All of the muscles in my body were relaxed as I laid on mine and Brian's bed. Yes I said mine and Brian's bed, because we got a house together and I was really excited about it. Slowly I opened my eyes and they landed on the sleeping face of Brian. A smirk grew on my face as I looked at him. We've been together for a little over a year and this last year has been a whirlwind of crazy. I sat up in the bed and held the sheets up across my chest as I rubbed my eyes. A yawn escaped my mouth as I stood and walked to the bathroom.

After my shower I walked back out into the bedroom and saw Brian wasn't in bed anymore. He must be downstairs doing something. I walked to the dresser and pulled out an outfit and got changed quickly. Once I was in my clothes my hand instinctively rest on my stomach as I walked down the stairs. I appeared in the kitchen and saw Brian with Matt, Val, and River.

"Hi guys." I said and let my hand drop from my stomach. We haven't exactly told anyone our news yet, but I have this feeling that Val already knows.

"Hey, so the two bimbo's here need to go to the studio today to record the new album some more, so you are stuck with me and River." Val smiled and I laughed.

"What's wrong with your house?" I asked.

"We have a contractor doing some things to it, and I like your house better, because it's new." She smiled again and I sat on a bar stool.

"Whatever. Alright go do your jobs boys." I said and fake-shooed them out of the house. They chuckled and Brian wrapped his arm around my shoulders and kissed my cheek.

"Alright, let's go Matt, before these two ban us from the house." Brian joked as they walked out. Once the door closed Val just looked at me with this look and a smirk on her face.

"So when were you gonna tell me?" She asked. I looked at her.

"Tell you what?" I asked, pretending to not know what she was talking about.

"Don't you play dumb with me. You know exactly what I am talking about." She pushed my shoulder slightly and I stayed quiet and picked River up and set him in my lap.

"Ever!" She laughed.

"What?" I asked, a laugh growing in the pit of my stomach.

"So how far along are you?" She asked and took a bite of a cracker.

"My doctor said like nine weeks." I confessed and she got this really bright smile on her face and her eyes lit up.

"Oh my gosh, I get to plan the shower, right?" She asked.

"You and Michelle do." I said.

"I don't know how Michelle will like that, since you are doing something that she couldn't with Brian." She said. I rolled my eyes and got up, carrying River.

"We are friends, I think she'd be happy to. But I'd rather not tell anyone else yet, so keep your mouth shut about it to Matt." I warned her and she nodded. I sat on the couch and turned on the TV to a show that River likes and Val sat next to me.

"So which room is gonna be the nursery?" She asked. I shrugged.

"I don't know, probably the one across the hall from mine and Brian's room." I said.

"Can I ask you a question that has been burning in me for like ever?" She gave me this crazy look.

"Sure?" I was unsure I wanted to know the question.

"Is Brian gonna propose to you soon?" She asked.

"I don't know. That is his choice on when he does that." I laughed and she fell forward in half and laughed.

"Let's go to the mall." I said and got up. Val nodded and got to getting River ready and I walked upstairs to grab a pair of shoes. Once back downstairs we left the house and climbed into my Charger and were on our way to the mall.

"Is Brian excited?" Val asked. I looked at her as I stopped at a light.

"Yes." I said simply while a smile formed on my face.

"Awe that is so cute. When I was pregnant with River, Matt wouldn't leave me alone, it was as if anything were to touch me slightly or I had the smallest joint pain he thought I was in labor or I was gonna break." She laughed at the memory.

"I hope Brian isn't that way. I might have to slap him." I chuckled an found a parking spot in the lot and we got out, sunglasses going on our faces in the process. We walked into the building and immediately went into Vanity, a store I fell in love with. My fingers brushed along the clothing and picked one out.

After about three hours at the mall we made it back to the house and saw both of our men's cars there, plus another car.

"The band must be there." I mumbled and pulled into the driveway. I wonder if me and Brian should tell the rest of the band about our new.
