Nora's P.O.V

Brian went home, he stayed with me a little longer than expected, and he stayed at mine for the entire weekend. Nothing happened, which im glad. None of the lads knew this but Adam's return was on my mind 247 since we saw each other. Adam was back and it was affecting me, like always, my head was confused and i was willing to get anything new from anyone, hence Matt and Syn. I cared for them, like i did with all the lads. I could not tell you who had my heart, as none of them did yet. I saw this as harmless flirting and a bit of something else i.e. the one night stands. Guess both boys fell for girls quicker than any other lad i had met before, and i was one they had fallen for. I didn't want to hurt either of them so the decision is made to distant myself, imagine me getting between them two, that could ruin the band, i couldn't do that to them. Whilst dealing with Adam's return, i needed to focus on getting him out of my life, 100% this time. I needed everything to be on this, not the lads. Before Brian left he was calm and very casual about this, guess he was used to it. The last thing he said to me kept ringing in my head- "Harmless flirting Nora, that's all this is, we're young and single, no need to make this a problem or drama of any sought, don't worry about this too much, it’s nothing, we were drunk".

I guess he was right, maybe Brian would pursue this any further, but i knew Matt, and he would. I couldn't do this right now my head was a mess but i don't want to hurt him in any way, shape or form. I needed Alex; she always set my head straight in these situations. I hadn't actually seen her properly, she had stayed around Zacky's this weekend, she didn't know about Brian staying, i doubt she care that much. I knew the best way to get me out of this funk and get me to my normal self, a jam session with my sister. I picked up my phone and rang her.

"Hey hunny, can you come home, need a jam session, you can bring Zacky with you as well if you want"

"Hey yeah sure, guess something has happened, if you don't mind set my kit up for me and I’ll be straight home"

"Okiedokiee sure see you soon thanks girly"

"Love you Nora, see you in a bit"

I sang my heart out, as much I was scared to do so I didn’t care anymore. Mine and Alex’s jam sessions were always the cure to clear my head, be though this time she didn’t know what was wrong. As soon as she and Zacky turned up, we jumped in to the session and jammed. Starting sweet child o mine by guns n roses, and finishing with this, lonely girl by Tonight alive. We finished lonely girl and the energy we had created was amazing. “God I’ve missed this, the rush of adrenaline… god it’s addictive!” we both hugged and then turned to a speechless Zacky. “You alright there vengeance, do u want to pick your jaw off of the floor” Alex had a way with words bless her.

“Why have you two never started a band, you’re fucking amazing!!” This made me blush and my shyness creeped out. “We’ve never done it because red head over here has been too shy and isn’t aware of her talent”.

“I know I can play, I am not shy to say that my guitar skill is off the charts, so that’s where you wrong my love“ She was right though, but I’ve never felt good enough, especially when I was with Adam, he made me feel as If i wasn’t good enough for anything.

“I think she was talking about your voice”...

I turned to see matt by the back door. Shit. What was he doing here? Bet Alex thought this jam session was about him, it wasn’t, daft cow. Okay I guess it was a little. ”Hey what are you doing here?” I hoped everything was ok between us; I couldn’t bare another relationship within the group to become weird. “Zacky texted me and I thought I’d surprise you” I frowned at Zacky and he just shrugged his shoulders, “What?” he whispered and I bit my lip. “You perfectly know what, if you’re playing matchmaker you aren’t doing a good job” I kept my voice low as I didn’t want matt to hear let alone Alex, I hadn’t spoke to her yet. To be honest I hadn’t spoken to Zacky either but since I met the band, him and Johnny have been trying to play the role of matchmakers. Zacky tend to be for Brian, but today I guess he wasn’t.

“So…who fancies the beach, the weather is awesome” Alex said with enthusiasm, breaking the silence. “Yeah sure, Alex lets go and get ready, boys we’ll meet you there” My words were rushed but it did the trick, the boys did as I asked and left to get ready themselves. I grabbed Alex by the hand and pulled her up the staircase. “Whoa bitch, what’s with the tugging” she said as she chuckled as I kicked open my bedroom door, dragging Alex behind me. “Let’s just say I have a lot to tell you in not so much time”

“Okay, im all ears”

“Where do I start, I guess I start with the beginning, with the thong story” Alex’s eyes widened as everything I told her she took in. Everything to mine and Matts escaped outside, all the way to last night’s antics in the bed sheets with both men. She laughed and smiled at something’s, I guess that was a good sign.

“So…”

“So you've got a situation, a rather big one then redhead”.

“Ahh no shit Sherlock “, we couldn’t handle this serious atmosphere and burst into laughter. “How did u not know who was who?” she smiled and leaned in, she was more interested in the gossip and nitty gritty details than anything.

“It was dark A, and I was fucked”

“Yeah literally, a double whammy I’d say” she winked and I punched her arm. “Ouch that hurt bitch” she winked again and pushed me off of the bed, sending us both into hysterics. “So what do I do” breaking the laughter.

“Do nothing, don’t worry, you were drunk , just have fun “ God she sounded like Brian, maybe they were both right , maybe I shouldn’t read so much into this. “Okay I’ll take your advice, now come on let’s get ready” She nodded in agreement. We were shuffling through bikinis when Alex started to giggle to herself, “what?” I was curious to know what was so funny.

“So who was bigger and better then?”

Oh good lord, only Alex would ask that sought of question.
