“I can’t believe this is really happening,” I said excitedly with a forced smile on my face, it’s only been a day since Matt and I broke up and I’ve been a wreck since and Nikki is treating me like a china doll.

“Are you coming to Matt’s tonight?” Nikki asked as we set about unpacking “The guys are getting wasted and watching bad movies I think,” I sighed and shook my head.
“I don’t think so Nikki, I don’t think he’s going to want me there,” I pulled out a pile of books and put them on our bookshelf.
“Oh come on, I already talked to Zacky about it, he said that Matt needs to see you one last time before he leaves, I don’t think the tour would go so smoothly if Matt isn’t okay, if he doesn’t have some closure,”
“I’ll think about it,”
It took us a good few hours to unpack all of our things into the main apartment before starting on our bedrooms up the stairs.
“Come on!” Nikki screamed from the bottom of the stairs.
“I’m coming!” I yelled back, she’s broke me down and forced me to go to Matt’s with her tonight.
I’d dressed in a simple baseball shirt and black skinny jeans and red converse while Nikki was dressed to impress tonight, she wore a puffy black sleeveless dress with black Vans, her blonde and pink hair was poker straight with added volume to the top, she always looked gorgeous, Zacky was a lucky man.
“THE PARTY’S HERE!” Nikki announce as she strolled into Matt’s house without even knocking, man, she had some amount of confidence in her.
“RILEYYY!” I heard Jimmy yell from the other end of the house followed by large, thumping footsteps and a moment later I was thrown into the air and over his shoulder.
“Jimmy put me down!” I screamed while punching his ass cheeks “JIMMY!” I squealed and heard someone clearing their throat. Jimmy stopped in his tracks and put me down on my feet and ran away, I looked at him confused before turning around and seeing Matt.
“Matt-“ Before I could say anything he opened his beer and walked away, I guess I’d be getting the cold shoulder tonight then, fuck you Nikki and your lies.
We were all sitting drinking, Nikki on Zacky’s lap, making out with him as if we weren’t all in the room, Matt was sprawled out on one of his sofa’s while Johnny and Brian were on the other and I was on the floor cuddling into my teddy bear, Jimmy. We were watching some movie that I never paid attention to, but there was a break-up scene and I felt beyond awkward, and I could tell that anyone who was paying attention could sense that too, especially Jimmy because he gave me a little squeeze.
“Don’t you just hate when the girl breaks up with the guy for no fucking reason?” Matt asked rhetorically and quite rudely, he’d been pissing me off all night with his rudeness, every time I spoke he would scoff, or have a snide comment or he would just walk away from everyone. This just pushed me over the edge.
“Don’t make indirect comments Matthew, if you have something to say, say it.” I snapped, turning around to face him and gaining everyone’s attention, I even heard Nikki and Zacky’s lips pulling apart.
“Fine, you broke up with me for no fucking reason,” He said calmly, I stood up and leaned over him.
“No reason? No fucking reason?!” I demanded “Excuse me, but I was almost killed a week and a half ago, I didn’t want you to risk your life by being with me because this all clearly has something to do with me! But I knew that if you really loved me as much as you fucking claimed then you would stick around, but it turns out you were just going to fucking leave me here with a murderer on the loose, go on tour for a year and probably fuck everything with a pulse!” I was screaming by the end of my rant, Matt stood from the sofa, causing me to step back a little, he was almost as fuming as I was.
“Leaving you?!” He yelled, he’s never shouted at me before, but I wasn’t scared “I wasn’t leaving you! I had no choice but to tour without you, you think these guys are cool leaving their girls behind?!” He gestured to everyone around the room “I almost lost you once and now I actually have!”
“You are not the man I thought you were!” I screamed back at him and his mouth dropped, Nikki gasped “I thought you loved me! I thought you would do whatever it took to be with me, I’m scared for my god damn life and I don’t have you to hold me at night anymore, I don’t have you to tell me everything’s going to be okay because it isn’t, so FUCK YOU!” I lost it and slapped him so hard across the face that it echoed through the room and his head snapped to the side while the palm of my hand burned. He grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me out of the living room and up the stairs, towards his bedroom.
“Do you have any idea what you’re doing to me?” He groaned into my ear, slamming me against his door when it closed behind us, his excitement pressing against my leg.
“I think I have an idea,” I spat, pushing myself against it, making him moan out, loudly.
