I Wish I Could be the One

"Do you think she can hear us?" Jimmy said in what sounded like a whisper
"I'm not sure " Brian said
"Come on Zack don't worry she'll be alright you heard the doc" Johnny said to an apparently silent Zacky.
"Zacky maybe you should go back to the dorms and get some sleep you've been here all night. Kat would understand, you need some sleep" Jimmy said to Zacky sounding fairly concerned
All night? Was does that mean and what did Johnny mean by doc...wasn't I just asleep in my room, and why were they all in my room watching my sleep that's kind of creepy.. I wanted to talk and couldn't.
"Yea come on Zacky we will stay here"
Brian said
"Brian shut the fuck up. She's not your sister is she? She isn't your damn responsibility. Why would I leave you and Johnny here together anyway, to pick another fight?" Zacky snapped with such an unnecessary attitude
"Dude we are just trying to help" Brian replied quietly
"Why don't you get all your clothes out of Ks room for once if your trying to help" Zacky said clearly he was delusional as to how that was even relevant right now. I could tell the way Zacky was being harsh and snippy that he was obviously extremely upset. Zacky was always protective of me but he never really got upset.
The room had fallen silent after that for what seemed like an eternity.
"Why do you have clothes in kats room?" Johnny said subtly with a shy and serious undertone.
"The same reason you always talk about Kat" Brian replied
"What is he talking about?" Zacky said
"I don't know he's fucking insane, he was saying the same shit last night" Johnny said
"I'm not insane. You always fucking talk about her like she's your girlfriend, and let's be honest man you don't stand a chance with her. Look at her! And she's with Austin anyway" Brian practically yelled back
"Can you guys just fucking get out?! And stop talking about her like that!"
"Zack we were just-" Johnny started
"Come one guys lets go you heard Zack let's leave them." Jimmy cut Johnny off trying to put an end to it.
"No. Jimmy, please stay." Zacky vaguely said.
"Okay" Jimmy said.
Johnny and Brian were escorted out of the room via Jimmy pushing them. I didn't know what was happening but I didn't like this dream.
I started to open my eyes and slowly turned my head to see Zacky staring at me"
"Holy shit Zack! What the" this was creepy "wait where are we?" Now I was frightened I had wires connected to me. When the fuck did I get to a hospital?!
"Shh Kat calm down. You fell last night. You hit your head and passed out...you've kinda been sleeping ever since.. You only woke up for a few minutes. They kept you overnight, they wanted to check how your doing"
too much was going through my head. I didn't care about the hospital part I cared about what was going on behind the scenes when I was "sleeping".
"Hey Kat, how ya feeling?" Jimmy said as he sat on the edge of my bed
"Fine I guess Jimmy bean..I don't really remember much...I could hear you guys though...I think" I said a tad unsure. I didn't really know how they were going to react to that.
"What exactly did you hear....?" Jimmy and Zacky said in unison which was weird in itself.
"Just tell me what's going on" I said getting annoyed with the whole situation, how I got here, how they are playing dumb.
They stared at the ground unwilling to talk to me.
"Just tell me what the hell is going on with Johnny and Brian." I said
They both looked at each other awkwardly...
"Now!!"
"Well...." They both began.
