"Good, your going to be staying at the same hotel as them and all you have to do is sign in, the company is paying and your assistants will be there waiting for you. I'll fax you over the information and stuff. Have fun while your off and do your best"
"Yea, yea. You too" With that I hung up and walked inside my apartment. Valarie was unpacking the boxes in the kitchen. "Whatch ya doing"
"Matt's gonna come over to have dinner with us, we really gotta unpack more before Oli comes back." I just nodded. "You seem glum, chum. What's up"
"I got an assignment" she smiled knowing that I love doing photo shoots, it vanished though when she noticed that i wasn't smiling with her. "It's pretty large too, I don't get to do many like this"

"Avenged Sevenfolds music video, I get to shoot it and do a photo shoot with them. I have to stay there for 5 days... with Zacky. I have to take photo's of him and he get to be all glamorized while in the mean time he's plotting to take my kid from me" I let my head hit to counter.
"He's not gonna take him from you, he just wants assurance that you won't take Oliver from him." I sighed knowing that she was right. "Now stop being sad and come help me cook, I already got the noodles ready, just put the chicken in the oven and make sure to add some sauce" I hoped off the stool and came around to the stove.
After I placed it in the oven I pulled out the alfrado sause and got some cups. "What do you want to drink"
"Apple juice"
"My son's gonna be pissed when you drink all his apple juice" I started to pour it and then it hit me. "Shit!"
"What! Did you spill it?" She came over to me and looked confused.
"I can't do the shoot. I can't bring Oli with me, the school will revoke his spot if he misses that many more days without a doctors slip"
"I'll watch him. I love spending time with the kid, plus I don't want to be alone. So it's perfect" I smiled at her and gave her a hug
"Your an angel" She laughed and grabbed a beer and lemonade and placed them by me. "AND YOU READ MINDS"
"I'm truly gifted" we laughed till someone knocked on the door. "I'll get it" seconds later she came back with Matt following close behind.
"Hey, Matt" He just smiled at me. "Dinners almost done, I'll set the table so you two can have alone time" I grabbed the plates and forks that Val set out and went to the table that wasn't far from the kitchen and there I could hear them perfectly.
"Your doctor called" My heart stopped and I froze. "Why didn't you tell me"
"Why should I... it's gone any way" The last part came out low and sad. "I wanted to wait till I got to three months before I told anyone... and I didn't"
"You should have still told me, maybe I could have done something to help you. Take some stress from you so that the baby could have been fine"
"You couldn't have! I miscarried, there was no stopping it from happening. I didn't want to disappoint you and I did. I'm sorry" I was biting my nails waiting for his reply, I didn't want either of them to be hurting right now.

"Your so dead set on this baby and every time I turn up with a negative sign test or bad news you just seem to be more and more upset with me."
"I'm upset with myself, I don't want to have to put you through this pain. I feel like I'm the one that's disappointing you. I know that having a kid is big for you and it's just not happening soon enough and I hate seeing you like that"
"Then lets just stop for now... lets just give it a break and maybe with the pressure off, something will happen" I don't know what happened since there was a wall in my line of vision and they weren't in front of the arch so i couldn't see them. If I had to guess though, I would say that they were kissing and holding each other.
Matt popped his head out into the archway and looked at me. "Are you crying" I brought my hand up to my face, it was soaked.
"No" I turned around and played with one of the plates.
"Silver," I looked back to Val.
"I'm gonna go back home for tonight, okay?" I nodded and smiled. She walked over to me and pulled me into a hug. "Why are you crying"
"I don't know" that was a lie, I knew fully well why I was crying. I pulled us apart and smiled at her. "Go, go have sex with my brother and be happy!" She laughed as he made and nasty face at me. I waved as they shut the door, I went up to it and locked it.
I then proceeded to go back to the table, grab all the plates and forks and put them back in the kitchen. I then turned off the stove and placed the noodles in a container. I then went to the freezer and pulled out the only thing that was in there, a box of chocolate ice cream. I went back to the forks I pit up, realizing that all the spoons were still packed in a box and I was to lazy to dig around for them.
I sat on the couch and started to eat the ice cream while watching breakfast at tiffany's for the first time.
"Run Audrey! Run up to the hot neighbors apartment and away from the creepy guy" I couldn't help but still have tears fall. I took a sip of my beer and placed it next to me. As she got into the guys room, someone started knocking on my door. "Oh please, please, please don't be a creep" I opened it to see Zacky standing there. My head dropped and I let out a sigh "I said please"
"What?"
"Nothing" I started walking back to the couch. "What do you want, Zacky? Better yet, where's my kid"
"We were at my mom's house, he fell asleep and she said she would watch him till I came back. Matt called saying that you seemed really upset and to come over here."
"I'm fine, you can go" I picked up the remote and hit play again.
"Really, is that why your eyes are red and poofy, or the fact that your eating ice cream which you never do unless your upset." I looked up to him and gave and big 'humf' sound. "I've also watched this before and this part isn't sad at all"
"Stop acting like you know me" He lifted me up from my laying position and placed himself there. He then let me fall on him like a pillow. "Uh... I hate being lazy" He just laughed at me and picked up the ice cream. "If your going to sit here and take my ice cream and act like a pillow at lease have the decency to shut off the lights and grab your own damn fork"
Zacky got back up and did as I asked. He came back and moved me to the spot that I was in before. "You really need to unpack"
"Shut up" we laid there like that till half way through the movie and he started to talk again.

I started to doze off towards the end but was woken up to a hand that seemed to be roaming on me. I looked over to see that Zacky was asleep and his hand had just fallen on me. I sat up and started to push him. "Zacky... Zacky!....Zack" I started to shake him. He grabbed my wrist and his eyes shot open.
"You fell asleep" His eyes started to close again.
"So, It would be the best sleep I've had in over a week"
"You need to go home and pick up Oli... better yet just leave him at your mom's, I don't want you driving half asleep with him in the car" He pulled me down onto his lap by my wrist. "Let go and go home"

I got up and went to my room. I shut the door and locked it, just in case. I changed and laid down in my bed where i instantly fell asleep.

I rolled over and hit the wall, so I rolled over to the other side and to my surprise it hit another wall... that is so wrong. My wall's aren't nearly that close together, I opened my eyes to see that there was a shirtless body to the left of me. I shot up and crawled off of my bed.
"ZACKY!" his eyes shot open "How the fuck did you get in here"
"Your door" he rolled back over. "Now get back in bed and shut up".
My mouth dropped. "GET THE FUCK OUT! My fucking door was locked and I told you to stay the hell out of here. No wait, really I told you to get the fuck out last night."
He sat up and rubbed his eyes. "So what." He grabbed my arm and pulled me back down onto the bed. "Go to sleep"

Why can't you be like you were last night, be that all the time and earn me back and then MAYBE one day I can come to trust you and want you back" I sat up and he just looked at me. As soon as I heard the door slam shut, I got up and ran over to my box of clothes. I grabbed an outfit that I had laid on top of the rest and got changed. I pulled out my phone and called Matt.

"I'm coming over to personally kill you. It's fair warning now" I hung up and grabbed my keys from the kitchen counter and headed out the door to my car. Half way to his place I got a phone call.

The hostess seated me at a booth and the place was surprisingly empty, though I wasn't really surprised since most of their food was horrible.
"Can I get you anything" She took out her pad and pen and waited for me to speak.
"Yea, can I get a cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce along with an orange juice.... Oh, and a knife to kill my brother with when he gets here" I gave her a huge smile and she just looked at me with worried eyes.

The bells on the door rung and Matt and Val walked threw the doors. They walked over to me and sat down. "Your lucky today. The waitress won't bring me a knife... I think she thinks I'm crazy"
"We'll she'd be right on the money then. Why did you plan on killing me anyway." The waitress came over and got their orders down, she didn't leave though without giving me a worried glance.

As soon as I heard the door slam shut, I got up and ran over to my box of clothes. I grabbed an outfit that I had laid on top of the rest and got changed. I pulled out my phone and called Matt.
"...Hello" His voice was groggy and it was obvious that I woke him up.
"I'm coming over to personally kill you. It's fair warning now" I hung up and grabbed my keys from the kitchen counter and headed out the door to my car. Half way to his place I got a phone call.
"Ello"
"Change of plans, Kill me at the waffle house"
"Ehhhhh... Fine" I hung up and took a turn at the next stop light. Thankfully it was only a street away from were I was at. I pulled in and got out of my car, locked it and headed inside. The hostess seated me at a booth and the place was surprisingly empty, though I wasn't really surprised since most of their food was horrible.
"Can I get you anything" She took out her pad and pen and waited for me to speak.
"Yea, can I get a cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce along with an orange juice.... Oh, and a knife to kill my brother with when he gets here" I gave her a huge smile and she just looked at me with worried eyes.
"Is that a joke"
"Mostly" she gave me a fake laugh and headed over to the cook, who she must had told what I said because he looked at me with a confused face. The bells on the door rung and Matt and Val walked threw the doors. They walked over to me and sat down. "Your lucky today. The waitress won't bring me a knife... I think she thinks I'm crazy"
"We'll she'd be right on the money then. Why did you plan on killing me anyway." The waitress came over and got their orders down, she didn't leave though without giving me a worried glance.
"Yup, she's knows your a psycho" I laughed.
"You invited Zacky over to my place last night after you left"
Matt looked at me confused. "I'm sorry, if you didn't realize I was kind in a rush to get out of there. I didn't have time to call or text him and tell him to go deal with my sister" I thought about it and then it hit me, apparently it hit Matt at the same time to. We both looked over at Val.
"Valarie Sanders, how could you" I tried to sound as much as an upset mother as I could but failed epically.
"Silver, I hate seeing you so upset. Zacky's always had this effect to make you happy again... even when you don't want it. Don't lie to me and say I'm wrong because we both know that I'm not." The waitress brought over the food and placed it in front of us. "Silver! You shouldn't eat that in the mornings"
"I'm starving"
"Is it because you and Zacky did something that I don't want to hear about." Matt said ready to cover his ears.
"EWW! No, you sicko. I didn't get to eat dinner last night. All we did was watch Breakfast at Tiffany's and eat ice cream. He fell asleep and wouldn't leave, so I went into my room and locked the doors. When I woke up this morning, he was freaking right beside me shirtless!"
Matt shushed me "how did he get in" I laughed realizing that he didn't know.
"I should have put a seat or something in front of my door. It slipped my mind that he knows how to pick locks" I bit into my burgar and looked at him. He looked as if he was discovering out so many things.
"Did he use to come over when you were in high school"
"... Yes, I can't believe you never knew that. You freaking caught us like 5 times in the middle of the night before we told you about us going out. Thankfully you were so high out of your mind you just thought that ... I never did find out what you thought"
"That's how he kept on getting to my shit in that lock box" me and Val looked at him questioningly.
"And what was in this lock box" Val asked and his face turned 50 shade of red.
"Weed, just weed"
Before she could push on with the investigation, I interupted. "anyway, I pissed him off this morning by telling him that's why we will never be together. He then proceeded to tell me he'd bring Oli back at 6, I said 5 and he said see you in court and thus is the reasoning to kill you..."I looked at Val" I'm sorry Val, but you betrayed me. You must die with him"
"Wait, wait one moment. Why am I still being killed if I had nothing to do with this"
"...I have no good reasons... so I'm gonna go with, your friends with him"
"So is Jimmy, are you going to kill Jimmy?" I gasped at him.
"No! Of course not, Jimmy is my light source of entertainment and has stuck my me for so long. If I had him killed" I started to fake cry. "I wouldn't know what to do with myself"
"Yea, I'm your brother. Been around you for 24 years now... I've stuck by longer" I brushed of this remark and continued to eat.
After we were done eating, I waved goodbye to them and headed back home. I finished unpacking and spent the rest of the day organizing. I realized that it was almost time for Oli to come back so I heated up some food and went to go pick out his pajama's. Right as I put the outfit on the bed and picked up the empty boxes, a knocking came on the door. "Come In" I called as I walked to the hall closet and placed them in there.
"Silver" I turned around to see a Zacky caring Oliver in his hands. I pointed to the first 1st door on the right and he brought him into there. I went in and picked up the original pajama's since he was already in some. Zacky bent down and kissed his forehead, he then followed me out of the room. "He already had dinner, took a bath, had a story read to him, and obviously was already put into his PJ's" He looked past me and into the kitchen where I had placed the food to cool.
"Dammit" I went over to it and started to place it in a bowl again to put away. I looked back at him to see him watching me. "What"
"Not use to seeing you cook" I laughed.
"When you move out on your own at 19 and not only have yourself to feed but a baby too... you start to learn." I turned around and watched him as he stared down at him feet. "Did he enjoy seeing your mom"
"Yea, she wasn't very happy though that I stayed a night without calling her. She thought that I went to knock you up again" I laughed at that and he just smiled at me.
"You'd have to wife me up first" He just laughed and looked down.
"Well, I'm gonna go now" I nodded but then stopped him.
"You wanna take some food to go? I have to much and the left overs will just end up going to waste cause Oli is picky about how old his food is"
"Na, I'm good" He looked over to the wall and then back to me. "Bye" I followed him to the door and as I started to shut it, he placed his combat boot in between it. "Silver?"
"Yea" I opened it to see him staring straight at me.
"Court date is 2 weeks from tomorrow"
"Oh My god! Go! I can't believe you, Fucking offered you food you arrogant ass" I shut the door and locked it, this time though i also bolted it.
To say the least, I went to bed angry as hell.
