An Epic of Time Wasted

after talking with Brian about all the craziness that's been going on with bella lately, I rushed inside to find Val.

" of course" I sighed as I layed eyes on the note she left me on the counter, telling me she went out with Michelle for a while. I crumpled up the paper and tossed in the trash can. I let out another long sigh as I ran both my hands slowly down my face. Of course I didn't mind at all that Val went out, but I really wanted to talk to her about all of this and to be quite honest I was a little freaked out by it myself. I walked to the fridge and grabbed a beer, popping the cap and taking a huge gulp. After a few minutes I decided to go see if Bella would talk to me about everything and besides that I was bored out of my mind.

" Bella" I called out as I cracked her front door open, but there was no answer. I opened the door further and stepped completely Inside, she was gone.

" Damn" I grumbled In defeat, how was it that everyone had something to do today besides me. I pulled out my cell and called each one of the guys, and not surprisingly not one of them answered. I knew I was going to lose my fucking mind if I had to sit around the house all day alone, so I jumped in my car and took off down the road. I figured I would head to zackys, I had a pretty good feeling he would be home working. As I drove along I saw someone somberly walking down the sidewalk, finally realizing it was Brian.

" Dude! What the hell are you doing?" I called out to him as I pulled along side of him. He stopped and turned towards me, and it took a moment to see that he looked like he had been crying.

" Just taking a walk....... Nothing special" he mumbled, slipping his sunglasses on to try and hide his red, puffy eyes from me.

" well get In! I'm headed to zacks, we can all go grab a drink" I said, acting as if I hadn't noticed how he was acting. I'm not very good at dealing with emotional people. Girls are one thing, but guys are a whole nother story and besides I didn't want to embarrass him either. Without a word he hopped in the car and within a few minutes we pulled into zackys driveway. I smiled internally when I saw that his car was in the driveway and that I hadn't driven over here for nothing.

" ill be in in a minute" Brian said to me as I got out. I nodded in understanding and went to the front door, noticing it was slightly cracked open. Assuming he would be concentrating on work I decided not to knock and just pushed the door open and stepped Inside. I instantly regretted my decision to not knock as soon as I saw Bella and zacky fucking on the couch right infront of me. I just stood there in shock as my mouth hung open. They must have not heard me come in because they didn't miss a beat. I was frozen and couldn't take my eyes away.

"what the fuck?!" I heard Brian growl from behind me as he walked in. Bella and zacky froze and Bella turned her head to look back at Brian and I. Her eyes were glassy and I could now smell the scent of strong liquor coming from their direction, Bella was plastered.

" oh hey guys!" She smirked as she climbed off of zacky, still completely naked. I ripped my shirt over my head and rushed over to her, slipping it over her naked body. She didn't move or aknowledge me, she just glared coldly at Brian as he stood fuming at the door, staring daggers at zacky. Zacky jumped up and slid his shorts on as we all just stood in an unberable silence.

" I'm going to fucking kill you!!!" Brian spat at zacky as brian stalked toward him. Bella jumped Infront of zacky as was now sandwiched between the two of them.

" Brian fuck off!!!!!!! " Bella screamed in his face, but Brian never let his eyes fall from zacky.

" dude, what the fuck are you so angry about?!" Zacky fumed, utterly confused, as was I about why Brian was so pissed off.

" She's mine!! So keep your fucking dick In your pants!" Brian yelled, his face turning bright red. Zacky just shook his head and threw his hands up in the air as he walked away and into another room. The short silence was broken as the sound of a shrill slap echoed around us.

" I told you to stay the fuck away from me Brian and I mean it!!!!! Ill fuck whoever I want to, it's none of your damn business!" She growled as Brian angrily grabbed her arm after she slapped him.

" woah! Woah! " I yelled as I walked over to them, in a attempt to break this up.

" This is between Bella and I" Brian firmly stated through clenched teeth as he glared at me.

" There is NOTHING between you and I !" Bella screamed in Brian's face. I scooped her up into my arms and carried her towards the door, it was the only way I could think of to try and diffuse the situation from getting even worse.

" but Bella I love you.....I NEED you!" Brian yelled out as fresh tears fell from his eyes. Before she could even respond I felt someone rush in from behind me.

" You love her!!!!" Michelle cried out in pure rage. I now noticed Val standing beside Bella and I, they must have just shown up and I didn't hear them come in. But Michelle sure as hell heard what Brian said.
