Playing With Fire

When Ever moved to Huntington Beach she never expected to find anything relating to a relationship, but she did, and when she did, she found much more. She found Brian Haner Jr. After one steamy and passionate night, he didn't look back. Brian was getting over a nasty divorce and didn't want a girlfriend only a one-time fuck and move on, but after he walked away he couldn't stop thinking about her, the woman who made his world turn upside down.

Ever went on with her life as well, but when she was invited to an Avenged Sevenfold concert, he entered her thoughts once again and wouldn't leave. She didn't know what to do with herself anymore and he was all she could think of. After losing her job as a waitress, Ever finds herself in the fashion world, along side Michelle and Valary, one being the ex-wife of the man that was her thoughts and the one being the wife of his best friend. She is close to the whole crew, and she tries to think of ways to keep herself away from Brian, she doesn't know what she would do if she was face-to-face with him again.

1. The Concert

   "I'm Ever." I did this weird wave and they all nodded, except Brian, he stared at me with eyes that had the expression of, I can't believe it's her.

2. I Missed This

   "I really shouldn't fall asleep. You guys are leaving soon." I muttered sleepily. "Don't mind that. Just go to sleep Ever." His voice was tired and raspy.

3. Crazy Night

   "Come on. Time to see a7x in action." Brian commented and helped me up and held my hand as we walked to the side stage.

4. The Best Night of my Life

   "Are you seriously thinking about it?" He asked. "We've already had sex multiple times, now we can do it and nothing will be wrong with it."

   "Autograph?" She asked. I looked at Val and she smiled and nodded. I grabbed the marker and signed my name. (*This chapter takes place in Barcelona, Spain*)

   "This is nice. Being able to relax at a restaurant and spend time with you." I looked at Brian and he smiled at me. (*They are still in Barcelona*)

   "You must be the listener of the group." She chuckled and I nodded. "Unfortunately." I smiled and we sat in silence until the fans started to pour in and we got to selling the merch.

8. California Bound

   "It feels so great to be back in America!" I yelled and ran around, suddenly I had a lot of energy.

9. Welcome Home.

   ​"What the fuck are you doing. Oh my god not the pool. Brian!!" I screeched and landed in the pool.

    ​"Dude, you need to go fix her. I think she's broken." Eric said and I heard Brian chuckled and heard foot steps. He appeared in the doorway and smirked at me.

    ​"So when is Brian gonna get here?" Eric asked. ​ ​"I have no idea, can you call him please?" I asked as I shifted in pain. Eric groaned dramatically and grabbed my phone.

    ​"Ok, you can hold off for a while because you are getting nowhere near me in that way because I just had a baby," I laughed and he chuckled.

    I can't believe I am actually getting married. I thought I would be a wild, partying, single lady for the rest of my life, but I met Brian and, well now I'm getting married next month.

    ​"I know this is kinda of unexpected but-" ​ ​"Unexpected? This is completely mad. Why are you here?" I asked. ​ ​"Ever, I. Shannon told me you were getting married and I wanted to come down and be there for you," he said as he shifted in his seat.

    ​"Hey Ever, we have a surprise for you," Val said in a sing-songy voice. I looked at her with an 'are you serious' look. She held her hand out for me and waved it around. ​

    ​"If you keep going, you'll have another Kyler!" Arin called out and I lost it there and broke away, laughing. ​ ​"I wouldn't mind that," I heard Brian mutter in my ear.
