Show Time!
Celestia walked the halls of the arena not letting her encounter with DJ & her little ‘show’ from Brian faze her as she was busy with work yet again. She had an arm full of cords & wires that needed to be on stage for everything from microphones to guitars, she rounded a corner when she ran into someone, causing her to lose her footing & fall flat on her ass, the cords & wires flying out of her arms.
“Shit! I’m sorry!” She heard the male voice say
“No it was my fault I wasn’t watching where I was going.” Celestia said rubbing her ass, thanking god she had a big ass, natural shock absorber. She was trying to gather up all the cords & wires, not looking up at the man who knocked her on her ass.
“Here let me help you.” The male said trying to help gather the cords & wires before offering her his hand to help her up off the floor.
Looking at the tattooed arm she recognized those monster tattoos, looking up at the face she saw that her mystery guy was Brian Haner Jr., not wanting to be rude she accepted his hand as he helped her up off the floor.
“Thank you.” She said her southern drawl she acquired while growing up in Georgia becoming highly noticeable
“I’m Brian by the way…” He said shaking her hand
“I know who you are Synyster Gates, I’m Celestia.” She said taking her hand away from him after shaking his hand
“Am I that obvious? So you’re the new roadie?” Brian asked
“Kind of & yes I am but…” Celestia was cut off by another male voice coming from behind Brian.
“Gates! What’s the hold up dude? Ohhh, I see….” Jimmy said as he saw Celestia standing in front of Brian
“It’s not that, you pervert.” Brian said looking at his band mate
“Yeah, right, I’m Jimmy!” Jimmy said hugging Celestia, catching her off guard
“I’m fully aware of who you are too, Rev. I’m Celestia. Now if you excuse me, I really must go…” Celestia said removing herself from Jimmy’s hug, walking off down the hall causing the two guys to stare at her.
“So that’s the girl you have a hard on for. Explains a lot, she’s a total hottie.” Jimmy said watching her ass walk away.
“Yeah she’s hot, we’ll all be seeing more of her, she’s the new roadie.” Brian said as she disappeared from their sight.
“Awesome dude! Now let’s go get some grub before show time!” Jimmy said throwing a arm across the shoulders of Brian
“I thought eating fucked with your buzz?” Brian laughed as they walked down the hallway to catering
“True very true, but that just means I’ll have to drink extra.” Jimmy said smiling causing Brian to laugh.
In Nikki’s dressing room:
It was 45 minutes before show time & Celestia was let off so she could see her father before his first set with Sixx AM. Sneaking into his dressing room she saw him sitting on the couch fiddling with one of his cameras.
“Hey daddy.” Celestia said kissing Nikki’s cheek as she sat down beside him on the couch.
“Hey honey, how was your first day?” Nikki asked not looking up from his camera
“It was surprisingly good, pretty much met everyone I’ll be working with during the tour. Even met some of the band member’s, including DJ.” Celestia said sighing
“Oh? And how’d that go?” Nikki said looking at her finally
“It was fine, I mean I’m a fan of their music of course & knew who they were but it was kind of weird meeting them & them having absolutely no idea that I’m your daughter…and…flirting with me.” Celestia said the last part softly, knowing Nikki was very protective of his daughters when it came to the opposite sex.
“What? Who did the flirting? I want names.” Nikki asked, staring at his daughter
“Dad, seriously, I’m fine, besides what good would it do? It’s only the first show, they probably mean no harm & if you do get mad & kick their ass then, one of two things will happen. They will know we are related some how, some way or that we’re a couple. Which is just gross to even think about.” Celestia explained, cringing at the ‘couple’ part.
Nikki sighed & rubbed his face in his hands.
“You’re right, but if it doesn’t stop or progresses you promise you’ll tell me?”
“Yes daddy, I’ll tell you, cross my heart. Besides they will forget all about my little roadie self once they get a hold of some groupie tonight.” Celestia said nudging her father.
“They better. Now snap some pictures of the old man for my internet profiles.” Nikki said handing over his camera to his daughter before getting up & posing for the camera as she snapped a few pictures of him.
There was a knock on the door before Ricky popped his head in.
“Nikki it’s 5 minutes till show time for Sixx AM.”
“Ok I’m coming.” Nikki said
“Knock them dead dad!” Celestia said as Nikki kissed her forehead
“I always do! You’ll be watching right?”
“Of course, I’ll be singing in the wings!” Celestia said as she watched her dad leave his dressing room.
She waited a minute before sneaking out making sure no one saw her, before heading to her perch on the side of the stage to watch her father perform.
She was singing every lyric they preformed to herself, swaying her hips a bit with the music, nodding her head to the beat.
Celestia had seen her father perform many times but she never got tired of it, he always gave his all, like it was the last show he’d ever play. She watched as Nikki, James & DJ walked around the stage, but when DJ turned & saw her standing there, he smirked & nodded his head towards her before he started showing off with the scheduled guitar riff in the song. Much like Brian had done during sound check. Celestia just rolled her eyes & tried to ignore him & enjoy the set.
When it was over the guys bowed, thanked the crowd, threw their guitar picks & shook hands before leaving the stage, passing right by Celestia.
“You guys were great.” She blurted before she could stop herself
“Thanks!” They all replied with James shaking her hand, before he & Nikki walked off, she knew her father had to get ready for the Motley set at the end of the night. But DJ just stood there, looking at Celestia.
“I’m glad you enjoyed the show.” DJ said as the crew got the stage set for Papa Roach’s set.
“Well it was nice to see a band I like perform.”
“Well I’ll see you around then?” DJ asked sipping a bottle of water.
“Looks like it.” Celestia said as he flashed her a smile & walked off.
Celestia looked over her shoulder to see DJ all but get tackled by 25 cent looking groupies that some how got back stage passes. Rolling her eyes ‘typical rock star’ she thought to herself as she turned her attention back toward the stage to watch Papa Roach perform.
Jacoby & the guys rocked the house, as Celestia sang along with the lyrics, she was sure she was embarrassing herself, but she didn’t care she loved her some Papa Roach.
Soon, it was time for Avenged Sevenfold’s set; Celestia was talking to Ricky about the show when the band hit the stage full of energy.
Celestia sang along to the lyrics, trying to get Ricky to dance around with her, making the much bigger man laugh & shake his head refusing to make a fool of himself. Celestia just told him he was a pussy.
Celestia felt Brian’s eyes on her off & on through out the show, but the strange thing was, Matt seemed to be paying a lot of attention to her side of the stage too, she just shrugged it off thinking it had to be some of those 25 cent looking groupies behind her.
The band’s set wrapped up & the guys walked off the stage towards Celestia.
“Great show guys.” She said fully expecting none of them to pay her any attention
“Aww thank you shortcake!” Jimmy said pulling her into an sweaty hug as the rest of the guys said thanks.
“I’m not short you’re just too tall for your own good.” Celestia shot back, showing her feisty attitude.

Chuckling to herself Celestia went looking for her dad & uncles; she found them down a quiet hall way preparing them selves for their set.
“Hey guys, you ready to rock?” Celestia asked them receiving a group hug
