The Little Girl
No One Wants Me Don't You Get That!
I've been here for 9 years and not once has a family decided to adopt me. I was losing all hope on ever finding a family that would take me in and call me their own since my real parents never paid any attention to me. My father was too busy getting drunk and my mother was too busy getting high on God knows what.

I heard my mom and dad fighting in the kitchen as I crept downstairs. I listened to them cuss and scream at each other. My father was yelling at my mother to get off drugs while she cussed and screamed at him to stop drinking. They never could come to a comprimize or anything. I hud behind the couch as they brung their fight into the living room.
"You're telling me to quit and get off drugs when you won't even stop drinking! Don't fucking tell me I need to do something!" my mom yelled.
"Fuck this bullshit alright! You're getting off drugs and I'm doing whatever I feel like it!" My father's voice rang through my ears.
"Go to fucking hell you bastard! I'm not giving up something I want to do when you wont stop doing what you're doing!" My mother again yelled at my father. I wanted to come out from behind the couch and stop them but I was afraid I would be knocked down or something. Then that's when I heard a big BANG. I looked around the couch and seen my mom's lifeless body lying on the floor. I looked up and seen my father put the gun to his head and pull the trigger.
He fell to the floor with a hard thump and I crouched down on the floor bringing my knees up to my chest. I sat there and buried my face into my knees. I heard the sounds of sirens blaring and I kept sitting there not wanting to be noticed. I seen an officer come through the front door and I began to cry lightly. A woman looked where I was and she gasped.
"Are you alright?" the officer said to me as she picked me up.
"Is mommy and daddy sleeping?"
"Yes. They will be for a long time but dont worry someone will take you home and keep you while they are alseep." the woman said. I wasn't as dumb as she thought I was. I looked down at my dead parents and tears flowed down my face.
"Where is your room?" she asked putting me down. I walked up the stairs and opened the door. She walked in with me and began to pack me some clothes. She put my shoes on fo me and carried me and the bag full of clothes out of the house.

I am currently sitting outside with my friends Dave, John, Heather, Nic, and Rave. I have learned how to play guitar and I was really good according to my friends. I dont know if I was or not so I wouldnt believe them. I stopped playing halfway through a song I wrote and they all looked at me funny.
"What's wrong Rage?" Nic said. She was so cool and such a good friend to me just like Heather and Rave.
"Nothing. In 2 months it will be my birthday and all I want to have is a new family. If I don't get a new family after my birthday, I'm leaving and no one is talking me out of it." I said putting my guitar down.
"Rage you can't leave us! Who's going to play and sing to us when we sit out here?" Heather said.
"I guess one of you are going to have to learn how." I looked up into the clear blue sky and sighed.
"Rage...please don't give up and leave just because you haven't found someone since you've been here. Just give it a little time. You'll get adopted." John said and I looked at him with a death glare.
"Don't any of you guys get it? No one wants me! My parents never paid any attention to me and they didn't want me! What makes you think some random family is actually going to give a flying fuck about me?" I said standing up and walking away with my guitar. I walked over to another tree that provided shade and sat there looking up at the sky.
"If there really is a God out there, find me a famiy who actuallys cares about me!" I almost yelled.
