Don't Respect the Words You're Speaking

2 weeks before that summer had ended i moved out of the apartment me and Zacky shared. I remember breaking down and crying right before i moved my last box to my new place. But at that moment the house phone started to ring, afraid that it was Zacky who i stopped talking to a few days before to keep the secret hidden, i sent the call to voicemail.
" Hey Zacky, it's Genell, I had a FANTASTIC time last night and i can't wait for tonight. Um I hope this is your cell you gave me two different numbers... So yea call me back, Sexy" I had picked myself up not crying any more walked over to the phone and tossed it all.
" Silver! whats wrong" Valary said coming up next to me. I pointed to the answering machine as i went and picked up the box. As i walked out the door she pressed play. As i shut the trunk she came running down the stairs, and pulled me into a hug. " Its okay, everything will be all right" she said as she rubbed my back. I pulled away from her and went to the driver's seat.
" Doesn't matter, i was leaving him any way. If he every does get a hold of me, I'll just say that was the reason i left him" she sighed and got into the passengers seat. Michelle sat in back texting someone. She looked up confused. before she said anything i already answered " Zacky has been cheating on me" She looked completely surprised.
My new apartment was 2 and a half to 3 hours away from everyone else. Half way through the ride when we were talking about what i should paint the baby room my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID: Zacky <3. it was the 5Th time he had called today but the 1st he called since, that chic, had called. The car fell silent as they noticed who it was. I rolled down my window.
I answered the phone with the nicest words i could find at that moment. " FUCK OFF" then tossed it out onto the highway. Michelle started to laugh and me and Valary joined in.
" So looks like your going to half to get a new phone" Valary said as we pulled down the street to my new place.
" New start means new everything else to doesn't it" the sisters looked at each other and then nodded. " I'm just getting a head start" I said as i placed a box down in my new living room. " We both are" I patted my tummy.
* 4 years later *
" Oli, bring me back my phone" I told my almost four year old that was running up and down the stairs with my new cellphone. He was giggling like crazy till he slipped on one of the steps as he was going up.
" MOMMYYYY" He screamed as he started to cry, i ran over and picked up my little dare devil. He handed me the phone.
" are you okay" i said as i put the phone in my back pocket and sat him down on the couch. His crying went down as i looked at his scraped knee. " It's okay. Mommy is going to go get you a band-aid, stay right there" I told him giving him a stern look to make sure he didn't move.
" I want batman" he said as i picked up the peroxide and batman band aids. I came back to see him sitting on the other side of the couch. I sighed, he has never and most likely will never listen to the rules. I cleaned it then put on the Band aid. " Look mommy i got a tattoo just like you" I couldn't help but laugh. with in the years i got some tattoo's that Oli just loved so much.
" You want to call uncle Matty and tell him" I asked and he nodded so fast you would have though i gave birth to a little bobble head. I dialed Matt's number as i put it on speaker phone and handed it to Oli. " Remember give the phone back to me when your done" He nodded as i went into the kitchen and started to make lunch.
" Uncle Matty, guess WHAT!" He yelled Matt just laughed.
" What little man" He asked, Oliver went on to tell him about his tattoo and how it was his favorite person on it. His hair wasn't extremely long but a cute length and the same color as his fathers. " Did it hurt like uncles did"
" NOOO. I'm a Big Boy. You just need to grow up" I couldn't help but laugh the only thing that he really had from both me and his father was his smart ass mouth.
" Well I'll remember that as I'm buying you your birthday present" Matt said as if he was pouting, after endless minutes of begging my brother finally gave in and promised him a great birthday present. I heard my son say bye then it went silent.
" Oliver did you hang up on uncle Matty" I asked as he ran into the kitchen and sat down at his own little table that had Batman and the Joker on it. He suddenly looked scared.
" I'm sorry mommy, i forgot" He said looking at me with his light/bright green eyes that i swear was stolen from Zacky. He handed me my phone in trade for his chicken nuggets and fruit salad. Right then my phone started to ring.
" Hey Matty, sorry Oli ended the call, he is to smart for his own good" I said walking past my son tickling him a little as he giggled and then went back to eating.
" No problem. So you know how we all come there for Oliver's birth day" He said, i could tell that this was going to be a unpleasant conversation when he said 'Oliver' instead of Oli. No one called Oli, Oliver unless it was a serious matter. " Well i was wondering if we could have it hear this year. Val is starting her own party planning buisness and this would be a wonderful started thing for her. And you dont half to pay h...." He was cut off.
" Who you talkin' to" someone said.
" No one" Matt said, i realized it was Zacky that had said that. " Zack give me back my phone" He must had grabbed the phone. I could hear his breathing hitch when he must had seen my name on the screen.
" Silver, is that really you." I stayed silent as my heart started to hurt. I hung up and turned off my phone.
" Mommy" Oli said as he came into the living room, i turned to face him. He looked sad. " did you get a boohoo" he said sitting next to me and put his hand on my cheek, he always called a booboo a boohoo and i never had the heart to change what he would say.
" no" I told him as he must had been whipping away my tear that i didn't even know had fell. " did you finish eating" I asked as i picked him up and spun him around with me. He nodded and laughed. " Okay lets go take a nap" i said as i took him to his bed room and laid him down on his little bed.
" Can i watch sponge bob as i go to sleep" I laughed and turned it on. I started to walk out the door. " Momma" I stopped and looked at him "I love you" I smiled at my little lovebug.
