Young Lust.

James' POV

I was smoking a cigarette outside when someone touched my shoulder. I turned around and saw Brian, I didn't say anything I just took an other drag of my cigarette. I gave him one too.

"What happened with her ?"

I knew that he was talking about what I said just before Johnny cut me because the paramedics were there. I took a seat on the bench next to me and laid my head on the wall behind me. I looked at him and said.

"I just fucked up again.."

I sighed and took an other drag of my cigarette. He came and sat next to me. I knew he was waiting for me to explain more so I continued.

"I was too drunk and I thought only about myself on the moment, I came into the room she was and almost forced her to have sex with me.." I took one last drag of my cigarette and threw it on the ground. I looked at Brian and continued. "And that's not it, she didn't want to because she was supposed to be in her week and she had a lot of pain but finally.." The rest of the sentence was hard to say. I took a deep breath and said it. " She was pregnant and was losing the baby.."

I was waiting for a reaction from him but his face stayed the same. He wasn't really the expressive guy. I watched him as he took one last drag of his cigarette and threw it on the floor. He looked at me back and said.

"How do you know that ?"

I was playing with my nails and biting them as I said.

"I told the doctors that I was her fiancé. It was the only way that I could stay with her.."

I stopped playing with my hands and crossed my arms on my chest and started bouncing my legs. Brian sighed and said.

"She was pregnant but ... Was it yours?"

Just to think that this little baby could have been mine made my heart sore, but I had to face the reality, it was probably mine..

"Probably .. I guess that the night I brought her home and we fucked, we didn't use protection.."

Brian nodded, put his hand on my shoulder and rubbed it. He looked at me with a half-smile on his lips. I wanted to give him back but I couldn't.. I was hopeless.

"Anyway, she doesn't want to see me anymore.. and it's totally understandable.."

Brian removed his hand from my shoulder and said.

"She'll forgive you.. I'm sure of it." He gave me an other smile.

"I'll never forgive myself anyway.."

And on these words, I stood up and walked away as far as possible from the hospital.
