Jimmy’s POV
I woke up and patted the spot next to me and tried to grab for Mia.
We were so exhausted yesterday after the work in the post department and after our discussions with Matt and Zack.
I held Mia all night, she didn’t say much but I heard her small sobs and saw the tears running down her face, my heart was aching for her.
I wished I could make her forget everything, make her feel safe and loved…
I knew she was anxious after everything that Matt and Zack revealed and I had been holding her close the entire time, while Izzie had grabbed her hand.
Izzie wasn’t calm like Mia. Even when calm was the wrong word. Mia was just too shocked, I guess... And I didn’t know how to help her... help them. Izzie was upset and normally Izzie was the one with the settled character but this time they seemed to change roles.
I for a change could only restrain my temper barely. I couldn’t believe in what danger they have been all the time... He had been following them everywhere. Everything could have happened to them…
I couldn’t let anything happen to her, she became too important to me in only a few weeks, my love for her was growing...

I opened my eyes and the spot next to me was empty, my heart began to race.
I sat up straight and got out of the bed, she wouldn’t dare to leave again… she wouldn’t…
I grabbed the handle for the bathroom and opened the door wide.
“Shit, Jimmy you scared me.” Mia yelled while she was drying herself with a towel.
“I scared you?!” I walked towards her grabbing her shoulders.
“Yes, you scared me. Close the door, it’s getting cold!” She wrapped the towel around herself.
“You scared me! Waking up to an empty bed, kind of freaked me out since the last times, you fucking left me like that, alright?” I put my finger in the knot on her towel and she looked at me lifting an eyebrow.
“What are you doing, James?” I grinned even more let my finger caresses her breasts and slowly opening the towel and it dropped to the floor.
“I think you know what I am doing, hottie.”
“James, we need to get ready… You know that we want to leave today.. right?” Mia said but I saw the twinkle in her eyes.
“I know…” I moved into her personal space, her breasts against my stomach, she was so small compared to my height.
I leaned down and captured her lips with mine, she opened her mouth right away but I didn’t reply.
I grinned and pushed away.
“Then get ready. I will get dressed in the meantime.” With that I walked out and left her standing there, gaping at me.
“JAMES!” I closed the door with a grin.
I grabbed my pants and a shirt pulled it over my head and waited for Mia to come out of the bathroom.

It took her 10 minutes and I knew she was just trying to piss me off, but see what this would get her.
She walked out, not glancing my way once.
“You ready for breakfast?” I asked her sweetly.
“Hmm.. let’s go.” Mia grabbed her phone and walked ahead of me, I took a towel with me and walked behind her.
She went to the elevator and pushed the button for the lobby when she stood back, I pushed another button.
“What are you doing?” Mia frowned at me.
“Hm.. nothing. I just wanted to check something.” I replied with a grin.
“I know that smile by now… What are you planning?” Mia looked at me suspicious.
“Just follow my lead, my lady.” I held my arm out for her to take and saw her roll her eyes but smile.

When we walked out of the elevator I walked with Mia at my arm into the spa section of the hotel.
I guided her towards the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Mia began to frown.
“What are we doing here? I don’t have any bathing clothes with me.”
“I know, that’s why this will be so much fun.” I walked to the far side of the pool and to the last Jacuzzi and grabbed Mia’s hips to pull her close.
“Are you in for some fun?” I asked her while nibbling on her ear.
“I.. I don’t know… Jimmy.. here can everybody walk in on us…” Mia looked around as if she was just waiting for someone to walk in.
“It’s so early, no one will be here… we just have to be quiet, can you do that?!” I asked her and bite her earlobe this time, Mia moaned softly and I grinned.
I felt her hand opening my pants and then shoving them down my legs. “That’s my girl.”
I pulled her shirt over her head and she helped me with mine.
I got rid of my boxers and climbed into the pool waiting for Mia to follow.
“Come on, it’s nice and warm… and bubbly.” I grinned at her and Mia looked a little uncertain.
“Come on, babe.” I held my hand out for her. Mia took of her pants off but left her underwear on.
“Don’t worry, I can work myself around your clothes. Maybe it’s better this way, so it’s not completely obvious what I am doing here with you.” Mia’s breathing quickened and she sat down beside me.
I grabbed her hips and pulled her onto my lap.

Matt’s POV
We sat at the breakfast table it was pretty early but we had a long drive ahead of us.
Zacky and I were waiting for the others.
“So what should be our next stop?” Zack asked glancing at the map in my hands.
“I was thinking about Cleveland. It will take us a while but it will be even harder for him to find us then.”
“You still think he will be coming after her again?” Zack asked and I sighed.
“I don’t know, but we shouldn’t let our guard down.”
I saw Brian and Izzie walking towards us together with Johnny.
“Hey, you are up early.” Johnny sat down beside me and Izzie and Brian took the seats on the opposite of me.
Brian laid his arm around the back of Izzie’s chair.
“How are you feeling?” I looked at Izzie and she smiled a little.
“Okay… I needed a little time to progress the thought of what could have happened… I mean… he knew where we were…” Izzie looked at Brian and he moved closer to her laying his arm around her shoulders holding her close, giving her strength.
“We are waiting for Jimmy and Mia… Zacky and I have to tell you something maybe that will help you a little.” I smiled at her encouragingly and she smiled a little back.

20 minutes later still no sign from Mia and Jimmy. “Have you been to their room?” I asked Izzie and Brian.
“Yes, we knocked and we called for them, but they didn’t open up.” Brian shrugged his shoulders.
“Zack will you try it again and go get them?” I asked and Zack got up from his chair, when Jimmy and Mia approached from the elevator.
Zack sat back down and Jimmy and Mia came walking towards us both a grin on their faces.
At least Jimmy could bring Mia to a better mood as it seems…
“Look who made it in time?” I said when Jimmy and Mia finally sat down at the table with us.
“Were you waiting for us or what?” Jimmy asked with a grin.
“We kind of were actually… do we want to know where you two have been or rather not?” Brian asked.
Jimmy just chuckled and pulled Mia on his lap.
“Hey Mia” Izzie looked at her with a grin.
“Hmm…?” Mia looked at her quizzically.
“Will you tell us why your hair is wet and you smell like swimming-pool?”
I lifted and eyebrow and Mia cheeks grew red “No, I won’t but thank you for pointing that out.”
“The Spa area of this hotel is really amazing, you should have checked it out… It felt like.... heaven.” Jimmy chuckled and kissed Mia’s lips.
“I’ll get us coffee.” Jimmy walked away and Mia took his place on the chair. I turned to Mia and Izzie, when Jimmy came back grabbing another chair and sitting back down I started the serious part.
“We wanted to tell you, Zack and I got rid of your car this morning. We drove to the city and parked it in front of a huge shopping centre. We have your luggage in our Van right now and thought you two decide best what you will need during this trip, we can leave the rest here, we only need to hand it over to the receptionist, she will take care of it.”
“Just one bag.” Zack interrupted me and winked at Mia and Izzie.
“What?” Izzie frowned at Zack and I rolled my eyes.
“They are girls, they can take two.”
Both Mia and Izzie looked at Zack and me with a frown but I left it at that, let Brian and Jimmy explain this inside joke to them.
“Anyway… after breakfast we will have a long drive ahead of us and we will be all in our Van, I think this will be the best solution. We will get rid of Josh and drive to Ohio. It is a long drive but there are plenty of jobs for us and it’s a good chance for us to disappear.”
Mia and Izzie both nodded but seemed not completely convinced.
“Come on guys, I might even give you a free evening… look a little happier.” I said with a smile.
They all groaned at my announcement.

“You didn’t think we would be driving so long and then also work tonight, or?!” Johnny complained.
“Come on, now let us get some food and then we gotta get ready for the road.”
“Who’s driving first?” Johnny asked.
“I don’t know... Who wants to? We need to change the driver after a few hours anyway so...” I looked at Zack and Brian, but Brian was demonstratively looking at the ceiling, while Zack looked at his empty plate.
“Alright, fine. I will be the first...” I said and shook my head at them, like in school again, don’t look at the teacher or you will be the one who has to answer the question.
