Lana's POV

Today as been exactly 2 weeks since I've seen James.. Last time I saw him was into my hospital room.. To be honest. I missed him.. I didn't try to call him or something, I'm just waiting till he will do. I guess that should be normal. I hated him.. for letting me all alone after losing his baby.. But this was stronger than me, I missed him so much because I loved him. Everyday I would have suprise myself starting to cry without even thinking. I needed him with me and he wasn't even there.. Emily was also trying to cheer me up all the time but it was not really working. I needed him. He was hurting me. It felt like he didn't care about me anymore. If only I could have the strenght to call him..

I was sitting on the couch staring at my cellphone when I felt a arm grabbing my neck from behind. It was Emily. She kissed the top of my head and went to sit on the couch next to me. She grabbed my shoulder and forced me to lean my head on her chest. I suddendly started to cry, again. Yeah, again.. crying was probably the thing I did the most in these 2 weeks.. She was running a hand trough my hair and was playing with it as she said.

"I hate to see you like this... I wish I could do something.. Brian told me that they are getting pretty worried.. about James." She sighed and continued. "He doesn't want to talk to anyone, not even Brian.."

Oh god this really had to be serious if he wasn't talking to Brian anymore.. I didn't say anything and just waited till she said something else.

"You should try to call him.. You know like me that this could be the best for both of you.."

I pushed her away and stood up, furious. I faced her and said

"Why ME? Why always ME? He should be the one to call me! He fucking runs away after trying to rape me" I took my head in my hand, pulling my hair up, I started to cry more but continued.
"He let me a alone after I lost his fucking baby!" I pointed my chest with my fingers, I had difficulty breathing because I was sobbing. "Do you have.. any fucking idea how this guy hurt me.. But you know the worst! I miss him.. If he does too, he should call me!"

She was going to say something but got cut by the door opening. Brian was standing at the door. I looked at him and ran upstairs, I didn't want him to see me like this.

Brian's POV.

I opened the door and saw Lana standing in front of Emily that was sitting on the couch. Lana looked exhausted. Her eyes were red, her cheeks wet from her tears. Since she saw me she ran upstairs. I was about to come and sit next to Emily, that looked exhausted too, that I received a text from Zacky telling me that he finally knew something about James, he was fucking drunk in Johnny's Bar and that we had to pick him up because he was almost knocked out on the floor. Great at least I knew now that he wasn't dead. I looked at Emily and said.

"Go to get Lana. We are going to pick James up."

She looked at me without really understanding.

"He's drunk in Johnny's Bar. I will need help, Zacky's going there too."

She stood up and said.

"I'm not sure that's a good.."

Before she could continue, I kissed her and said.

"Trust me that's a good idea."

I gave her few tap on the butt and said "Go go go" She immediatly ran upstairs to get Lana. After few minutes, she came back downstairs with Lana. She almost forced her to because I knew that she didn't want to. We jumped in the car. Emily was sitting next to me and Lana on the backseat. I could see in my mirror that she was extremely nervous, she was bitting her nails and looking everywhere to see if we were there yet.

The bar wasn't far from her house, after 5 minutes we were already there. I parked my car next to Zacky's one, he was probably inside the bar with James. I opened my door and stepped out of the car. I opened the door from Lana. She hesitated a moment but then stepped out of the car too. Emily came and grabbed her by the shoulder. I stepped into the bar to find out Zacky and James, who was totally passed out, sitting on a table. Zacky waved me that I can come and help him with that big mess. I stepped forward and grabbed James under his arm, he was completely asleep. This wasn't the first time I saw him like this and I knew that me and Zacky wouldn't be able to carry him by ourselves. I looked at Emily and Lana and said.

"Can you both take one leg?"

They nodded as they stepped forward to take one leg each. Zacky grabbed him by his other arm and we stepped outside. By the time, James woke up a bit, he looked at me and groan, without realy understanding was was happening.

"Do we put him in my car or yours?" Zacky asked.

"You should more ask, what are we going to do with him? Because we can't just let him alone to his house. He's totally knocked out.. and.."

Before I could finish, Emily cut me and said.

"We will take care of him! Hein Lana?"

I could see that Lana wasn't really excited about it. But after all, maybe it was the best solution to make them talk to each other again. She didn't say anything else, she just kept holding James, he was getting heavy so we just hurried up to put him inside of my car. Lana sat first on the backseat and we put James next to her. Right when he was on the back, he let his head fall on Lana's shoulder. I sat on my seat and watched them in the mirror as I started my car. Lana's eyes were teary. She was holding herself, I could see it. I quit looking at them and just made my way to Emily's house. The whole traject was silent, except that sometime James was groaning and hiccuping. He didn't even opened his eyes once since we came to pick him up.. He didn't had any idea that Lana was there. I really hoped that this was going to be all fixed soon because it was totally hell to see my best buddy like this and to see Lana suffering. I shook my head to remove all the thoughts that were in it. We were arrived.
