I went off to work and Zack said that he'll come over once I called him. I think he feels like I don't want to be around him with all this going on. I do though. I walked into the shop.

"Lex," Zoe said excited. I looked at her. "Whoa what happened," she asked.

"Drama of course. Drama is my life," I told her.

"I'm sorry," she said putting her hand on my shoulder soothingly.

"I'll be alright you wanna come with me tonight," I asked her.

"Where," she asked.

"To Brian's. I don't wanna go alone. Sarah's pissed off at me and Zack is trying to stay away from me I think," I explained.

"Of course I'll go but why do you think Zack is trying to stay away from you," she asked sitting on the couch.

"Well okay last night Matt called me asking me to meet him but all he ended up doing is putting a guilt trip on me so I went home. When I got home Zack was there and he comforted me and I ended up falling asleep cuddling up to him and then I woke up this morning with him in my bed still and then he told me he thinks I'm losing everything because of him and to call him when I'm ready to hang out with him," I told her sitting down also.

Zoe sighed. "Okay well all I know is he loves you and will do anything to be with you," she told me.

"I know. I just can't be with him without everyone hating him and me," I told her.

"They're not going to hate you guys if they're truly your friends. If they love each other as they seem to then this shouldn't matter," she explained.

"Brian has been in love with me since junior high," I told her. "He's not going to take this easy. He already hasn't with what's happen so far," I told her.

She nodded. "I know but tonight we'll fix it okay. Just tell him the truth," she said standing up.

"I already have told him the truth a few times," I said.

"Make him believe it. You have a few customers today," she said as someone walked in the door.

The day went by pretty fast. I was pretty busy. I had three people come in for tattoos and I worked until 9:30. Finally, when I was finished, I walked out of my station. "You ready Zoe," I asked her. She nodded, stood up and grabbed her purse and we headed out. She just rode with me and I was just gonna drop her off at her car afterwards.

I pulled into Brian's driveway. I sighed and looked at Zoe. "You gonna come in with or stay out here," I asked.

"I'll come for moral support," she said opening the door. I opened my door stepped out and we both made our way to the door. I knocked and Brian answered.

"Lex what are you doing here," he asked. "I don't want to see you," he said trying to shut the door. I stopped it with my hand.

"We're going to talk now or never," I told him. He looked at me for a moment then stepped aside signaling me to come in. Zoe walked in right behind me.

"What is there to talk about Lex," he asked harshly.

"Brian you know damn well there is a lot to talk about," I told him.

"You're in love with Zack and you're going to be with him and not me," he said. "I get the point," he said.

"It's not like that," I mumbled trying to hold in tears.

"Then what is it like," he yelled.

"Don't get pissed off at me. You're the one that ruined it for yourself Brian. I am trying my best to make a friendship with you again but you are making it so hard," I told him as I started to cry. He looked down at his feet. "You don't care do you," I asked.

He looked up at me. "Of course I care Lex but it's hard for me to see the love of my life walk away with my best friend, my brother, my band mate," he said.

"I'll go wait outside," I heard Zoe mumbled. I looked at her and nodded. She walked out.

"Brian this is going to be my final time trying to regain our friendship. I'm done bending over backwards just so I can be happy. Zack makes me happy. And you should be happy that I am happy," I told him.

"I'm supposed to make you happy though," he said.

"You did make me happy at one time. Now Zack does. We might not even work out. No one knows what the future has for us, but whatever happens, happens," I told him.

"Nothing's gonna change your mind, huh," he said. I shook my head.

"I'm sorry Brian I love you and I'll be here for you as a friend. I'm not going to go anywhere anymore. You can get back with Michelle you can go and fuck some groupies. Go have fun in life. Don't punish yourself," I told him walking towards the door. "Just always remember that we always have something between us that I'll never change for the world. This is only one step in recovery of our relationship," I told him opening the door.

"How long do you think it will take," he asked.

I shrugged my shoulders. "It will be based upon how much jealousy, anger, and hatred we will have," I told him walking out and shutting the door. I got in my car.

"How'd it go," she asked. "Sorry I couldn't stay in there it was heartbreaking," she told me.

I shrugged my shoulders. "Don't worry about it. I think I really reached him this time," I told her.

"That's good," she said.

"Now just to fix Zack and I now," I said pulling out the driveway.

I drove and dropped Zoe off at her car and went home. I had the next two days off and I was going to spend them with the guys asking them how they felt about me and Zack. The moment I got home I went upstairs and passed out. It was a very stressful day and I was out.

The next morning I sat up at the sound of my alarm clock. I have no idea why my alarm was set, but it was. I got up out of bed and took a shower. Once I was into some clothes I decided to call Jimmy, Matt and Johnny over. I wasn't going to have Zack and Brian here while I talked about it. They all were fine with coming over just as long as no drama was gonna happen. I agreed to that and they all said they'll be over in the next hour.

I cleaned up the house a little bit and cooked some breakfast. By the time that was done the first knock came across the door. I answered it and it was Johnny. "Hey Johnny," I said swallowing the last bit of food down my throat.

"Hey," he said walking in. "Why do you need me here," he asked.

"You'll find out once Jimmy and Matt get here," I told him shutting the door. The door was a centimeter from closing it when it was pushed back open. It was Jimmy. "God Jimmy you scared the living shit out of me," I said hitting him in the chest. He laughed his ass off.

"I thought so," he said. About two minutes later Matt was here also.

We all sat on the couch and chair in the living room. "So Lex why are we here," Johnny asked.

"Well I wanna tell you guys something," I told them. They all looked at me. "I talked to Brian yesterday and I made my final decision. I'm going to get with Zack," I told them. All their eyes widened.

"I'm fine with that," Johnny said shrugging his shoulders.

"Really Johnny that means a lot," I told him smiling.

"Have you told Brian that you're gonna be with Zack," Matt asked. I nodded.

"Yes and I think he finally understands," I told him.

"Well then congratulations," he said laughing.

"Yay Lexi is dating my man Zacky," Jimmy said standing up.

"Not yet," I told him. "Well soon," he said. I nodded. We all hung out for a while and then they left. I decided to go ahead and call Zack.

"Hello," he answered.

"Hey Zee I miss you," I told him.

"I miss you too," he said.

"You okay," I asked.

"Yeah," he said not very happy.

"Come over," I told him.

"Why so Brian can get more pissed off at me," he told me.

"No seriously, please," I begged.

I heard him sigh. "Alright I'll be over in a minute," he said hanging up. I set my phone down and waited for him. The moment I heard a knock on the door I ran to it and opened it quickly. Zack walked in.

"Brian's not here is he," he asked. I shook my head and shut the door.

"We need to talk," I told him.

"About," he asked.

"I talked to all the guys and I'm ready Zack," I told him.

"Ready for what," he asked pretending as if he didn't know.

"For us to date," I told him. His face lit up in excitement.

"Really," he asked. I nodded. He quickly grabbed me into a hug and kissed me. I was happy to finally have this under control... For now.
