Seventeen and Pregnant

"I am dying Jimmy. I feel so horrable." He chuckles and feels my forhead.

"You are not dying you're just sick." He pulls the covers up to my chin and kisses my cheek.

"It's your fault you know." I swallow and wince my throat dry and scratchy from having a horrable cough.

My throat hurts, I have a constant throbbing headache, my nose runs faster then I can blow it, everytime I cough I fart...Yes...I fart. Don't laugh!

"Babe, just get some rest I am going to take Phe to my parents for awhile." I nod and close my eyes as he turns out the lights and shuts the door.

Jimmy's POV

A day doesn't go by that I don't think about what could have been with Max. I am glad that she decided that she would still be my friend after everything that has happened. I look at my daughter who is a clone of me. She shoves a frie in her mouth and I smile at her. She has piercing blue eyes, and her hair is in pig tails. She looks a little like her mother, and all of me. I am going to have to beat men off of her with a stick.

She is talking to my mom while she has her hands all messy with her fries and ketchup. My mom laughs at something that she said that I completely missed because I was spacing out. She is my pride and joy. Next week she will be four already. I can't believe that Lexi and Phe have been in my life for a whole year.

When I think about things, I don't think there is anyone else in this world that I would rather have a child with then Lexi.

Brian won't talk to Lexi. He just needs to get over it. He keeps pushing Crystal away by being so angry at Lexi. He's engaged to Crystal for Jesus sakes. My mom sits beside me and rubs my shoulder.

"What are you thinking about hunnie?" I smile at her.

"That I can't believe that I finally have Lexi and Phe back. Mom...What would you think of me asking Lexi to marry me?"

She gasps.

"Oh honey...I think that maybe, you should wait a little..wait to see if things work out between the two of you. I would hate to loose my granddaughter again." I nod.

"I don't think that is going to happen mom..."

"Even still it's best you wait." Phe comes over to me.

"Daddy, I wanna see mommy. Is mommy okay?" I lift her on my lap and kiss her head.

"Yea baby mommy is okay, shes just sick right now. Why don't you say bye to Mammy and we'll go buy pretty flowers for mommy."

"Okay!" She says excitedly and runs to fine where her Mammy went off too.

I put Phoenix in the car and we head to the flower shop. Inside, we pick out Purple and red daseys her mommys favorite flowers. Phe picks a nice vase and signs the card.

Against my mothers wishes, we drive to the mall and I get Phe to help me pick out a ring that she thinks he mommy will like. We drive home and luckly lexi is awake. She is in the kitchen sitting at the table eatting dinner and Jinx, is begging for something to eat.

"Mommy!" Phe runs to her mother and Lexi picks her up onto her lap.

"You, where have you been?"

"Daddy and I were at mammys. Mommy we bought you umthings."

"Oh?" She looks up at me and smiles that beautiful smile that I love so much.

I hand her the flowers.

"Oh..They are beautiful. Did you pick them out for mommy?" She nods her head up and down with a cute smile.

"Well thank you they are so pretty."

Jimmy said that he wanted to take me out for the evening so I asked Weds and Zacky if they wouldn't mind keeping Pheonix for the evening and they said no so Jimmy is on his way home from dropping her off and I promised that I would be ready when they got home. So that means I have to quickly find something nice to wear.

I don't know why, but I felt the need to suddenly dress really nice. I haven't talked to Benji since I have been here. I must say that I really miss him. Not so much as my boyfriend but simply as my best friend. I don't think that Phoenix is missing him because people keep coming and going in her life but I miss him.

I find a black dress that is low cut and has a purple belt, I take my knee high purple boots and put them on. I pull my bangs back into a bump and then curl the rest of my hair. I do my make up smokey with a hint of purple and then I put on my heart necklace that my step-father gave me for my sevententh birthday. He said that I needed to have dimonds. Ha. I miss them.

I check myself in the mirror and see that I look as beautiful as I am going to get. I go down the steps after turning off the lights in our room, just in time for Jimmy to come thru the door.

"Wow...You look so beautiful.." I blush.

"Thank you. You look handsome as well."

"Well tonight is a special night for me I have to look snappy." I laugh.

"Ready?"

"You know it." I smile and walk out the door. He turns off the lights behind me and closes the door.

The resturant is amazing. Too exspencive. He spent way too much money on this.

"Lexi." He takes my hand in his as he comes over to me and gets down on one knee.

"Hmm--..What are you doing you fool, stand up." My eyes start to water.

"Lexi...When you had Phe, I was the happest man in the world. When you left with Phe, I was devistated...I wanted to be with you and make things work with you. Now that you're back in my life..I couldn't bare to loose you again, we have been best friends for years...and I was hoping..maybe praying...that you would become my wife and make me even happier?" He smiles and opens the ring box.

Tears are flowing down my cheeks and I gasp. I am shocked...Speachless. I can't talk so I just nod my head. He smiles and slides the beautiful ring on my finger and kisses my forhead then my lips.

"Lexi...You don't know how happy you just made me." Everyone in the room starts clapping and the watress brings us our meals.
