Fire Inside

The rest of the week I didn’t leave the house because I needed my bruises to heal before I could go out just in case someone thought Matt did this to me. By Friday they were all gone, right now I was getting dressed and I felt like dressing up today even though we were just going to Wal-Mart ‘You ready baby?’ I heard Matt ask as he walked into our room

For snacks we really just got chips and we only really ate them if the guys were coming over or if we were having a BBQ or something.

Cereal, bisquick, pop tarts and syrup were next, and then pan spray, vegetable oil, and some spices including salt and pepper. Rice, pasta, stuffing, can chicken, pickles, coffee, ketchup, jelly, and peanut butter. We got frozen pizza, chicken nuggets and fries.

Got some bread and buns then back tracked to the meat section and got a 5 pound role of hamburger that I could cut up and freeze, two packs of steaks, a big bag of frozen chicken and a whole chicken for Christmas. We finished off with produce and got tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, red and green onions, potatoes, strawberries, watermelon, bananas, pineapple, grapes, and cantaloupe.

I put everything on the belt then walked over to the bags and starting putting them in the cart when the lady was finished with them. He helped me put everything away, I cut up the hamburger and put it in different bags then put it in the freezer except what we were going to have tonight then I made the desert and put it in the fridge. ‘When do you want dinner?’ I asked as I watched Matt take off his coat and hang it up by the door ‘whenever you feel like making it’ he said as he walked over to me, I smiled as he pushed me up against the counter and wrapped my arms around his neck

‘wow that’s good, only two hours’ he said and I nodded then leaned back against him ‘now I'm hungry’ ‘yeah me two, let’s go out for breakfast’ ‘are you sure?’ ‘Yeah why not?’ Matt said and I nodded then we both went upstairs to get dressed, I decided no purse today so I just grabbed my phone and a jacket and we were out the door.
