Zacky's P.O.V

It had been at least coming on a month since the indecent at Nora's. None of us know exactly what happened, but everything was back to normal. All we remember is watching Nora running after Matt, and Brian being left alone. No-one knows when they came back as we all fell asleep waiting for them, we just woke in the morning to hear laughter out in the garden and them both sat out by the pool talking with coffee. It was a change from the drama and chaos that raised the night before. No-one bothered to ask about what was said or what happened, none of us wanted to rock the boat or ruin anything. I don't think it bothered any of us really, except maybe Brian. It obvious he was curious to know, it was also obvious that Matt wasn't the only one who had fallen for Nora, even if Brian denied it and Nora was clueless.

Since the night of catastrophe, our new little family was happy and content. We had many parties and outings since, life had never been better. Me and Alex had some sought of flirtation-ship, it was exciting and fun, and i had no objections. Johnny had been himself, and every time we hit the clubs , it was always him who pulled. Sometimes Brian did as well, he sometimes was cold and distant to Nora. But she would ignore it, not wanting to cause a scene. Jimmy was Jimmy, drinking and partying had become his moto, and i guess our family's little way of life. Matt was happy and i had never seen him like that before , it was nice. I guess something happened the night of the incident, but i wasn't bothered to question it as i didnt want to ruin everything. Nora had become like a sister to me and the other lads. Half the time she was never at her house, we had become close, not like that but more like siblings. It wasnt a normal week if she didnt stay over. As i live only a couple of blocks down the road, if she stayed at her own house, i wasnt far for me to stumble home, if you catch my drift. Most nights we would stay up late playing on our guitars, drinking whiskey and cokes, and god could she knock them back, not only could she possibly give Syn a run for his money on the guitar, but in the drinking department too. She was small but she could drink till she was blind. No-one else ever had the pleasure to hear her play except me, and of course Alex. It was a rare occasion if i didn't walk in on them having a jam session. She also had an amazing voice, she sounded like a siren, but i only got to listen to it once, but it was cut short when she spotted me. It wasn't because she was shy, it was because she was never aloud to sing and had gotten used to stopping if a man walked in the room. We all know what man she was talking about. She had never gone into great detail about her relationship with Adam. About 2 weeks after the fight, she sat us all down and explained. It was heartbreaking to here what had happened. But when she told us, you could tell it was painful to think about, hence we only got told that he broke her heart and would result in violence and abuse if she stepped out of line. Like i said no details, so i can't tell you everything. Guess you'll have to wait for Nora for that one.

Tonight we were having a party round Nora's to celebrate our new album being released- City of Evil. She wanted it round hers as it was the biggest house out all of ours. It was exciting, but as it was only morning, the drinking had not started just yet, well unless your name is Jimmy that is, he was sat on my couch with a bottle of beer, it was only 11am, typical Rev. Alex had stayed round Nora's Last night for a girly movie night, whilst us lads went out for a drink. It was like old times but was weird without the girls. It wasn't a heavy night, so afterwards we came back to mine and sat drank. The atmosphere was great except Brian. He was alright but when ever the mention of Nora he went sour. His nose was stuck to his phone pretty much all night, but we let him get on with it, none of us wanted to let anything kick off again, especially the night before the big party. Jimmy said it was a new girl he was texting, before we met Nora, Brian would bring a different girl home every night, i witnessed this the most as we shared a house at one point till it got too much, he now lives on his own.

Now back to this morning.

Jimmy had finished his beer and was now playing on the Xbox, the language that came out of him when ever he died was hilarious. "Fuck!!! Move you fucking asshole!!" He screamed again making me jump. "Dude calm down" i laughed, oh how i loved Jimmy."But prepare to get you ass kicked!!", I sat next to him and joined him on the Xbox when suddenly my front door swung open and there was a commotion at door.

"Z!!! Where are you?!" I heard someone shout, both me and Jimmy jumped up from the couch, Xbox controllers flying in all directions. It was Nora, she was bleeding and her face was all bruised my heart stopped..."Bitch you better run!!" Alex came in with rage in her eyes, she looked like a crazy person and had blood all over herself as well and a kitchen knife in hand. Nora was petrified and looked straight at me, "Zacky..run" she fell to the floor. Both mine and Jimmy's mouth's dropped, Alex turned and walked slowly towards with crazy eyes with the knife pointed straight at us. She managed to corner both of us at the kitchen island. "Never carved someones heart out before, there is always a first time for everything i guess". She looked ready to kill, what happened ?! But whatever happened, this wasnt the Alex we knew, and she just killed Nora!! She took one step closer, leaned in and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Huh? Before i could question her, a huge wave of sticky black goo rained down on me and Jim. "WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS THIS!!" Jimmy was not a happy bunny. We turned to see a no longer dead Nora curled up on the floor , laughing herself to tears. " Gotcha boys" Alex announced with a smirk attached to her lips and the sexy devil in her eyes, if it wasn't for Nora and Jimmy, i would of ravaged her here and now to teach her a lesson, black gloop and all. "Ha-ha very funny A, why the joke".

"You fell for it pretty well vengeance, never took you for gullible, haha you should of seen your faces, fucking priceless!" laughed Alex. "We were bored at mine, planned the joke, created the black goo and fake blood, then let our plan take action!" said Nora, she was fully recovered form her laughing fit on the floor. " Guess the drama lessons in college were useful after all" sniggered Jimmy.

"You knew?!" i turned to jimmy, i was surprised, he had betrayed us lads and gone to the dark side. "Haha good joke though guys, im impressed, anyone fancy cleaning this up then popping into town, just us four, to get some new threads for tonight?" Everyone nodded in agreement. " I fancy myself a new corset Alex" said Nora.

"I know just the place"...
