Izzy’s P.O.V

I ran back to Erin’s house and knew that I only had moments before the guys got back from the concert. I ran upstairs and set the blade down and noticed that it was glowing…. I sat the blade down on the bed and sat down on the ground crossing my legs. I remember back in the day whenever something bad happened with either Erin or myself we would just sit down and crossing our legs and literally would be sitting there for a good hour before getting up. I didn’t realize how long I was sitting there until Jimmy came in freaking out about Erin. He looked down and shut up when he realized how irritated I was and was trying to calm down. He left the room and I sat there again in silence….

Erin’s P.O.V

I woke up feeling frail and useless. My body felt weak and I struggled to push myself out of the bed. I looked around and it was rather dark and dreary. I walked out of the room and into the main area and Papa Gates was sitting there talking to Jake. I ran up to him and needed to tell him what happened and that Meaghan couldn’t be trusted. He heard me and held his arms out and when I came over he held me close.

“Sir I need to talk to you about something” I said softly and he looked down at me.

“Oh?” He said intrigued by what I was about to say.

“Meaghan plotted with the guys to get me back to Zack. She has been going behind both of your backs this whole time. She offered to help me with a plan a while ago and I just thought that you have been so gracious to me that I would tell you the truth” I said. I felt a little bad that I just outed her in front of Jake but there is only so much that I can do to save everyone’s life. He sighed and I saw a guard bring Meaghan out in shackles. She looked angry with me and I knew that she was completely frightened of what Papa Gates was going to do to her.

“I am so sorry Master please forgive me” She pleaded to him hoping that he would grant her forgiveness. He looked down at me again and I felt him hand me a blade and I was shocked that he wanted me to kill her.

“Erin you are human… Your bestfriend took away the vampire in you and I took your angel side…. Meaghan holds your angel side. You stab her and use that blade on yourself after and you will be an angel and a vampire once again.” He said taking me off guard because I wouldn’t think that he would want to give me my angel side back. Somehow I knew that this was going to be a terrible idea… but cooperation was imperative at the moment. I walked up to Meaghan and I stared her right in the eye and she said nothing… she just gazed at me in fear. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and shoved the blade right into her stomach… I opened my eyes and pulled the glowing blade out and she fell to the floor. Papa Gates and Jake just stared at me.

“Good job my dear…. You know what to do next” Gates said nodding when I looked back at him. I was still trying to get over the initial shock of the fact that I just took Meaghan’s life from her…. But this was my heart and soul… The real me… The woman that I was meant to be; so I gripped the blade tightly and without a thought I stabbed myself once again…. And when I woke up…. My sister… WAS PISSED.

“YA KNOW YOU REALLY FUCKED THINGS UP ERIN!” She yelled at me taking me off guard.

“Sarah will you knock it off! You are mostly starting a fucking hurricane on the east coast or something so just fucking chillax and get me the hell out of here” I said and she of course read me the oath and I agreed just like usual and all of the sudden I saw Matt walk through the door… Shit. Did Papa Gates even realize that this was going to happen? Because I still knew that I was going to make those vows and nothing could change my mind. I sat down and rubbed my hands on my pockets and felt a bulge and I pulled out the objects and it was my wedding rings… I set them on Sarah’s desk and just stared at them.

“Ya know Erin you are really starting to piss me the fuck off. You are hurting everyone around you and you walked out on Zack. Do you have anything to say for yourself?” He asked throwing this shit at me and I just glared at him.

“Zack let me walk Shadows…. Maybe if you and the rest of them would fucking let me go and just fucking forget about me then you would be able to feel better! Just let me be a distant memory and fuck off” I said pissed off. He came over and lifted me by the neck.

“You need to watch your fucking tongue Erin because you are walking a really fucking fine line right now” He said and I just laughed because he really didn’t see that I didn’t give a shit what he had to say. He dropped me and I walked over to Sarah and hugged her because she was rather tense. Suddenly I heard a voice inside of my head and I froze after pulling away.

“Do it” The voice said and I realized what I was meant to do… A knife appeared in my hands and I stabbed Sarah with it and she dropped to the ground. I pulled it out and just looked at Matt who looked like he was about to go nuclear on me. He walked around towards me and I just smiled making him stop.

“You get thirty minutes to convince me to stay with Zack…. You can call him or anyone you want but thirty minutes is all you get…. If you don’t convince me then I will take this blade down to Papa Gates and so help me god I will make sure that your life and everyone elses fucking ends… So your time starts now…” I said and motioned for him to sit down..

“Tick tok” I said and sat down in my sisters chair….
