Erin’s P.O.V

After Brian helped me regain my balance I went over and gave Ellie a huge hug.

“Well I wasn’t expecting to see you so… pregnant” She said and I just laughed and cried at the same time.

“I am so glad that you are here Ellie… I didn’t know who else to call or what to do” I said and she wiped under my eyes and then turned her head over to Brian.

“So who is Mr. Sexy Pants over here?” She said and Brian seemed to have taken the compliment well. I laughed and walked over to Brian.

“This is Brian Haner Jr. aka Synyster Gates of Avenged Sevenfold” I said and she went over and gave him a huge hug because that is just who she is. Some people see her as this badass from all the tattoos and piercings… believe me she can be but really she was really sweet and anyone who is a friend of mine is a friend of hers. She pulled back and turned to me a little.

“So before I get into what I need you for I will take you down to meet the rest of the band and their wives and of course you can reconnect with Izzy” I said smiling and when I got to the door Zack barged through it worried. He hugged me and pulled back and all of the sudden I saw
Ellies eyes light up.

“Zack is it really you?” She asked and they hugged each other and she kissed his cheek.

“Yeah wow Ellie it has been a really long time!” He said and I was totally confused. I stood there waiting for someone to give me an explanation. I cleared my throat a little.

“So who is the father?” She asked with her hand on Zack’s back.

“Oh Ellie… Erin is my wife. The baby is mine; his name is Colby. We got married about 4 days before she died and put her plan into place” He said and she backed away and smiled.

“So sorry my love! Alright well lets go meet the rest of the band and I soooo totally want to see Iz!” She said so that she didn’t get onto my bad side. I knew that she didn’t know and that Ellie would never go behind my back and mess with Zack. We all went downstairs and the moment Ellie made it completely down the stairs Izzy tackled her to the ground. I just walked over to the couch and sat down grabbing yet another piece of pizza and Jimmy gave me an evil glare.

“That’s the last piece” He said sending me a hint. I took a huge bite of the pizza and he rolled his eyes.

“Jim you have probably had like a whole pizza to yourself and besides I am eating for two so good day to you sir!” I said and he busted out laughing. I sat there while Izzy introduced Ellie to everyone and they all seemed to like her. Brian was a little infatuated with her mass amount of tattoos but I loved that all of them took her in like family. Zack came over and lifted me up and I was a little confused as to why I was getting up. Everyone was watching and he got down on one knee and held my rings out in his hands.

“Erin Baker you are the love of my life and I am so proud to be with you and so proud to know that we are bringing a baby boy into the world together. So please will you do me the honor of putting these back on?” He asked and I teared up a little and nodded and he slid the rings back onto my fingers and then kissed me deeply. I turned to Ellie and I knew that I was ready for her to check everything out for me.

“Ellie I think that we should take this conversation over to Zack’s place where it is quiet. I promise Iz I will let you know what happens or if there is any change” I said and she came over and hugged me and I walked over to Zack’s with him and Ellie. When we got in the house Ellie snapped her fingers and before I could go any further I bumped into this examination table and I fell into Zack.

“Elle could you please watch where you put that especially in front of a pregnant girl” I said and Zack lifted me. I felt fat and stupid having to have everyone lift me back up.

“Alright Erin I am going to need you to take everything off from the waist down” She said and gave me something to put over myself. I finished and got up on the table and she put my feet into these cradle things and before I knew it I could feel her pushing on the baby. I groaned a little because there was a lot of pressure.

“Ellie a warning would have been nice” I said and she just laughed.

“Erin come on you are a tough woman you can do this; just relax and focus on Zack” She said and I sat there just gazing into his eyes and she stopped what she was doing and looked up at me a little frightened.

“Ellie? What’s wrong?” I asked and she sighed and pulled back a little.

“Well your son is healthy but there is a little bit of a complication Erin” She said and I braced myself to hear what she was going to say.

“He is sitting really low Erin and even though he is angel and vampire when you came back it sped up the processes a little. Right now he is actually about a month away from coming and I wonder how that will take its toll on you because I have witnessed this before… and without your powers.. it isn’t a high chance you will live” She said.

Suddenly some of my hopes that this could workout….dropped…
