Matt’s POV

I was so nervous I don’t know why. But all the people are staring at me, even if they are all family and friends.
I was standing in our garden at the beautiful decorated altar. I was glad that next to me my best man were standing. I had 4 of them all my best friends.
We had a job sharing between the 4 of them: Jimmy who was responsible for the rings, Brian for the wedding speech and Johnny and Zack for being by my side and encouraging me not to break out in cold sweat.
On the other side where Val would be standing in a couple of moments stood the other half’s of our best man and Val’s sister as bridesmaid. I looked at them; they all looked beautiful in their blue dresses, each a little different, since Val let them have free will on their bridesmaid- dresses but all in the same shade of blue.
I looked at Ana she was looking at Brian, biting her lip and smiling shyly, her long blonde her falling to the half of her back.
Next to her stood Michelle Val’s sister her hair was blonde now, but she changed it a lot recently she smiled at me when she saw me looking at her.
My glance wandered over to Lacey Johnny’s long-term girlfriend she also looked at me and winked. And the last who stood there was my little sister Romy, she looked so good. Even if her dress was for my taste a little too short and the cleavage too deep but that was not my part to worry, since Zacky was her boyfriend now.
I knew Zacky too well during the last couple of month since he was with my sister, he was a jealous son of a bitch when it came to her. Never thought of him like that, but since he never had a real relationship that lasted longer than 2 month, how could I know.
She was looking at Zack, I still couldn’t believe that these two were together. I looked over my shoulder at Zack and he was staring at my sister with such love in his eyes. He mouthed to her, “I love you” I could read his lips easily. I turned back around and Romy laughed softly and mouthed back, “love you, too”.
Then her and my eyes met, she smiled at me, ”Love you, too Big Bro.” I heard her whispering. I stepped towards her and hugged her tight. Ah damn how did she grew up so fast.
Then the music started to play and I went back to my place next to the priest.

Then I saw Val my beautiful oh so beautiful Val, her dress was floor-lengths, a little waist belt with rhinestone glittering from the sun in different colors. Her hair a dark brown was high on her had just a few strands were falling down her sides and back. I had to breathe in deeply to finally get air into my lungs I hadn’t noticed that I was holding my breath until now and I needed to close my mouth to keep me from drooling.
When she finally arrived next to me her father lay her hand in mine and I couldn’t help but stare at her. She was the most beautiful sight I have ever seen in my entire life.
“You look amazing, Val.” She smiled, “So do you, you should were a suit more often.”I laughed at that and we turned towards the priest and the ceremony began.

The ceremony flew by if someone asked me anything about of the speeches that were held by the priest I had no idea. I was just staring at Val. We were now announced as husband and wife. Finally dream come true, she was mine.
All my best man walked towards us and hugged and kissed me and my wife. I wouldn’t get tired of saying my wife. Fiancé was cool, but wife… that was even better.

After all the congratulations from family and friends were over we went over to the pool area where the food and wedding cake was placed. It was time for my little welcome speech, “My wife and I, want to thank you all for coming. And that you all shared this wonderful day with us. We are blessed to have so many friends and family members who are always by our side since the beginning. And we want to celebrate this with all of you now. So let the party begin.”
I took my glass of champagne and held it high, “Cheers, to my beautiful wife Val the love of my life”.

The band started to play and Val and I started to dance, at first the standard waltz to the song I wrote for her so many years ago, “Warmness on the soul”.
I motioned during the dance to my friends to dance along with us. Brian grabbed Ana’s hand and started to dance, I didn’t know that Brian could actually dance like that. So I throw him a questioning look. “I didn’t want to ruin Ana’s feet so we tried it at home, before this…” Brian replied. I laughed at him and motioned Jimmy who was sitting lonely at one of the tables over. He shook his head with a sad smile. I motioned Val to give me a second and went over to Jimmy and dragged him to the dance floor. Val took Jimmy’s hand and he smiled at her and they started to dance, I grabbed my sister from the side of the dance floor. “Damn, Matt…” She laughed at me. “I promised the first dance to my boyfriend.”
“Ohhh Zacky will find himself another…” I laughed, “It’s my big day, I can do whatever I want, right?” “Don’t let Val hear that.” she laughed.
Someone patted me on the shoulder and I turned around to see Zack standing there now with Val in his arms, “Can I have my girlfriend back, Mr. Sanders?” “Hm.. sure, If I get my wife back.” My wife, doesn’t that sound awesome. “Mrs. Sanders here is your husband.” Zacky said and gave me Val’s hand and he took Romy’s in his and embraced her tight.
I pulled Val towards me and kissed her long and hungrily, I couldn’t wait to start our wedding night.
