She was so little that she fit in a broom closet :( Those are notoriously tiny...you know, tiny enough to fit basically just a broom. I'm mean to my characters.
I'm obsessed with Peyton. I think writing back and forth is super fun because it gives really great insight as you start really getting to know her as an adult. I missed out on that with Blair for the most part, so it's super enjoyable to do it now. With the fun twist of a mystery. There was a hint laced in one of those chapters about his identity for sure. Maybe more than one. But one intentional hint, anyway. ;)

She has that great balance. She seems like one of those people that would go to the ends of the world for those she loves, but she doesnt trust or let one else in very easily. You have to prove your worth to her before she accepts you into her world.
I know, I know, but I can't help it!! I just want to nurture her, especially in the flash backs when she is little :( Poor sausage!!

She's a badass. She's definitely hardened, but still soft enough that she still loves her dad. So, that's a nice testament to the type of person she is, I think ;)

This one, taking that saying to the next, kinda gross, yet 100% relatable level - Like sweaty sardines in a poorly ventilated can.
Having to revisit the same house where all your childhood trauma still lives... god damned impossible. Poor Peyton. But she is a tough cookie, hardened by the world, but still tough. Still want to cuddle her, push past her non-touchyness, and keep her safe!! :P

Yes, it really REALLY does. I'm bound to slip a few "I"s in there accidentally. It's happened but I've caught it. I'm sure I'll miss a few before the story is through haha
Of course there's a hint in there! It's my mission to drop as many as I can without blowing its cover. That way when you know and you're determined to prove that I didn't have it planned all along (but I do ;) ), you'll look back and go "Oh, shit." That's my goal.
This hint is tucked in real neatly. Muhahahaha
