“You have no reason to be sorry.” I said. He walked down the stairs.

“Yes I do. I shouldn't be putting this stress on you. I should be there for you and be happy.” He said looking down. “I don't have a right to be treating you like this.”

I sighed. “Zack you have to understand where I'm coming from but I also have to understand where you're coming from. I mean yes I understand that I had an accidental hook-up with Brian but I feel like it's yours.”

“Well I'm not going to get my hopes up for anything okay. I mean I will treat it as my baby until we get the for sure results.”

I nodded. “Just please let's not fight anymore. Let's be happy and share this pregnancy together. And in the end if it's yours then we'll continue on but if not then we'll figure that out when it comes.”

“Okay that sounds good to me. When are you going to the doctor?”

“I was going to call the clinic tomorrow.”

“Okay.”

“Zack one more thing.”

“What?”

“We're still going to get married right?”

He smiled and wrapped his arms around me. “Of course. Even if the baby is Brian's that doesn't take my love I have for you away.”

Relief filled through my veins. I smiled. “I feel the same way.”

“Okay let's go to bed.” Zack laughed. We walked upstairs and went in our room and passed out.

I woke up the next morning by the urge to vomit. I jumped and did just that.

“You okay?” Zack asked.

I walked out. “Yeah just morning sickness.” I laughed.

“Oh joy. You are pregnant.” He laughed.

“I told you.”

“When you going to call the doc?”

“Impatient much.” I laughed and sat down on the bed. “I'll do it right now.”

I pulled out my phone and phone book and got the number.

“Dr. Franklin's office how may I help you?” I perky girl's voice came across the phone.

“Um yes hi I need to make an appointment.”

“Okay for what?”

“I'm expecting a pregnancy.” I told her.

“Ah okay. Um let me see when we can squeeze you in.”

“Okay.”

“Alright we have an opening on Friday at ten that morning. Is that okay?” She asked.

“Yes that sounds great.” I said a little excited. It was Tuesday so I mean the appointment wasn't that far away.

“Okay what's your name?”

“Lexi Young.”

“Okay Lexi we'll see you Friday.”

“Okay thank you.” I hung up and smiled.

“Friday at ten.” I smiled.

“Yay!” Zack said getting out of bed.

“I think I'm gonna go hang out with Val today. I haven't in a while and I think I need her right now.” I laughed.

“Well here take this.” He pulled out some money. “Go start picking stuff out for the baby.” He smiled.

“No Zack it's okay. Don't rush into it yet. Wait until we know for sure.”

“You're right.” He said shaking his head. “Sorry I'm just so stoked for the baby.”

“Well I'm glad.” I said getting up and going to the closet to find something to wear. I still needed to unpack everything from Vegas. I'll do it later.

“Well I'm going downstairs.” Zack said walking out of the room.

“Okay.” I laughed. I picked out some jeans and a plain black shirt and slipped them on. I slipped on my converse and pulled my phone out and called Val.

“Hello.” She answered.

“Hey can I steal you for a little today?”

“Well of course.” She laughed. “What do you want to do?”

“Um let's go to the mall and just look around and get a few things.” I said.

“Alright. When you gonna be here?” She asked.

“I was just about to head out the door. Well I need to eat something first.” I laughed.

“Okay great see you in a bit.” I hung up and walked downstairs and into the kitchen. I grabbed a bowl out of the cabinet and some cereal. I poured milk into the bowl and started munching down.

“When you leaving?” Zack asked walking in and sitting down next to me.

“Right after I'm done eating.” I said finishing up the food that was in my mouth.

“Oh okay. I think I'm gonna go hang out with the guys. We haven't hung out in a while so.”

“Alright.” I smiled. Zack kissed me on the forehead and walked out. I finished up the bowl of cereal and washed out the bowl and put it in the dishwasher. I walked out to the living room.

“Alright babe I'm leaving.” I said grabbing my purse.

“Okay.” He said not taking his eyes off of the TV. Some horror movie was on. I couldn't really tell which one it was.

I walked over to him and gave him a kiss.

“Love you.” I said happily walking out the door.

“Love you too.” I shut the door and got in my car. I pulled out of the driveway and drove to Matt and Val's.
