I hurried home. I pulled in the drive way and got out of the car pretty much leaving everything in it. I walked up the steps and opened the door. Zack was sitting on the couch with his head in his hands.

“Zack,” I said sympathetically. He raised his head at me and signaled me to sit down.

“What's going on?” I asked.

“I need to know the truth right now, okay?”

“Truth about what? Zack I thought we were over this.”

“Do you want to get married?” I looked at him and nodded.

“Of course I do Zee why wouldn't I? I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”

“You promise me that once we tie the knot you will NOT go back to Brian at all?”

“Yes I promise you.”

He nodded. “Good because I picked a date.”

I looked at him confused. How could he pick our wedding date without coming to me first? “Zack why didn't you talk to me about it?” He shrugged his shoulders.

“I don't know I just felt like the date will be my responsibility.”

“Zack okay you know I'm happy and all but don't make wedding plans without coming to me first?

“I just thought that I could set the date I wasn't going to do anything else without you. Sorry.” I sighed and laid my head on his shoulder.

“It's fine. I guess I should ask when?”

“I was thinking maybe in three months.” I thought it over in my mind. He was going back on tour in a few weeks but will be back before then. “It'll be right after I get back from tour. Are you going to come with me?”

I looked up at him.

“Of course, that sounds great.” He smiled his amazing smile and kissed me on the forehead.

“Let's make the best of it.” he said. I slowly drifted off into a sleep.

-The Next Morning-

I woke up in mine and Zack's bed. He must have carried me up here last night. How sweet. I looked over at the clock. It was ten. I sat up and noticed Zack wasn't there. I got up and rubbed my eyes tiredly and walked downstairs.

“Zee,” I called. No answer. Hm where could he be?

I ran back upstairs and grabbed my phone. I had a text message. I opened it. It was Zack.

'Hey baby we had an emergency tour meeting. Sorry. I will be home soon but you have to go to work so I'll see you when you get home. I might stop by to see you. I love you.'

'Okay hope everything's okay. See you soon. Love you too'

I closed my phone and threw it on the bed. I opened the closet and started to get ready. Once I finished up I looked at my phone again. Of course there was another text.

'Everything's peachy keen.'

Thank god it is. Now I can go to work without stress. I didn't reply back. I headed out the door. Hopefully Zoe will be better today.

I drove to the shop and walked in.

“Hey Zoe.” I smiled.

“Lex hey come here real quick.” I walked over to her little desk area.

“Look at this.”

I looked down at her laptop. There was a picture of her and Brian.

“What's wrong with it?”

“Read the headline dummy.”

I looked at it closer and noticed the headline. 'Synyster Gates Found New Woman' I shrugged my shoulders.

“How'd they figure it out?”

“Zoe hun Bri is famous. He has people constantly watching him pretty much. They want to know every little detail.”

“Well I guess I better tell them that we're not together anymore.” She sighed. The door opened and Brian walked in. “What do you want?” Zoe snapped.

“I'm here to talk to Lex.”

“I don't want to talk to you Bri.” I told him.

“Please,” he begged.

I sighed. “Fine.”

We walked back to my station.

“I want her back Lex.” He shocked me.

“Who Zoe?” I asked.

“Duh.” He rolled his eyes.

“Oh I thought she wasn't the one you want. I was.”

“No I want you but I can't have you. I fucked up.” He sighed.

“Well I don't know if she wants you back.”

“Can you please try and talk to her. Please Lex.” He begged.

“If it will get you to leave me the fuck alone about us being together then yes.” I told him.

“Thank you. I heard about you and Zack getting married in a few months.”

“Yeah right after you guys get back from the tour. Hey wait a minute didn't you have a meeting?” I asked, curious.

“Uh no not that I know of.” My heart sank. Zack lied to me!

“Why?” he asked.

“Zack said you did.”

Brian shook his head. “Nope I didn't get any call at all.”

I grabbed my phone and called Zack. “Hello,” he answered.

“Why the fuck did you lie to me?” I asked bluntly.

“What are you talking about Lex?”

“There was no touring meeting today. Brian is here and he said there wasn't.” I seethed.

“Whoa Lex it's just for me. I'm planning Vengeance University stuff.” Oh fuck I forgot he had that clothing line. Great now I'm a fucking dumbass.

“Oh. I forgot about that.” I sighed, feeling terrible.

“Yeah don't worry Lex. I wouldn't lie to you about something like that. Okay Brian knows about me being here because he was the one that called and told me about it. He's just trying to get you pissed off at me.”

“Well fuck it. I'm sorry. I love you.” I smiled.

“Don't worry about it. I'm going to come pick you up and take out for lunch, okay?”

“You don't have to do that.” I told him.

“Yes I do. I'll be there in a couple hours. Love you.”

“Love you too.” I hung up.

“Brian get the fuck out.”

“What did I do?” He asked.

“You knew Zee was doing Vengeance University shit.”

“Well sorry.” He got up and stormed out.

“Zoe he wants you back,” I yelled. “There I did my deed.” I shut the door and waited for Zack to get here.
