Romy’s POV

I couldn’t believe this… tears were streaming down my face. I was running so fast, I didn’t even know where I was running to… I just needed to get away, away from Zacky and these girls…
What had happened, if he hadn’t seen me there… would he have left with them?!
Did I just ruin his fun?
I ran further when I finally was stopped by Jason. “Romy what is wrong? You are going into the wrong direction, I told you to follow the signs to the right.. come on I’ll bring you back… wait fuck.. are you crying? Why are you crying, baby girl?! Should I bring you to Matt, wait I’ll call him…”
“No please, Jason, just get me out…”
“Ok, wait..” Jason talked into his phone and grabbed my arm to lead the way out.
“ROMY.. Wait” Zacky called.
“Oh shit… no… please Jason..” I pleaded with him.
“Oh fuck.. no Romy… I can’t help you with that, talk to him… running away won’t get you far…”
“Damn you, Jason!” I shrugged his hands off me and looked around.
Zack was not far behind, so really running away wouldn’t do it.
I turned around and he ran directly towards me, he was out of breath and wanted to grab my arms but I stepped away.
How dare he touch me after he touched this woman, and let her give him her number and… How could he?! The tears were gathering again and I brushed them away with my hand.
“What Zack?!” I yelled. I couldn’t help myself.
“Romy… give me a second… to explain….”, he breathed quickly between these words.
People were gathering around us, “Guys, come follow me to the Backstage room, here are too many people…OK?!” Jason suggested.
He walked with us through the corridors and finally we stood before a door with the Avenged Sign on it.
We walked inside and Matt and Jimmy were sitting on the couch drinking a beer enjoying the break I guess.
“Romy, there you are I was wondering… did you cry? ZACK?!” Matt yelled the last part.
Jimmy got up from the couch as well and hugged me tight.
“Would you leave us alone, for a second, please?”
“No, I wanna know what is wrong, first…” Matt looked angrily at Zack.
I let go of Jimmy’s embrace and looked him in the eye, “Please would you leave us alone for a second. We will talk later, ok?!”
“Sure, Roro… Call us if you need us.” Jimmy grabbed Matt’s arm and dragged him outside.
When the door finally closed and we were alone I looked over at Zack.

Zacky’s POV

How can I tell her that this was a mistake, that she just misunderstood the scene there? That I would never betray her…
Matt and Jimmy finally left us alone and Romy looked me dead in the eye.
“Romy.. I..”, I began but nothing came out.
“You what, Zack? Didn’t want me to see that? Should I have stayed at home, so you could have your fun with these plastic chicks?!” She yelled at me.
“What? No… I didn’t know that you were coming, ok? I was just talking to them, they were Fans, nothing special…” Oh damn even to my own ears this sounded so lame.
“And the note with her number, to have some fun, landed in your pocket because…?”
“Because I didn’t wanna be rude, I would have thrown it into the trash… what else could I have done?” I replied.
“Told that bitch, that you have a girlfriend, maybe? Oh that thought didn’t cross you mind, did it?”
“Romy… damn it… I would never betray you. I love you… believe me.”
“How can I believe you… after what I saw… maybe it’s better…”, I didn’t wanna hear the rest to that sentence so I talked faster.
“Damn… these last weeks have been so fucked up, Romy… you didn’t have time for me and the last days we weren’t talking at all…” I started but she interrupted me again…
“If you think it’s that way, maybe it would be for the best if we just stop seeing each other…”, now Romy wasn’t yelling anymore, she sounded defeated andthat was exactly the sentence I didn’t wanna hear from her. How can she say something like that?!
“Romy… I… didn’t mean to make you sad or anything…” I looked into her sad eyes full of tears. I made her cry, and I promised never to do that and here we are yelling and screaming at each other.
Maybe she was right, maybe we should stop seeing each other, even if it would break my heart. The first woman that I really loved form the bottom of my heart and we were about to break up…
“Zack… say something…”, Romy pleaded. I couldn’t let her beg. It would be for the best, she deserved to be happy and if I am not the one to bring her this happiness she should find the right one…
“You are right, Romy.” I said and I had to look at the floor, couldn’t look into her face. A tear was running down my cheek…
“So we break up, That’s it?”, she sobbed and I had to look up, more tears were running down her cheeks.
I had to swallow hard, trying not to cry in front of her, “I think so. That’s it.”
“Goodbye Zack.” She turned around and left the room.
I dropped down on my knees, now I could also let the tears fall down.
