*1 month later*
I was sitting on the kitchen counter waiting for the oven to finish preheating. Since Dad isn't going to be home until late tonight, due to recording and writing their new album, I figured I would make and eat a pizza. Yeah, I could have ordered one but, I didn't feel like giving anybody my money.
My phone started ringing, bringing me out of my pointless thoughts.
"Yellow?" I answered.
"Yellow? I thought that people said 'hello' when they answer phones." The caller, Bailey, pointed out.
"Thanks captain obvious. I would have never known that. Whatcha need?"
"I was wondering if you and Alex would be up for a band practice."
"I am. I don't know about Alex. I haven't seen or heard from him since school got out."
"I figured he would be right next to your side. Since that's how you guys have been for the past month and a half."
"Well, you guys can come over whenever I guess. Dads out for a while, they're working on a new album. So yeah, text me when you guys are on your way over. I'll see if I can contact Alex. See ya soon!"
"Bye, lover girl," she teased and hung up.
I texted Alex to see if he was coming over too.
-hey, haven't heard from you in a couple hours. Bailey wanted to have a jam sesh. Lemme know if you are gonna show up or not-Adrian
-I might, been busy with school work. I've been falling behind lately. I'll let ya know-Alex

I was sitting for five minutes when I got a text from Bailey.
-let us in-bailey
I walked over to the door and opened it.
"You could have ya know, knocked." I pointed out.
"But that woul have been easy." She retorted stupidly.
"Yeah, it would have..." She can be so dumb.
After I ate my pizza, me, Bailey, and Nick went down to have a partial jam sesh, Alex wasn't here yet. I'm worried about him.
My phone started ringing. I looked at the screen, it was Dad.
"Hey, dad!" I answered.
"Hey, Adrian. I was just checking up on you. How's it going?" He asked.
"It's going good. Just jamming a little bit. How's it going over there?"
"It's going okay. Johnny keeps messing around. Jimmy keeps sitting on his drums instead of playing them. I swear, he's like a child."
"Oh, Jimmy..." I sighed.
"Hey, Adrian, is Alex ever going to show up? Or are we practicing without our bassist and singer?" Bailey asked.
"Uh, I don't know. Text or call him. I'm kinda busy." I told her.
"Adrian. Are you having a party?" Dad asked.
"No, father. I'm having a jam sesh. Alex just hasn't shown up. We are all worried about him."
"Ah, okay. Well, I gotta go tame the wild Jimmy. I'll see you around 10. See ya!"
"Bye," I hung up and turned around, only to see Nick setting up a drumset and Bailey on the phone. "You getting a hold of him?"
"Nope, voice mail everytime." She said.
"Well, let's go fuck some shit up and drag him out of his house." I said and started to walk up the stairs.

It took us 10 minutes to get to his house, once there, I knocked on the door. His mom answered.
"Hey, kids. If you're here to get Alex, I'm sorry but, he hasn't been home at all today." His mom, Barb, told us.
"Where the hell could he be? He told me he was working on school work." I said.
"Have you tried contacting him?" She asked.
"His phone is off. He must be up to something. This isn't like him." I noted. "Thanks for telling us, Barb. I'll see ya later.
We went walking around. ocassionally calling him, only to be sent straight to voicemail every time. I'm seriously worried about him.
