Fire Inside

So tomorrows Christmas and I was super excited, I had finished the guy’s presents and had made deserts and homemade bread all within two weeks and if you’ve ever made bread then you’d know it’s an all-day thing, sometimes even two days. Right now I was trying to figure out how to wrap up the guys presents ‘having trouble?’ I heard and I looked up to see Matt smiling at me ‘yes! I don’t know if I should wrap them or just have them leaned up against the wall or in their seats’ I whined and he walked over to me and hugged me tight

‘stop worrying baby, do whatever you think is best’ he said and I nodded then leaned up on my tippy toes and kissed him, he kissed back and lifted me onto his hips ‘well then’ I laughed and he smiled and walked us over to the living room and sat down on the couch ‘I just wanna hold you for a while’ he whispered and I tilted my head a little ‘are you feeling ok?’ ‘yeah, I just wanna hold you’ he whispered again so I nodded and leaned against his chest and he wrapped his arms around my back and pulled me tight against him and we just stayed like that for a few hours, it was really nice.

The rest of the day was spent making sure I had everything I needed to cook with and setting the presents under the tree, I leaned the guys presents on the wall by the tree, two on each side and I covered them with blankets so they wouldn’t see them until I gave them and yes Matthew had one but I didn’t want him to see it until tomorrow so that’s staying in the closet until morning. I made us some pizza and we watched movies the rest of the night then finally went to bed.

The next morning I woke up and smiled as I felt Matt’s arm still around my waist, I rolled over so I was facing him and poked his nose making him scrunch it up. I poked him again and he scrunched it again so I poked again and he growled at me making me giggle and kiss his nose. When I pulled away he had one eye open an glaring at me ‘merry Christmas’ I whispered and he smiled a little ‘merry Christmas’ he whispered back and kissed my forehead softly, I smiled and kissed his chest a few times

‘I’m gonna shower then make breakfast’ I said and he nodded and let me go as he rolled over and went back to sleep. I just shook my head at him and got up and walked into the bathroom, I showered, shaved and shampooed then got out and dressed into a bra and cheeky shorts then slipped my robe on. I walked back into the room to grab my phone and saw that Matt was still passed out so I took a few pics of him that were never going to speak of ok? Ok good.

I got Matt’s present out of the closet and covered it up just like the other guys were then I went and made coffee and started getting everything out to make pancakes ‘ugh Matthew’ I whispered as I tried to reach the mix that was on the top shelf until a tattooed arm got it down for me ‘there you go shorty’ he said and I looked up to see Jimmy smiling down at me ‘thank you’ I smiled back then hugged him around the waist,

he hugged my shoulders and kissed the top of my head softly ‘merry Christmas’ ‘merry Christmas, are the others coming for breakfast?’ ‘Mhm, there on the way’ ‘ok, go wake up Matt’ I said and he nodded then ran upstairs. I heard him burst through the door and jump on the bed screaming that it was Christmas, I then heard a loud thud and some cuss words which made me laugh and start mixing everything up.

Jimmy came running down the stairs and into the kitchen and he hid on the other side of me as Matt came storming in ‘don’t hide behind her!’ ‘She won’t let you hurt me!’ Jimmy cried and I laughed and poured some batter into the pan then went to grab a spatula but Jimmy had his arms wrapped around my middle ‘I need a spatula sweets’ I said as I looked down at him, he pouted and let me go then ran screaming when Matt came at him

‘what’s going on?’ I heard Brian ask as he, Johnny and Zack walked in ‘Matt’s trying to kill Jimmy’ I sighed and they nodded them came to hug and kiss me. Jimmy ran back into the kitchen and hid beside me again ‘ugh! Jimmy!’ Matt yelled and he came in with toothpaste in his hair and on his face making me start giggling ‘it’s not funny’ ‘yes it is, now be nice or no sex’ I said and they all did that ‘oohhhhhhh’ thing, Matt pouted then went upstairs and took a shower ‘go sit’ I told them, they nodded and I brought them all coffee, including Matt because he didn’t really take too long then I brought them their pancakes.

They all of course, stuffed their faces because their men and they can, but they did put their dishes in the dishwasher for me and when I finished eating I cleaned out the mixing bowl then put it in the dishwasher and turned it on. I walked into the living room and they were all watching Christmas cartoon episodes so I cuddled up to Matt and watched with them ‘Devyyyy’ Jimmy asked as he laid his head on my lap ‘yes?’ ‘What's under those blankets?’ ‘You guys presents, you only get one thing each and you better like it’ I said and they nodded as Jimmy gave me big puppy eyes ‘I suppose you want your present?’ I asked and he nodded excitedly,

I smiled and got up then walked over to the tree and peeked underneath the blanket to see ‘here you go, don’t take the blanket off until I tell you’ I said as I handed them all out, they nodded and obeyed ‘ok, you can look now’ I smiled and they all tore their blankets off at the same time and smiled, which was a little creepy but that’s ok. ‘Devvvyyyyyy I love it!’ Jimmy said and he hugged my legs tight, I laughed and rubbed my hand over his back a little ‘wow Dev these are so amazing’ Zack said as he smiled up at me, I smiled back and kissed his cheek softly.

I had painted all of their portraits with crazy backgrounds behind them on a big enough canvas that they can hang them up, they all hugged me and kissed me and looked over each other’s paintings for a while before they decided to run home and put them up and then get ready for dinner so Matt and I said bye then I went and sat on his lap

‘I have one more thing for you but it’s a secret’ I said and he raised an eyebrow at me, I went over to the tree and grabbed the really tall box then waddled over to him as he laughed at me ‘open it’ I smiled; he nodded and started tearing the paper off. Once it was all off he looked up at me and I bit my lip ‘if you don’t like it I can take it back I just thou-‘ I said but he shut me up by kissing me, I kissed back and smiled when we pulled away ‘I love it’ he smiled back and I nodded then kissed him again, he kissed back then opened the box.

I got him one of those old microphones, like the one of the tattoo on his arm. He looked so happy as he put the stand together then ran downstairs to put it in the studio, I shook my head at him and started cleaning up the paper and folding the blankets I had put over the paintings. I was picking up the last blanket when I felt hands on my hips making me jump

‘sorry baby’ he whispered in my ear and I nodded ‘it’s ok’ ‘good’ he said and kissed my shoulder softly, I smiled and turned around in his arms ‘you really like it?’ ‘of course baby, I love it and I love you, but now I have to give you your presents’ ‘you didn’t have to get me anything’ ‘I wanted to, now sit’ he said and I nodded then sat on the couch.

Matt went over to the tree and picked up two boxes then walked over to me and set them in my lap and sat next to me ‘go on’ he said, I nodded and opened the first box and smiled when I saw two sets of lingerie ‘I love them, where did you find it?’ I asked as I picked them up and looked ‘online, I’ll show you the site later’ he said and I nodded with a smile then set it back in the box and closed it up,

I opened the other one and it was all new art supplies, I looked up at him with a little disbelief on my face ‘what you don’t like it?’ ‘No baby no I love it, thank you soooo much’ I whispered and kissed him, he kissed back and smiled ‘this must have cost a lot’ I said and he shook his head ‘don’t worry about it, I promise it’s ok’ he said and I nodded then kissed him again, he kissed back then pulled me onto his lap making me giggle. ‘I love you soooo much’ ‘I love you soooo much’ he whispered back and I just smiled more and wrapped my arms around him.

I started the bird at three since it was going to take three hours then I started setting up the table all nice and pretty and I made Matt get out the dishes and glasses and things I’d needed that I couldn’t reach ‘what are you making with the chicken?’ ‘I was thinking stuffing, mash potatoes, green beans, gravy and then I'm going to cut up a loaf of the cinnamon bread to go with it’ I said and he looked like he was drooling which made me laugh

‘alright, don’t drool’ ‘sorry, um I have to go out for a little bit’ ‘but it’s Christmas’ ‘I know baby I promise I’ll be back before 6, do you need anything?’ ‘Um, some wine, whatever you want is fine’ I said and he nodded then kissed me a few times and walked out the door.

I started setting up the table, putting everyone’s plates and wine glasses down with their napkins and silverware then I got out all the pots and put them on the stove and put everything in them but I didn’t start anything yet. I took the bread out of the fridge and set it on the counter, I grabbed the boxed potatoes out of the pantry and poured them into the pot and yes that’s what I'm using because I'm too lazy to cut and peel eight potatoes.

I made the cheese cake and put it in the fridge then decided to watch some tv for about an hour then I started making everything, stuffing last because it only took a few minutes. I cut up the bread then put it in a basket then finished up everything that was on the stove and put it in their nice dishes and put everything on the dining room table. The only thing left to make was the gravy and I can’t do that until the birds done so I went upstairs to get ready.

I did my hair and makeup then took off my robe, throwing it on the bed and I walked over to get my shoes so I could put them on first then slip my dress over my head, anyway, I put them on and bent down to buckle them ‘hey ba-whoa’ I heard and I smirked then looked in the full mirror that was in front of me to see Matt checking out my ass and biting his lip a little so I stood up slowly and turned around ‘something wrong?’ I asked as I walked over to him, he shook his head no and swallowed a little hard

‘are you sure? You look a little warm’ I said softly as I ran the back of my hand over his cheek ‘I uh, I'm ok’ ‘good, will you be a dear and go check on the bird for me?’ I asked and he nodded then stumbled out of the room making me laugh a little. I walked over to the closet and pulled out my dress, I took off my bra and panties then slipped the dress over my head and adjusted everything, I took one last look then walked downstairs and into the kitchen ‘hey’ I said as I leaned against the door frame, Matt looked over and got wide eyed ‘you're gonna be the death of me’ he whispered, I smiled then walked over to him and kissed him, he kissed back and set his hands on my hips ‘I love you’ ‘I love you too’ I smiled, he smiled back and kissed my forehead softly.

I looked in the oven and saw that the bird was finished and asked Matt to take it out for me, he did then went and got the door while I cut it up and put it in a bowl ‘hey De…vin’ I heard the slight questioning in Zack’s voice and turned around to smile at him ‘hey Zack, can you grab the trash can for me?’ ‘Uh yeah’ he nodded then grabbed it and held it under the bird carcass as I threw it out with the bag it was cooking in ‘thanks doll’ ‘you're welcome, anything else?’ ‘can you hand me that gravy bowl right there’ I said as I washed my hands really good, he grabbed it for me and opened the lid so I could pour the hot brown liquid in then he closed it and I smiled as I placed the pot back on the turned off stove.

I grabbed the bowl of bird and he grabbed the gravy and we walked into the dining room where everyone was waiting ‘here we are’ I said as I walked in, they all looked over then just kinda stared at me ‘Devy you look so pretty’ Jimmy said and I smiled and thanked him, everyone else was still staring ‘there tits guys, would you like to see them?’ I asked with a little humor in my voice, they kinda blushed and looked down at their plates ‘good, now dig in’ I said as I sat down next to Matt. Everyone reached for what they wanted and we just had a great dinner as we talked and laughed and thought about that to do for new years. After dinner I shoved them full of cake and coffee and we all cuddled up on the couch and watched Christmas movies until really late.

Just as everyone was about to leave Matt stopped them, ‘what?’ Brian asked and I just rose an eyebrow at them because I was ready for sleep ‘I have to do something’ he said, we all nodded and he walked over to me and kissed me, I kissed back then looked at him weirdly ‘are you sure you're ok?’ I asked and he smiled and nodded then kissed my knuckles and got down on his knee. My eyes went wide as I looked down at him ‘I love you Devin, I have since the first time I saw you singing on that stage and winking at me’ he said and I blushed a little

‘you're so beautiful, sweet, loveable and great in bed’ he said and I laughed a little and so did the guys. Matt dug into his pocket and pulled out a box then opened it slowly ‘will you marry me?’ he asked and I nodded as tears came to my eyes, he smiled and slipped the ring on my finger then got up and picked me up spinning me around and kissing me. He put me down and the guys hugged us tight then let us have the night to ourselves.
