Romy’s POV

I sat on my couch and looked at Ana, she had made us some tea and I just stared into my cup.
I still couldn’t believe that he had just given up on us. He didn’t even try… wasn’t our relationship worth saving?! Sure it was complicated at times and we both should have taken more time to talk to each other… maybe I haven’t listened to his problems enough… But just to give up!?
“Ana, would you be very upset when I asked you to leave? I mean, please don’t take it wrong, I know you just wanna help me, but I need some time to think…?!”
“Are you sure, I could stay…”Sweet Ana… always there to help.
“No… I just need time for myself… you know what the funny part is? I have taken two days off to have time with Zack… well now I don’t need them…”
“Oh Romy…” Ana hugged me again.
“Please… just…”
“Ok, but call me if you need anything, ok?”
“Yeah… Thank you.” I tried a smile but I think it was more like grimace.
She looked with pity at me and I felt even worth. The tears started to fall again but I tried to cry as quietly as I could.
She closed the door behind her and I just sobbed into my pillow… how could you Zack?!

Jimmy’s POV

Damn it… Where should I go first? Zack or Romy? Ok, Romy… and what will I tell Matt? Shit!!
“What does Brian mean? Not coming? Where the fuck is he and Zack?” Matt was pissed.
“I don’t know?! He just said he wouldn’t be coming and something like… ZackandRomybrokeup but I don’t know for sure…” I said it so fast that I hoped that Matt wouldn’t understand it.
“What did you just say, James? He broke up with my sister?” Matt sounded calm, way too calm.
“I didn’t exactly say that… I just said they broke up..” I clarified.
“They broke up? Where are they? Where is Zack?” Matt ran towards the exit.
Shit, I gotta follow, quickly.
Matt was already in his car and I jumped into the passenger seat.
“Matt, please try to be calm, don’t fucking act before…”
“James Owen, I promise if he fucking hurts my sister I will kill him and we have to find a new guitarist I don’t care… I told him that if that happened…” Matt was cursing while he drove like a lunatic over to Zack’s house. He stopped in the driveway and I jumped out of the car as fast as I could.
Matt knocked loudly on the door and after a couple of moments Brian opened and Matt just barged in and shoved him out of the way. He ran straight towards Zack who sat on the couch with a bottle of whiskey in his hand.
“I told you if you would fucking hurt my sister… I will…”, he grabbed Zack by the collar but Zack doesn’t react he just let himself been dragged upwards.
Brian was behind Matt and shoved him away from Zack.
“Damn it Matt, keep it cool. It’s not his fault!”, Brian yelled.
“What do you mean not his fault?” Matt yelled back.
“Did you fucking break up with my sister? Did you find yourself another harlot? And tossed my sister away? I knew I shouldn’t let her date you… you damn…”
That was when Zack stood up straight… It was like in a movie I was watching but couldn’t do anything.
“I didn’t toss her away… and I wouldn’t dare treat her that way. I love her, damn you. And it was not me breaking up… she said it would be better to go separate ways. I didn’t want to hurt her… I thought she might be happier with someone else so I stepped out of the way… so don’t fucking say something like that! You fuckin’ ass!” Zack yelled back.
“You what?” Me, Matt and Brian said in unison.
“I stepped out of the way. If she is not happy with me, I don’t deserve her. She should find herself someone better… damn man… I love her so much… I can’t stand to see her unhappy…” Now Zack was more talking to himself then to us but… even my heart ached at his words.
I needed to talk to Romy, does she realize how Zacky is feeling?!
“Shit man, I’m sorry for yelling at you… I… am sorry. Should I talk to her?” Matt apologized.
“No, no one of you is talking to her about this, understood?” Zack looked at each one of us until we nodded.
But he doesn’t look behind my back, my fingers were crossed…
