Before the Storm
Zack’s P.O.V
Everything around here for the past two days have been awkward and destructive. Hannah was a little bit on the mental side right now because of what Matt had done and Erin was hating seeing her best friend so sad and in pain that she was really mad most of the time, and the surprising thing was that Gates was actually being nice to her.
“How is it… that we have been torturing these men non-stop and we have gotten nowhere in this?” I asked and Erin was sitting there texting frantically on her phone and she got up and went to her computer sending emails and such.
“Earth to Erin I am talking to you” I said to her and her gaze snapped over to me and she sighed.
“I am trying to get a hold of Hannah’s mom… she has been really worried and I am just making sure to touch base with her. I might be getting her on a plane here” Erin said and I could tell that she was planning something. I walked over and kissed her head.
“Alright I am gonna make a coffee run… see you in about 25 mins!” I said to her and she leaned up and kissed me deeply and I walked out to the car. The ride there was great… no girls crying or being angry and no men taking sides.. ahh it was good. But when I pulled into the area.. I was shocked… Val and my ex-girlfriend Gena.
“ZACKY!” Val yelled and ran and hugged me and the Val came over hugging me tightly taking in my scent and she pulled away moving her long blonde hair out of her face.
“Sup ladies” I said while walking inside and they followed me talking up a storm telling me everything that was going on.
“Woah what is with the big order” Gena asked and Val started laughing loudly.
“Probably ordering for the men and the new play toy that is at home” Val said and I just
sighed and glared at her because she knew the damage that she was most likely doing.
“Is she better than me in bed?” Gena asked and my eyes widened. I grabbed the trays of coffee and walked to the car and opened the door and Val slammed it shut.
“I know you did not just slam my door” I said to her and she and Gena got serious.
“Just so you know we came to the decision that we will come after what we want… and that is you and Matt so ditch the play things before we ditch them for you” Gena said and they walked away.. fucking hell… another fucking threat really.
Erin’s P.O.V
As of right now I was booking a flight for Hannah’s mom to come and see her and get her back to what she used to be.. I knew if anyone could make her feel better it would be her mom… but I also figured that I would at least introduce her to Matt and maybe he could plan something to win her back because… they were perfect for each other. I clicked the book button and I messaged her mom back and I was so excited that she was finally gonna see her mom.
“So was he good?” Jimmy whispered in my ear and I just looked at him confused.
“Gates?” He asked and I just rolled my eyes.
“Why the fuck does it matter to you?” I asked him and he just sat at the edge of my desk laughing.
“Come on E… you let Gates fuck you and then you run to Zack… did he not rub you the right way or something?” He asked and I rubbed the sides of my head.
“He was amazing… I just realized that I wanted Zack” I said and he just nodded.
“Alright, but realize that Gates is not gonna give up on you that easily… once he tastes something that he likes… he is nuts about them… you thought Zack was a stalker… Gates is.. well he is Gates” Jimmy said and I just turned back to my computer trying to push out the subject of sleeping with Gates.
“You can’t push it out of your mind.. and you know that it is gonna come out sometime.. so you better put it out there before he does when you reject him.. cause it will be 10 times worse” Jimmy said and then walked away and I sat there replying to emails until Zack came back in. I shot up as he set the coffee down.
“When we were fighting and you went home while I tortured Kevin… I SLEPT WITH GATES” I said loudly and everyone… and I mean everyone popped out of the areas and Zack was stunned.
“What?” He asked and I just froze.
“I told you there was no more secrets well we weren’t together and I just… fucked
Gates… I just wanted to get it out there” I said and he just rubbed his face… I had hoped that he wasn’t too pissed with me.
“Right now… we have other things to worry about. There is not secrets and I think that I should put this out there since you got the guys attention… I will talk with Hannah later about it” Zack said and I just walked over and then sat down.
“I went to go get coffee.. and I ran into Val..” He said and instantly I knew that this was not going to be good and as soon as I was gonna talk he cut me off and Jimmy sat down next to me.
“Gena was with her” He said and I was just having a what the fuck moment.
“Who?” I asked and Jimmy just went into the oh shit mode.
“She is my ex.. and she and Val are prepared to take me and Matt. They are threatening to ditch you and Hannah if we don’t do it first.. which means that they pretty much want you dead.. adding to our list of problems” He said… fucking hell.
“Well then since we are adding to the list I guess I should let this information come to the light…. My sister is the person that is working with Kevin and Andrew and she will not stop I can already tell you that.. she is the one with government connections and she WILL try and take us all down” I said and everyone just sat down going wide eyed and I heard Hannah run down the stairs.
“YOUR SISTER!” She yelled knowing that my sister was always this badass bitch.. fucking hell.
“Yes Hannah… Sarah has surfaced” I said to her and she just leaned up against the banister.
“This is some real shit… fuck well I guess we better get ready for the storm” She said… oh Hannah how right you are.. even though I knew that it would take a while to even locate Sarah.. she would find the perfect way to make her presence known… hopefully Hannah would be better after seeing her mom.
