Chapter Eleven

Travis and I walked around Walmart, with Hazel sitting in the seat of the cart. "What do you want to get?" I asked Travis, as he picked up a large cup which said "Legal" up and down it. He turned towards me, a big grin on his face. "I'd be set with this."

I rolled my eyes, trying to hide my smirk, "Just don't over do it."

"I won't," Travis pulled me into a reassuring kiss.

"Good," I replied and kissed him back. I turned towards Hazel upon hearing her giggle. "And what are you giggling about?" I asked Hazel, poking her belly.

Hazel giggled some more, then turned her attention to the aisles we were passing. We looked at the baby clothes for a couple minutes, buying a couple outfits that looked cute.

"Let's go find Karla," I finally said, before we checked out. Travis nodded and followed me to the freezer section of Walmart. I remembered when this "Super" Walmart was built. The whole town was furious, because we had the first Walmart built in Wisconsin in our town, and now the building sat empty to rot.

Travis, Hazel, and I arrived in the freezer section just as Karla made an appearance from the back room, wearing a knit cow hat with a green pig dog toy tied to the top. I gave Travis the shopping cart and started to sneak up behind Karla, but unfortunately for me her hearings as good as mine and she turned right before I was able to squeak the pig.

She smacked my hand with a package of hot dogs. "My pig!" Karla squealed as she swatted my hand with the hot dogs a second time.

"Karla, behave," Travis said, sternly, walking up to us with the cart and Hazel.

"But I am," Karla said sweetly, acting bashful.

Travis shook his head, as I attempted to squeak the pig again. "No!" Karla hit my hand with the hot dogs once more.

"Okay, okay," I held my hands up in defeat. "Your pig,"

"that's right," Karla stuck her tongue out at me. "So what're you two up to tonight?"

"Shopping for birthday boy," I smirked, hugging Travis.

"Awe," Karla cooed.

I stuck my tongue out. "Well, that, and Jimmy heard me sing, now everyone else wants to hear me sing, and I just don't know what to sing," I said in a rush.

"Don't sing without me there," Karla grabbed my arms, forcing me to look at her. "I have theperfect song for you to sing."

"Well, now I'm scared," I teased.

Karla stuck her tongue out at me. "It's good, I swear,"

"Fine," I laughed. "I'm gonna take Travis home, and I'll see you later tonight then,"

"Bye!" Karla called after Travis, Hazel and I as we went to the checkouts.

Soon, I had Hazel in her car seat and we were off to Travis's house so he could get his party ready for Saturday.

Before we both knew it, we had arrived at his house. "I'll see you Saturday?" Travis asked me, leaning over the armrest to kiss me.

"Hopefully around noon," I leaned towards him, kissing his lips.

I felt one of his hands touch my cheek softly, gently bringing me in closer for the kiss.

Giggling, I pulled away, "Go inside, I'll see you Saturday, Child,"

Travis pouted a little, making me laugh all the more. "I'll see you Saturday," I said firmly, kissing him once more.

He smiled his goofy little grin I loved, "Night, love you,"

"Love you, too," I said back, smiling ear to ear.

I backed out of the driveway as he walked into his parents house. Then drove back home.

I tried to sneak into the house, so the guys wouldn't want me to sing right away. Only problem was that Hazel didn't want to be quiet.

Jimmy ran to the door upon hearing Hazel babbling. Unfortunately for Jimmy, Hazel wasn't expecting him to appear out of nowhere and he scared her.

"Aw, I didn't mean to scare her," Jimmy pouted.

I laughed a little. "It's okay," I replied, patting Hazel on the back. I walked up the three steps to get to the kitchen, where I immediately poured her a bottle of whole milk.

I then took Hazel to our room, where I changed her, then gave her her bottle, finally putting her to bed. Hey Matt, I thought to Matt's mind, as I walked into the hallway, making him look around wildly, looking for the source of the noise. "Over here," I said out loud, making him look towards me, confused.

I want to talk about the tour I smiled, broadcasting my thought to him, once more.

"Um...okay," Matt started, unsure, his hand on his head. The guys were starting to look at Matt as if he'd lost his mind.

I want my boyfriend to come with us on tour, I watched Matt's face for a reaction to my suggestion. "I also want to come back for Cheese Days," I said out loud, before he could respond to my original thought.

Now I had the guys looking at me, trying to figure out what was going on, as Alex laughed her ass off.

"What the fuck is Cheese Days?" Johnny asked.

"The most awesomest weekend in Monroe history!" I exclaimed, as Alex gasped in mock horror at Johnny's ignorance.

"Okay?" the guys asked, wanting a better explanation.

"Basically, we thought that if Illinois can celebrate sour kraut then we can celebrate cheese for three days," I explained.

"I guess that's acceptable enough," Jimmy mused.

"So what are you going to sing?" Zacky asked, changing the subject.

"I was told I couldn't sing until Karla got here," I smirked as the guys faces dropped. "But, any who, Matthew hasn't told me yes or no yet." I looked towards Matt as the wheels in his head turned, putting two and two together.

"Wait, that was you in my head?" He finally asked.

Ah, the wonders of genetic mutations, I smiled as he received my thought.

"Creepy, but cool," I heard Brian mutter behind me.

Comes in real handy, I thought to Brain, making Brian look at me in shocked.

"So keep your thoughts to yourself," I giggled. "When I get tired, my mind wanders,"

"If your boyfriend can get off work, yes." Matt answered my question. "And on another point...what else can you do?"

"Lots of stuff," I smirked, starting to feel a little cocky. "Alex, catch," I tossed my phone over to her, which she snagged out of the air, then held it in her open palm.

Alex grinned, knowing what was going to happen. "Watch,"

I focused a little, then two seconds later my phone flew through the air into my hand. I heard exclaims of excitement from the guys.

"Can you do that with anything, Zacky asked, eyes wide in disbelief.

I shrugged, "Just metal." and two seconds later I was holding Zacky's phone in my hand.

"Wait," Zacky started searching his pockets, as his phone started to vibrate in my hand making me jump out of surprise. Alex swiped the phone out of my hand. Snap out of it! Alex glared at me.

I snarled at her, a little, then walked towards my room. "I'm going to bed, Karla won't be here until closer to three, and I'm not getting up just so I can sing, then go back to bed. So good night," I called to everyone, as I closed my bedroom door so I could get ready for bed.
