“So how do you like your new place?”

Daphne looked in the mirror as she worked on a women’s hair to find Maria standing beside her.

“Its nice, it’s a bit small though,” she replied.

“Was your apartment big in New York?” Maria asked.

“It was a penthouse. I loved it,” Daphne smiled.

“Do you miss it?”

Daphne paused during her work. She had never really considered if she missed New York. She had loved the city and she loved her nice things, but did she really miss it?

“I actually don’t know if I miss it,” she replied honestly.

“Daphne Sanders!”

Daphne looked up to find Jade and Roxxi by the front door.

“Um, I’m working!” she called in a duh tone.

“Don’t sass me!” Jade snapped.

“Give me ten minutes!” Daphne called.

“Fine!” Jade huffed.

“It looks like you’re in trouble,” Maria laughed.

“When am I not in trouble?” Daphne laughed.

After finishing with the customer, Daphne walked into the waiting area to find Jade and Roxxi waiting impatiently.

“Hey baby doll!” Roxxi smiled as she stood and tightly hugged her.

“Hi,” Daphne smiled as she tightly hugged her back.

“Now what is going on?” she asked.

“I have finally found a way to get back at you for leaving me!” Jade announced.

“You realize I moved out two weeks ago right?” Daphne laughed.

“Yes I do, but this is the first night we’re all free,” Jade smirked.

“Free for what?”

“Now don’t be mad,” Roxxi started.

“What did you guys do?”

“We already called Sadie and Abby and they’re in. Tonight, we’re all getting dolled up and going out to a club so we can find you a man to take home,” Jade smiled.

“No! I am not doing that!” Daphne protested.

“I told you she wouldn’t like it,” Roxxi muttered.

“This is crazy! I have been out of the game for so long. I am not doing this!” Daphne muttered.

“You owe me though!” Jade shrieked.

“Find something else! I’m not doing this. And keep your voice down!” Daphne hissed.

“Why? Do you not want people knowing that you need to get laid?” Jade announced.

“Jade!”

“What? Maybe that guy over there wants to fuck you!” Jade yelled as she pointed to a man in the waiting area.

“Will you shut up?”

“Why Daph? People should know that you want to have sex!”

“Oh my God! If I go out tonight, will you keep your voice down?” Daphne snapped.

“Of course! You shouldn’t yell, this is a public place,” Jade smiled.

“I hate you,” Daphne muttered.

“You’ll get over it. Oh, and just so you don’t back out, I’ll be picking Misty up and holding her hostage,” Jade smiled.

“I’ll meet you here when you get off,” Roxxi laughed.

“Love you!” Jade smiled as she kissed Daphne’s cheek.

“So, you need to get laid?” the guy smirked as Jade and Roxxi left.

Daphne scoffed before turning on her heel and walking to her station.

“I can’t believe she’s making me do this! Its humiliating!” Daphne snapped as she showered after her shift.

“It won’t be that bad. All you need is a hot night with a sexy guy,” Roxxi insisted from the other side of the shower curtain.

“Why are we even doing this? All of you have somebody!”

“Its been a while since we all got to find a guy for someone,” Roxxi shrugged.

“Why does it have to be me though?” Daphne whined.

“Because you’re the one who needs great sex!” Roxxi laughed.

“I do not! I’m perfectly fine!”

“You are such a liar! You so need to get laid!”

Roxxi picked her head up as she heard the water shut off. Daphne grabbed a towel before opening the curtain.

“It won’t be like Brian though,” she muttered.

“It might be. You and Brian made love. What you need right now is a powerful, passionate, hot night of meaningless sex. You’ll be surprised by how great it is,” Roxxi smirked.

“I’ve never had to pick a guy up before though,” Daphne admitted as she started doing her hair.

“Never?” Roxxi asked, incredulously.

“You know I dated in high school, but it was easy. Right when college started, I met Derek and we were together for seven years. I’ve always had someone; I never had to pick them up,” she muttered.

“Well, you better be glad you have me. After Jimmy and before Arin, I always picked guys up in clubs.”

“Slut,” Daphne muttered.

“Bite me!” Roxxi laughed.

“I really don’t think this will help with Brian,” Daphne sighed as she walked into her room.

“It might. One night isn’t going to change your feelings, but it will at least distract you from them.”

“Why can’t I do something else to distract me? Like baking!” she exclaimed after she got dressed.

“Lets be real; you can’t bake,” Roxxi laughed.

“Work! That distracts me!” Daphne insisted.

“No, it drains you. You need a dick to distract you!”

“Well that was very blunt,” Daphne muttered as she sat down at her vanity to do her make-up.

“I was being real,” Roxxi laughed.

“Do I really have to do this?” Daphne whined.

“Yes! Don’t worry about picking a guy up; you’re obviously not ready for that. Just come out and have a couple drinks with us. Its been forever since we had a night out!”

“Oh lets just get this over with!” Daphne huffed as she stomped her way through the apartment.

“This should be fun,” Roxxi muttered.

As they pulled up to her brother’s house, Daphne and Roxxi noticed multiple cars parked outside.

“What the hell is going on?” Roxxi asked.

“I swear if he’s having a party while Misty’s there, I’ll kill him,” Daphne spat as she quickly got out of the car.

They quickly walked up the path and straight into the house. They noticed the guys sitting in the living room with their eyes glued to the TV.

“Hi mommy!” Misty smiled from Brian’s lap.

“Where’s my hug baby?” Daphne smiled.

Misty climbed from Brian’s lap and ran over to her.

“I missed you today,” Daphne smiled as she tightly hugged her.

“Aunt Jade picked me up and took me to get ice cream,” Misty smiled.

“Did she?”

“Yeah and then me and Uncle Matt went to see grandma and grandpa.”

“Well that sounds like fun,” Daphne smiled.

“Hi Roxxi,” Misty smiled as she hugged Roxxi’s legs.

“Hey cutie,” Roxxi smiled.

“Why didn’t you tell me [i]he[/i] would be here?” Daphne muttered through gritted teeth.

“How was I supposed to know?” Roxxi shrugged.

Before Daphne could say anymore, Brian approached them.

“Hey Rox,” he smiled.

“Hey baby,” Roxxi smiled as she kissed his cheek.

“Hey Daph,” he offered.

“Hi,” she muttered.

“So, anything on the baby?” Roxxi asked.

“It’s a girl,” he smiled.

“Oh my God! Congratulations!” she smiled as she hugged him.

“Thanks,” he smiled.

“Congratulations,” Daphne muttered.

“Thanks Daph,” he smiled lightly.

“Matthew I am done with this conversation!” they heard Jade snap as she walked down the stairs with Matt in tow.

“I just don’t feel comfortable with you going out in your condition!” Matt replied.

“I’m pregnant; its not like I have the plague!” she spat.

“Hi,” she smiled as she noticed Daphne and Roxxi at the door.

“Hey,” Matt muttered as he kissed their cheeks.

“Why is everyone over tonight?” Daphne asked.

“The game’s on,” he said in a duh tone.

“Don’t get too wild with Misty here,” she warned.

“We won’t,” he reassured.

“I see your pregnancy boobs came in,” Roxxi smirked at Jade.

“I know; they’re amazing!” Jade smiled.

“You’re also starting to show,” Daphne laughed.

“Which is why we are going out tonight! I need to take advantage of looking incredible before I get huge!”

“I’m so glad she doesn’t have a high self esteem,” Roxxi muttered, sarcastically.

“Its refreshing,” Daphne added.

“Oh bite me! Now lets go, Abby and Sadie are meeting us there,” Jade told them.

“Where are you off to?” Brian asked.

“We’re taking Daphne to a club so she can get fucked,” Roxxi smirked.

“Child present!” Daphne snapped.

“Sorry,” Roxxi muttered.

“Wait; what?” Brian asked, incredulously.

“Yeah, what?” Matt asked.

“She needs to get laid! Its been a while and she deserves it!” Jade announced.

“Yeah, I don’t want you going,” Matt told Daphne.

“Me either,” Brian agreed.

“Well, only because I’m looking out for you like Matt is,” he saved once Matt sent him an accusing look.

“Yeah right,” Roxxi muttered.

“Anyway, I’m with Matt. I don’t want you going out tonight,” Brian said sternly.

“Well in that case, lets go find me a guy to fuck,” Daphne smirked as she led the way out to the car.
