Friends
After Amber got to school the next day, she put her stuff in her locker. Once she shut her locker door, she turned around to find the creepy guy, Tyler Crowley, standing there.
"Uh. Hi." Amber said.
"Hi." Tyler smiled. "How's it going?"
"Fine." Amber answered.
"Those freaks aren't bothering you right?" Tyler questioned.
Amber glared. "They aren't freaks. They are my friends, so no they are not bothering me."
"Friends? You Sure? You looked upset yesterday." Tyler remarked.
"Yes I'm sure. What? I can't look or be upset? It isn't any of your business why I was slightly sad. Sad not upset." Amber explained.
"Whoa. Jeeze. No need to bite my head off. But honestly I think you need to get new friends. Let me know once you figure that out." Tyler expressed.
Amber scoffed. "Yeah right."
"Amber?"
Amber turned around to find Val. "Yeah?"
Val hugged Amber throwing her off guard.
"Whoa. okay. Hi Val." Amber chuckled.
"I heard what you said." Val whispered.
"Oh." Amber looked to the side towards the ground.
"We are friends. If we made you sad or upset yesterday, I'm sorry. Which we all of us would have apologized yesterday, but none of us saw you after school." Val explained.
"Its okay, Val. Its just something I didn't want to talk about or explain. I'm not mad or upset at the questions. You guys were just curious and that's fine. Memories were just popping in my head which made me a little sad. It wasn't you guys." Amber stated.
"I could tell you didn't want to talk about it. We all could, but we were kind of worried since you zoned out and didn't say much." Val replied.
Worried. About me? That sounds so foreign to me. "Worried?" Amber asked.
"Yup we are. You okay?" Courtney popped in.
"Yup yup. Here I got you some redvines." Stephanie smiled.
Amber smiled back. "Thanks you didn't have to."
"You're welcome. I figured you needed a pick me up." Stephanie mentioned.
"Instead of redvines, she may need a Zack fix." Jordan grinned.
Amber blushed. "Shut up. I do not. Redvines are awesome and will do the trick."
"Zack was worried about you. More then the guys were." Val grinned.
"Why?" Amber asked.
"Because he likes you." Val answered.
"Duh!" Can't you tell?" Courtney said.
Amber shook her head. "No and I don't think he likes me."
"He does. Trust me." Val insisted.
"Again with that?" Amber groaned.
"Yes." Val replied.
Amber laughed, which caused the others to laugh.
"We need to have a girls day." Courtney stated.
"Ohh I agree." Val agreed.
"A girls day?" Jordan questioned.
"Yes! I'm in." Stephanie exclaimed.
"Okay. When?" Amber responded.
"Today after school?" Val suggested.
Everyone nodded their head in agreement.
Once school was over the girls met up and made their way to Stephanie's house.
After they settled into Stephanie's room, Val said. "Okay. So what to talk about?"
"You practically planned this and you don't know what to talk about?" Jordan asked.
"Yes." Val answered with a straight face, which caused everyone to burst out in laughter.
