watching Samantha sleep had to be the most beautiful thing her blonde hair ran down her shoulders not that I'm stalking her or anything you just know that the person laying in bed next to you maybe your forever or just temporary and she was my forever.



In the meantime I waited for my package to arrive and the mailman was taking forever Jimmy and Faye were still on their honeymoon according to Matt I'm glad Jimmy has found someone has weird as he is and she fits his personality very well my brother Matthew has also found someone who is near and dear to his heart mom and I were going to meet her at Matthew's annual Christmas party everyone was encouraged to wear the ugliest sweater they could find in their closet this should be a great night.



I was still in touch with Alex and Brandon after we finished our tour with Atreyu they were really busy with Alex working and expecting his first child with Hollie his plate was full and Brandon was working with his other band Hell Or Highwater on their new album but they both promised to make an appearance tonight so I knew tonight was going to be fun if we don't spike the eggnog this time.



"Morning." I heard Samantha's voice behind me.

"Morning sweetheart how did you sleep ?" I smiled.

" I slept okay I just missed you." Samantha wrapped her arms around my waist this feeling is what I missed.


"So my brother Matthew is having a Christmas party do you want to come with me ?" I asked.


"Of course what kind of insane question is that?" Samantha has this cute giggle that makes my heart skip a beat.


My brother Matthew was very persistent when it came to planning this party he always seems on edge but he just needs to relax and enjoy himself I've been on edge lately but Samantha has been a huge comfort she wants to be on time I swear she and Matthew think alike okay that sounds a little insane so I got ready to leave but something stopped me dead in my tracks... Great.



"Hey is my daughter staying with you?" A short haired woman stood at my door.


"Yes how do you know her?" I asked.


"I'm her mother and I want her to come back home with me she won't be staying with a wannabe rock star like you." Samantha's mother was one tough cookie like her daughter now I know where she gets her toughness from.


"Excuse me I would like you to leave." I said sternly.


"Not without my daughter." Samantha's mother was starting to really piss me and I don't have the time or patience for it.


"Zack are you ready to go?" Samantha rushed downstairs and then the real battle began were never going to make it to this party.
