Crazy Night
My hands ran through my hair as I sat in boredem, waiting for the guys to get done with sound and getting prepared. Val sat in the room with me but she was on the phone with her mother, talking about Owen, Matt and Val's son. I sighed and stood, stretched and then walked to the mini snack bar. There was food ranging from fruits and veggies to mini meatballs and alcohol. The pineapple looked promising so I grabbed a few pieces and turned back to the room.
"How long does this take?" I asked no one inparticular.
"About an hour." I heard Val answer. She was sitting in the desk chair, looking at me.
"I've never been to LA before." I muttered and she smiled.
"It's really beautiful at night. I think we're staying here overnight, so maybe after the show we can all go to the bar." Val offered and I made a face of agreement.
"That sounds fun." I threw my plate away and sat down on the couch once again. Soon after the doors opened and in walked the band. I sat up from my layin position and Brian sat next to me.
"You excited to see a show from backstage?" He asked as he rested his hand on my knee.
"Actually, I am. I've always been in the audience and never backstage." He chuckled and we all sat in a comfortable silence.
"Alright, so after the show, I don't care how tired any of you are, we are going to a bar because Ever has never been to LA and she needs to see it." Val blurted a few minutes later.
"Are we gonna get plastered?" Matt asked.
"Of course not, you guys have a show tomorrow, right?" She asked. He nodded, looking defeated and upset.
"Ok guys, you're on in two." One of the crew members had come into the room and the guys followed them out.
"Come on. Time to see a7x in action." Brian commented and helped me up and held my hand as we walked to the side stage.
"Ok, you guys cannot pass this line here, ok?" A crew member asked. I nodded and he walked away.
A few seconds later they went out and began the show. It was exilerating. People were screaming and the lights flashed.
"So you must be Ever." I heard someone comment. I turned and saw a guy roughly my age.
"Um, yeah and who are you?" I asked.
"Matt Berry. Brian wouldn't shut it about you today." He smirked and leaned against the wall. I blushed and looked at him.
"Oh really? And what did he say?" I asked. His smirk grew wider and he chuckled.
"How good you are in bed and that you're pretty, but I think he was off by a lot, your fucking sexy." He laughed. My face turned beet red and he put his arm around my shoulders.
"If you're gonna be on tour with Avenged Sevenfold, you've gotta learn to stand our comments." He chuckled again and walked away.
"He's harmless. Don't worry, it's Jason you've gotta worry about. A speak of the devil and the devil shall appear." Val said and pointed in the direction of the door. I looked and saw someone who looked pretty darn close to Matt Berry.
"Hey Jason, what's up?" Val asked.
"Nothing much, just watching the sound crap. Matts waving at you." He said and Val turned to the stage and waved back.
"So who is this?" Jason asked.
"This is Ever, our new crew member." I blushed and held a hand out.
"Awe she's just like a baby. Jason Berry." He grabbed my hand and shook it.
"Well, we should go get the merch table ready, their almost done. Come on Ever." Val grabbed my hand and pulled me away and down a hall.
"This is amazing." I commented shortly after. Val smiled and laid out some shirts for display.
"Ok, so we have these shirts out for display, a person will pick what they want and then you grab it from behind this wall. The table will hold any bandannas and jewelry we have. We sit here and have a mini frdige with drinks, soda or juice, and some food." She explained and I nodded.
"Now we wait?" I asked. She sighed and nodded. My legs wrapped themselves into a pretzel and my hands made their way to the mini fridge to get a Mtn Dew. My fingers clicked the tab and the soda opened. I raised the can to my lips and took a drink.
"I think they're done." I heard Val mumble from beside me.
"How do you know?" I looked at her and she shrugged.
"There isn't singing or music going on anymore and the screaming got quieter, and there is a fan right there. Hi." Val smiled at the girl and she smiled back.
"Can I get the purple hoodie?" She asked.
"Of course, wanna get that Ever?" Val asked and I got up and went to the pile of clothing and grabbed the sweater.
"Here ya go." I said to her and she smiled and walked away. I heard a door behind me and Val open then felt a presence behind me. My mind knew it was Brian and the rest of the band since the line of people started screaming and taking pictures.
"I don't know how you guys deal with this." I muttered and Brian whispered in my ear.
"You'll get used to it." His hand was on my shoulder and I stood to grab another hoodie. We went on like that for about an hour before the line died down and we started cleaning up.
"Ok, so we're gonna finish cleaning up, you five need showers, go shower in the dressing rooms." Val said and then kissed Matt. The five guys all walked away and we finished cleaning up. After getting done putting things away Val put her hands on my shoulders and looked me in the eyes.
"We are going to the bar, you have no other clothes, let's get you sexied up to make Brian excited." She laughed and pulled me to the bus and sat me down on the couch. She walked to the back and then came back up with three dresses and two skimpy outfits. I groaned and she giggled like a little school girl.
"Ok, let's try this one on first." She handed me a dress and a pair of heels. I walked to the little bathroom and changed. My body doesn't look right in this one. The heels on my feet clinked on the floor as I walked back out. Val looked at me and shook her head and then handed me the next dress. Clinking my way back to the bathroom, I changed and walked back out. We did this back and forth for three more outfits before she decided on the American flag top one. She then went to do my hair and pulled it up into a really pretty hair style and then went to get ready herself. My phone began to vibrate in my pocket signalling there was a text. I slid the phone out and read what it said.
Where are you guys? We wanna go and Val locked the bus. - Brian
"Val why did you lock the bus?" I yelled across the bus.
"Because I didn't want Brian seeing you yet." She yelled back.
"Well they are getting impatient, so hurry up." I muttered back and then relied to Brian. A few seconds later Val walked out in a really sexy dress and heels and smiled at me.
"Let's go." She looped her arm around mine and we walked off the bus. Tonight's going to be fun, I hope.

New chapter guys. That is the third in 24 hours. I'm not gonna post another one until after 9 o'clock tomorrow, (6/26/13). I'm so happy with the reaction to the story so far. I hope I haven't disappointed anyone with this one, since it's a little bit shorter. But the next one will be longer, I promise.
