Chapter Six

***Ann's POV***

I looked over towards my two best friends and saw the worry in their eyes. All I had to tell them was that it was the Erasers and they'd instantly turn into two war machines, or I could pass it off as just a fall, but then why would I have called them here? I groaned and put my head into my hands. "Erasers," I muttered. To any normal person, me saying Erasers would confuse the fuck out of them, but as soon as I said that, Karla and Alex went into a rage.

"What do you mean Erasers," Alex hissed, her eyes a mask of pain and anger.

"Erasers! That's what I mean!" I shouted, jumping off the bed. "They're back and they're after me and Hazel. They've...They've been upgraded," I finished this last sentence in close to a whisper, so not everyone heard me.

"What'd she say?" I heard Jimmy whisper into Zacky's ear.

"I said" I started sarcastically, making Jimmy look at me with horror. Apparently I wasn't supposed to hear that. "The Erasers have been upgraded,"

"But what's that have to do with them?" Brian asked, apparently attempting to prove he was the thinker of the group.

"What's it have to do with you?" I asked, narrowing my eyes towards them. I saw them all look down, contemplating everything. I turned towards Karla and Alex. "I need to leave," I whispered, not knowing which doctors I could trust in the ER.

"Where will you go?" Karla asked, worry apparent on her face.

"Ah you're up," a doctor stated as they walked in the door, I saw Karla and Alex tense, making me turn with a snarl on my face. It was one of the scientists from the testing facility, or School as the experiments called it. Pretty gutsie I thought towards him, making his face control falter for a second as he received my thought. His face returned to normal, which impressed me slightly. "Here's the discharge papers, although we would like to check her blood pressure and do a couple tests and make sure an infection isn't starting," he looked towards my mom and dad as he said this not wanting to see the death glare I was giving him. I was slightly surprised he wasn't quaking in fear as to what Karla, Alex, and I wanted to do to him.

"I'm fine," I stated flatly.

He turned to me, disappointment in his eyes. "But you need a blood transfusion," he attempted to argue.

"Let's go," I walked out of the room, pushing past him, followed closely by Karla and Alex, then my parents, watching us, making sure I wasn't going to go berserk at any second. The guys were the last to come out of the room.

We arrived at the house a couple minutes later, I instantly started moving around the house, packing items I would need for me and Hazel. "Ann," my mom tried to distract me for a second.

"No...I'm leaving in the morning," I stated, Alex and Karla looking at each other, they knew tomorrow translated into "when everyone falls asleep", unfortunately for me, my mom knew the translation too.

"Sit down, young lady," my mom told me in her no-nonsense tone, making me sit where I was, which just happened to be in the middle of the dining room, right on the floor, annoying my mom a little. "Listen to me," she pleaded with me. "I know you need to go...find someplace safe. But I wanted to let you know something,"

"We could take you on tour with us," Matt said, coming up from behind my mom. "You'd constantly be moving, and we could attempt to get to know each other."

I liked the constantly moving part but he just blew everything away with the 'attempting to get to know each other'. If I wanted anyone to know anything about me it's because I told them. But I never did that. Why? Well, because they normally end up getting hurt or blown off the face of the Earth, never to be seen again. At least that what I thought had happened to the kids that had helped me escape. I'm not sure I haven't been keeping up on the books they were writing, like I should be. "Moving around a lot sounds really nice," I said sincerely, because I was, it was a very nice gesture of them. "but, I don't need anyone else hurt because of me,"

"In case you haven't notice," Zacky pipped in. "You're the only one who's gotten seriously hurt,"

I looked towards him, my eyes showing my sincerity at his ignorance. "And what about Johnny? He could've been killed, but thankfully he was just 'flicked' away,"

Matt moved closer to me. "I insist...please,"

I groaned. Fuck people with dimples, I thought in dismay, making Karla and Alex giggle as they intercepted my thought. "Fine," I spat. "But don't expect this tour to be a breeze,"

"Will do," Johnny nodded, smirking a little.

Oh what you people have yet to learn I thought, as I turned to my room to go to bed.

Notes

Got another chapter up. I also want to dedicate this chapter to my friend Karla. She recently got into a car accident in North Dakota, and is in kinda rough shape. Hope you get better soon Karla!
