Ok so, I've become an alcoholic. I don’t when it happened but I've realized it a few days ago and I don’t really care, I was having fun for the first time in my life. Today was some kind of fall festival and I was getting ready right now on my bus and Ronnie was here talking to me, we've become really good friends in the past 6 months and he hasn’t really said anything about my drinking and I probably wouldn’t care even if he did ‘do you know who else is gonna be here?’ I asked as I walked out from the back in my bra and panties because I haven't decided on what to wear yet and I left my coffee on the table ‘uh I think it’s you, me, Disturbed, Evanescence, Korn, Blink, Papa Roach, The Used and there’s rumors of My Chem and Avenged making a guest appearance’ he said and I rose an eyebrow at him ‘Brian didn’t mention coming here’ ‘maybe he wanted to surprise you’ Ronnie said and I shrugged a little then turned to walk into the little bathroom

‘Damn you have a nice ass’ ‘thanks babe’ I laughed then put lotion on my face and did my eyeliner and mascara, I straightened my hair and left it down parted on the right then I walked back out and over to Ronnie, he looked up at me and smirked, I smirked back then leaned down and kissed his nose ‘hey’ he said and I laughed then walked to the back and dug through my bag then decided on half leather/half stretchy pants then put my belts on. I pulled on a black crop top that had three skulls on it then the boots I've been wearing all tour and knew I’d have to throw out by the time I got home, when I walked back out Ronnie whistled at me ‘I told you that you’d love that tattoo’ he said and I looked down at the tattoo that I made him go with me to get when we had a few days off a few months ago. I wasn’t sure about getting it but I love it, it was a sexy human Arial in a bra and panties and thigh highs and it was on my ribs from my hip to the bottom of my bra.

‘Yeah, thanks for convincing me’ ‘no problem’ he smiled, I smiled back then made sure I had my phone, sunglasses and smokes then I grabbed a Smirnoff, opened it and took a sip ‘ready?’ I asked and he nodded then we walked out and over to where all the bands were waiting to go on. It was back stage but it was pretty big and it was outside so I put my glasses on then walked with Ronnie over to where Disturbed was standing and he introduced me ‘guys this is Echo’ he said and I smiled and waved ‘oh yeah! I watch you on YouTube, would you like to do Down with the Sickness with us?’ David asked and my eyes got a little big ‘sure that would be amazing!’ ‘Sweet, I think you go on before us so I’ll have to come find you before we go on’ ‘oh yeah sure, I’ll be back here somewhere and you can't miss me’ ‘sure we can you're too short to follow’ Ronnie said with a laugh and I punched him in the arm ‘meanie’ I said and stuck my now pierced tongue out at him,

He just laughed and wrapped his arm around my shoulders as we talked to Disturbed more and I finished my drink then looked around trying to find more and I finally found them ‘I’ll be back’ ‘bring me one’ Ronnie said and I nodded, I knew that he knew I was going to get another drink. And I was, I walked over to the table on the other side of the huge tent and grabbed the drinks, they were free for us but that’s beside the point. I opened a Mike’s and downed it right there, getting a head rush by the way then grabbed two more, opened them and walked back over to Ronnie and handed him his ‘thanks’ ‘mhm’ I nodded and took a few big swigs ‘ECHO!!’ I heard being yelled ‘WHAT!’ I yelled back and everyone under the tent laughed ‘YOU'RE UP’ ALREADY?’ ‘YES!’ the mystery person yelled, I sighed and said bye to the guys then walked back over to the other end of the tent, downing my drink on the way then I grabbed another as I walked up on stage and I got a huge scream

‘What's up!’ I yelled into the mic as I tried opening my drink but couldn’t ‘anyone gotta bottle opener?’ I asked into the mic and there was a guy in the front row waving his keys at me so I smiled, hopped down off the stage and walked over to him ‘what's your name?’ ‘Tom!’ ‘I can I use your bottle opener Tom?’ ‘Yes!’ he said happily and handed me his keys, I laughed, opened my bottle then handed his keys back and kissed his cheek then got back up on stage and walked over to the mic

‘Thanks Tom’ I said with a smile into the mic then took a swig and walked over to where the drums were raised and set the bottle down and noticed I had two water bottles up there also. I walked back to the mic and pulled it off the stand ‘everyone should know by now that I'm the shortest person here! Lower the mic when you get off stage!’ I said a little sarcastically and the fans laughed. Then I said a few more things and started doing my thing, moving around the stage and having fun and when I finished that song I took a little break and grabbed some water then my drink and walked back to the end of the stage

‘Damn you guys are great!’ I said and received a loud cheer ‘this is my very first festival and let me tell you, I already met Disturbed back stage and man if they weren’t marrieeedddd’ I said with a smile and they crowd laughed more. ‘Alright, you guys wanna here a cover song?’ I asked, loud cheer ‘first of all who has not seen me on YouTube?’ I asked and the entire crowd cheered ‘well, for my shameless self-promotion, go watch me on YouTube’ I laughed a little then took another drink ‘ok since you guys haven't watched me previously, why don’t I do an Avenged song for you?’ extremely loud cheer, ‘Shepherd of Fire?’ I asked, more screaming. I laughed and nodded then grabbed my guitar, put it over my shoulder and tuned it a bit before turning it on

‘Now I think some of you know I'm friends with Avenged but if you didn’t, you do now and Syn teases me all time saying that I can't match his “epicness”’ I said in air quotes while I rolled my eyes ‘let’s see what you guys think, you think we should go toe to toe one day in an epic battle?!’ I asked loudly and they screamed more and that made me smile so I looked over to the side of the stage and nodded to the music guy to start playing Shepherd of Fire, for the first you know, minute and a half then started to sing and I was on point with everything. I didn’t miss a thing the whole time, I got Brian’s solo perfectly and I even screamed when Matt did in the song and held out the note longer then he did which made the crowd cheer extremely loud. Once the song finished I smirked and downed the rest of my Mikes and my water then walked back over to the mic ‘sooooo?’ ‘BATTLE BATTLE BATTLE!!!’ the crowd started chanting and I laughed then looked over to the side of the stage and saw that Brian was walking up it with his guitar

‘Synyster Gates ladies and gentleman!’ I said loudly into the mic, he got an extremely loud cheer as he walked over to me and hugged me, I hugged back but it made an awful sound as our cords touched so we both back up and covered our ears ‘sorry if we just deafened you’ I said into the mic and they laughed ‘what do you wanna do Syn?’ I asked and he thought for a second then told me Bat Country and told me the guys were coming out and they did a few seconds later and Matt even brought me out another drink and he opened it ‘aww thank you’ I smiled, he just laughed and shook his head ‘sorry Tom this one’s opened this time’ I said into the mic and looked over at him, he was just smiling and looked like he was having a great time. I backed away from the mic and we all started the song, and all us string players were going at it so hardcore, it was hilarious. We were halfway through the song when I looked down into the crowd to catch a guy just as he punched a girl in the face

‘Stop! Stop! Stop!’ I yelled and Matt stopped singing and I took the mic from him ‘hey! Hey!’ I yelled and looked directly at the guy, he pointed to himself and I nodded ‘yeah you mother fucker I just watched you punch that girl in the fucking face!’ I yelled as I took my guitar off and dropped it to the ground not caring if it broke ‘are you fucking kidding me! You don’t fucking do that now get the fuck outta here before I come down there and beat your skinny little punk ass!’ I yelled and he yelled “I’d like to see you try” back at me ‘oh you would huh?’ I asked into the mic then dropped it, got off the stage and ran over to him, hopped the security wall, kicked him in the nuts and started beating his ass into the ground before someone finally pulled me off and back over the wall. I was pulled back up on stage because that’s the only way you can get into the back but I got away from whoever grabbed me and grabbed the mic I dropped

‘Let that be a fucking lesson to all you fucking beaters, you’ll get beat the fuck back one day’ I said then dropped the mic again and stormed off the stage, over to the drinks and grabbed like three bottles then walked over to the other end of the tent so I could be by myself. I sat in the grass, in the shade and had a smoke while I drank ‘E?’ I heard and I looked up to see Ronnie ‘what?’ I asked softly, he squatted down next to me ‘are you ok?’ ‘Do I look ok?’ I asked sarcastically as I finished one bottle then started another ‘I think you’ve had enough’ he said and tried grabbed the bottle I just opened and the closed one but I smacked his hand ‘take it away and you won’t have a hand’ I said darkly then stood up, grabbed my things and walked away.

::Brian’s POV::

The guys and I were back in the tent trying to look for Echo when I saw Ronnie running up to us ‘where is she?’ I asked and he sighed ‘probably on her bus, she’s been drinking a lot the past few months and I don’t know what to do’ ‘how much is a lot?’ ‘At least a case of Smirnoff a night if not more when we go on other busses to hang out with the other bands, she’s already had 7 drinks so far today’ he said and that scared me a little ‘where’s her bus?’ Matt asked and he walked us over to it and knocked on the door ‘go away!’ ‘E you have to let me in!’ Ronnie yelled ‘fuck off I'm busy!’ she yelled back and he sighed then turned around ‘is she always like that?’ ‘She’s usually happy when she drinks but if something pisses her off while she’s drinking then she’ll stay mad until she passes out’ he said and we all sighed. Matt walked over to her door and beat the shit out of it until in flew opened ‘FUCK OFF!!’ she screamed in his face, I watched as his blood boiled and the veins in his neck popped out.

Echo looked behind him for a quick second then did a double take ‘E?’ Matt asked as he saw the fear rush over her beautiful face ‘J-J-Jeff’ she whispered and we all turned to look and saw a guy about Matt’s build and height walking over to us with such a red face I thought he was going to explode. ‘ECHO!’ he screamed as he walked over and pushed his way through us and onto her bus where she ran after he screamed her name, the door was shut and locked so fast I didn’t know what was going on. I heard her start screaming in fear and begging. We were all banging on the door and trying to figure a way in but we just couldn’t get in ‘BRIAN!!’ she screamed for me through her tears and that just sent me over the edge. I ran around and finally found a crowbar then ran back to the bus and Matt helped me pry the door open as her screaming continued. We all ran in and he was still in the process of raping her,

Matt and I beat the fuck out of him and I hit him over and over with the crowbar making sure he didn’t get up and I definitely destroyed his junk. When I finished I looked back and saw that Echo was sobbing into Zack’s shirt so I walked over to him and tried to take her but she freaked out until she noticed it was me then she just sobbed into my shirt ‘go get her a blanket or something’ I said softly to Matt, he nodded and went into the back and grabbed something then came out and handed me the blanket figuring she didn’t want anyone else touching her. I wrapped the blanket around her tightly but she didn’t move, she just cried harder and harder the longer we sat there and it absolutely broke my heart. I looked over and saw that Matt and Ronnie were carrying Jeff’s body out of the bus ‘we’ll leave you guys alone’ Zack said softly, I nodded and watched as he and Johnny walked out ‘baby?’ I whispered and she looked up at me

‘Come on, let’s get you in the shower’ I whispered again, she nodded the best she could because she was still sobbing and gripping my shirt. I stood up with her slowly in my arms and kept the blanket around her then walked us into the bathroom she had on the bus. I started the shower then helped her get undressed and step in, I turned away as she showered then handed her a towel when I heard her shut the water off. She wrapped it around herself then attached herself to me, I wrapped my arms around her tightly and walked her out of the bathroom and into the back of the bus where she had a futon because she was the only one on her bus but I took her back there so she could lay down

‘I wanna go home’ ‘I know baby but you can't’ I said and she teared up as she looked into my eyes ‘I know baby, I know. But you only have two and a half months left, even less if your shows in Canada get canceled because of their weather’ I said and she nodded a little but I knew she still wanted to go home so I just stroked her hair until she finally fell asleep then I wrapped her in a blanket because she hadn’t gotten dressed yet. I got up and walked out of her bus to see the guys standing there waiting for me ‘is she ok?’ ‘She’s finally asleep but she definitely wants to go home now’ ‘I don’t doubt it’ Matt said and I nodded then sighed and lit up a smoke.

Once I was done smoking we all went back on her bus and waited for her to wake up and she did after a few hours. She got dressed in sleep pants and an oversized shirt then crawled into my side, I wrapped my arms around her shoulders tightly and she laid her head on my chest and watched whatever was on tv with us until she fell asleep again. I picked her up and put her back in bed, kissed her head then covered her and walked back out to the front where the guys and I talked for a few hours then crashed in the bunks she wasn’t using.
